Stopped in Thursday night. The place was super clean. Well staffed with friendly faces and well educated staff. Rachel, the manager was right up front working hard and welcoming us. Jennifer took our order and offered us a couple of suggestions that we would enjoy. Overall our experience was AMAZING. I highly recommend this place. Enjoy

Best milkshake and burgers in Cincinnati. I drove 21 miles to come here. Staff was friendly and kind and food was great. A+ The only bad thing here is trying to exit their parking lot. Do not turn left, as you will go down the hill and you can only turn right. Turn left instead and then right onto Harvey Quast Drive. There is a stoplight and it brings you right out onto 42.

Culver’s never disappoints! The hot food is so excellent and the custard is so so good! The tables and chairs are all clean and there is plenty of seating for everyone. The service sometimes is hit or miss, I usually get really nice people but I have had people hold conversations with me or take my order and not make any contact (really irritating). Overall, the food is good, and the facility is nice. Don’t expect fast food prices here, the greatness of this place comes at a higher price than your other fast food joints.

Make the employee stand at your car while you check to make sure you got everything. The food was prepared to order perfectly, and was warm when we got it. But then we had to go back to get condiments and napkins, so it was cold by the time we got to eat it. It didn't help that there was a car load of young men in front of us goofing around with the drive-up employee.

I've been here twice in the past month, and I've been pretty disappointed each time. I've been going to Culver's for over 20 years and I've eaten in the original restaurant in Sauk City, WI. I was ecstatic when they expanded to the Cincinnati area. But the past two visits I noticed the size of the custard servings had shrunk by a third. That doesn't bother me too much, because I don't need the calories, but the price it's twice what it was. Again, though it's a shame, it doesn't bother me too much because I understand inflation. What bothers me most is that the custard is half - melted and the blackberry topping is sparse and mostly syrup. Last night I didn't find even one whole blackberry. I remember the blackberries in the past being enormous but now they are tiny and you're lucky to get 3. Thankfully the burgers and cheese curds don't seem to have changed too much but I go there for the custard. I hope this is the fault of the local franchise and not a sign of things to come for the brand as a whole, or I'll no longer waste my money there.

Its a good thing that I live near because after church I stopped there for a take home order of a tenderloin sandwich basket. I got all the way home and no French fries. I had to get in my car, drive back with my receipt, get the fries and return home to eat a cold tenderloin.

It’s hard to fail in a drive through. They got the Order wrong. Even after we took the time to review it three times. And we were not asking for any deviation from the standard menu. On my prior three visits they were having electrical issues. Was unable to eat at all. I am done Culver’s. Adios. Never again. Avoid this circus.

This is one of the best Culver’s locations I’ve ever been to!! The service was outstanding. The food was super fresh and delicious. I came over with a group of around 40 people from my church during vacation bible school. In spite of the huge crowd the service was still incredibly quick and our orders were correct, fresh, and delicious. The restaurant and restrooms were clean and well kept as well.

Terribly overpriced. Skimpy sandwiches, unimpressive menu. Fries are bland. Drive thru always takes absurdly long, they always make you “pull forward” and are rude when asking. I have never had a good experience here, something in my order is always incorrect. The two star rating is for the delicious cheese curds. In the end I feel totally ripped off and that a lot of time was wasted.

For a semi fast food restaurant the food is slightly a bit over priced. I could get a quality meal for the same price as a hamburger basket. However the service is great and the food delicious. The kids meals are a great deal and perfect portion for kids.

One of my favorite fast food joints, and this location had good service and quality food. There are a number of different basket meals other than burgers, a nice variety of sides, and the frozen custard desserts are delicious. Check their website to find out what the flavor of the day is before you go!

Was not my best Culver's trip was very clear that the staff was clueless with out owner and manager there . Took 40 mins for food to come out and most of it was cold . And wait yes they forgot to cook enough frys so we had to wait another 10 mins for them to bring more out . The burgers where pressed on grill to paper thin . And not even a sorry for it taking so long . No one in dinning room clean place was a total mess . Had yo clean a table for our group to sit at . Very disappointed some of my group had never been to Culver's before and my never return . I will but just not this one ever.

Not nearly as good as other Culvers I have visited. The fries were not that hot nor crispy and the same goes for the cheese curds. The burgers did not taste nearly as fresh. I also asked to have my Mixer made after the meal but they brought it out before the food even arrived. To top it off, the "icecream" was very soft and quickly turning to liquid. Pretty disappointed with this location.

Do not eat from this Culver's Location! Waited over 30 minutes for a burger and fries, service was beyond slow parts of the dining room were a complete mess. Our order was initially forgotten and completely lost after we went to see what was taking so long. This location is the peak of employee incompetence in the workplace. Once the food arrived the bun was a rock and it clearly was sitting under a lamp for well over 10 minutes. After returning to the desk to return the food and get a refund one employee we spoke to walked out of the restaurant and I overheard him saying "I need to leave now." We ended up getting a refund for the order which took an additional 5-10 minutes for a cashier to attempt to figure it out how to do a refund and ended up having to make multiple refund transactions in order to get our money back. I advise going to the nearby McDonalds or Taco Bell if you're actually looking for "fast" food as their service was infinitely better and more efficient.

The food is great. We don't go to fast food places very often, but we make a traditional post-dental appointment stop here on our way home. Our family likes the Butter Burger, the Mushroom Swiss Burger, the fish sandwich, and the cheese curds. We have yet to try the frozen custard, but it looks amazing.

Culver's is a great place to grab some lunch and a tasty treat afterward if you have the room! From their tasty ButterBurgers to their delicious chicken and seafood meals, there's a pretty good variety to choose from the menu. There are also plenty of mouthwatering sides, like their cheese curds. So good! I love the "snackpac" options for when you just want a little bit of food since you know you're about to be getting some of their fresh, frozen custard, so keep your eye out for that section of the menu if you feel the same way. The dine-in area is nice and cozy while you're having all your good eats.

This was my first visit and I didn’t know what to expect. I ordered the sour dough burger (it may have been a double, not sure). The sour dough bread was buttery and good. The burger was the thinnest I’ve ever seen. It says online made to order. I don’t know if that means I should have been able to order it a medium but no one asked. The burger was so thin and so over cooked. It didn’t come with tomato or lettuce but they were very nice and got that when I asked. I would definitely never order it again. I also had a side of green beans. They were ok but full of butter.

First time visit I got double burger with bacon with fries. Really nothing special about it. Wendy's double is better. I also got a salted caramel cement mixer. Mine looked nothing like the picture on menu with the chunks of candy. It was just like a milk shake. Tasted fine, but a McDonald's caramel sundae is just as good. I have to visit again to use up a gift card and I want to try the walleye. Hopefully it's a better experience.

My grandson had the Culvers Deluxe Burger. Said it's the best burger he's ever had. I got the shredded beef with no bun, mashed potatoes with gravy, and cole slaw. I thought the portion sizes were small. Everything was delicious.

The food is great. The drive through service is nice. The person in the drive through window offered a free cup of frozen vanilla custard to our dog in the back seat! The only reason I don't give five stars is because I asked to switch the fries in my meal to the sweet potato fries. I ended up not getting any fries with my meal at all. The receipt stated sweet potato fries. I didn't realize they weren't in the bag until I got home. Oh well... Didn't need the extra calories anyway.

First visit to Culvers. Hubby mainly wanted to try the cheese curds and butter burger. Not necessarily my favorite restaurant, but the burger was fairly decent albeit very thin. The curds cooled quickly and we threw out more than we ate. Crinkle fries were average. The custard was good, kind of like soft serve only not as sweet. Customer service was excellent and restaurant was pretty clean. Overall, not a bad experience, but not going to be a regular place to visit.

If you order ice cream from drive thru do not let them give it to you then pull foward to wait for your food because it will melt before your food comes.

I ordered 2 shakes to go. There were a lot of workers behind the counter talking but no one fixing the shakes. I said something to the person who took my order. He went and asked the drive thru worker if he could make it because the drive thru worked was just sweeping up. The worker looked at him. Kept sweeping and then started moping. I became agitated and began to say something. Finally someone came from the kitchen and started making the shakes. With that many workers, people should be assigned to stations.

I've lived in Wisconsin where Culver's is founded from. This location clearly doesn't provide the service, cleanliness, or quality of food that Culver's is known for and has built it's name on. An extremely disappointing visit to say the least. Culver's corporate needs to reconsider allowing this franchise location to remain open. Every table was dirty, food took an exorbitant amount of time to come out, and when it was brought out it was cold and just a complete disappointment. Later they forgot about my concrete mixer. The server literally walked over and asked if someone had brought it out yet. After replying no, they took another 5 minutes to discuss who was going to make it and who was going to bring it out.

The kitchen staff never wear gloves, fondling the toppings for your burger and picking up chicken tenders with their bare hands. One time I saw a piece of chicken fall on the floor and someone picked it up and still served it. It’s a shame because the store has so much potential but the owner doesn’t really care about the customers, only his money. Was just audited thousands of dollars for shorting his employees hours from their checks. A 15 year old could operate this store better.

The staff is nice and friendly. However, my son got the pot roast sandwich and it definitely was lacking sauce(very dry). I had a breaded tenderloin & onion rings and both were overcooked. We may have not been there on a good day, however, I have been to better Culvers in other cities. I'll give them another chance as generally I like what they have to offer, but I will try something else.
