Sign says opens at 11am on Sunday, also checked the Facebook page to make sure there wasn’t any updates about them being late to open. Seems to be a common issue with this place.

Great place to shop for fish. Competitively priced with great service. Went in today with sons, selected several items and was not disappointed. First time visit, but the kids love the place. This shop was placed on a list of places to visit for birthday.

I've tried 3 times to come check out the store but here it is 11 on sunday and there sign says 10 to 7 but no one is there the last 3 times I've came it says open but,no one there can't run a buisness if ur never there. I might try it again if they arent there the next time I guess I'll never go back

Lear's is a great little shop for the aquarian collector and hobbyist. The folks there are nice people and very helpful and knowledgeable. They have a good selection of supplies despite the size of their shop. They are much more in tune with aquarium hobby compared to the box pet stores who have people trying to be the "pro" in every department. I recommend Lear's. I bought a turtle for my daughter there and am very happy with the purchase.

Picked up 3 large crypt and a water wisteria that had large root masses and had obviously been growing in tanks for months. 4 stars only because price charged was what was listed on tanks. But size of plants was well worth $4.50 apiece.

Decent saltwater fish selection. However, the store itself is very dirty and unorganized. The hours the store is opened/closed are erratic as the owner seems to come and go at his convenience. The bettas are very poor quality. My biggest issue is the condition the rodents (rats and hamsters) are kept in; every time I have been in this store, they have NO water and are fed cat food. They also keep male and female hamsters together in filthy tanks. It is distressing to see animals neglected so badly, in a PET STORE of all places. The owner obviously couldn’t care less.

Stopped by to see if they carried what I needed. The time on the website and on the window said they opened at 10am and its 11am on a Monday and there’s no one here. Thats a great way to loose service and money. Not even a sign saying brb. Petsmart here I come.

I have several aquariums and I love the store. They sell different fish than meijer or petsmart and they will even try to get special requests for you. My tanks FINALLY have good variety. The prices are phenomenal and Ive had a really high survival success rate. It is a little disorganized and seems sketchy at face value, but toull love it if you are a pet person. Some people complained about opening hours but I always come in the afternoon or evening and have had no problems
