At this point in time I’m not impressed with this place. I called yesterday to verify they are selling live crawfish and their hours of operation. The lady on the phone said they open at 10 am. I’m traveling from New Orleans and timed it so I would be here right after they opened to pick up my sack of mudbugs and drive the remaining four hours of my trip. It’s now almost 11am. I have called every other place between here and Shreveport, but it seems that this is the only place selling live crawfish until the middle of February. The reason I came here is, I didn’t want to wait around in NOLA or Baton Rouge until 11 when all the markets down there open and I was told they would be open now...

Real good crawfish but not the best. Large with a hard shell in early May and good spice. They were also running some specials like $20 for 5# crawfish and 1# shrimp.
