Ordered them with door dash. I asked for my wrap to be made with crispy chicken and a side salad with ranch. What I got was a wrap with grilled chicken and a Cesar salad. The most annoying part is they knew they made my wrap wrong because in the same box as my wrong salad was a side of crispy chicken!! Why not take the extra second and just re make the freaking wrap. I had to pick out all the grilled chicken and re wrap my wrap with the crispy chicken. If I wanted to make my own wrap I wouldn’t of ordered it from them in the first place!!!!! I called and complained and they didn’t seem to care. Got in touch with door dash and was given a credit of $6, that’s nice and all but when my meal costs $11 doesn’t really help. So disappointed with the whole experience.

This is a go to restaurant! Always enjoy the experience, food is great and well priced. I haven’t ever tried something and not liked it. The ingredients are always fresh and they have something for everyone. Pictured for those interested are the chicken strip entree, turkey breast panini, and the dr. fiesta.

Thursday, 2/2 ~ 6:30 p.m. Been to the store lost of times since it opened, so I know how the workflow is supposed to go, but wow, they were off. The crew didn't have their act together. Poor communication, poor task hand off. Everything seemed to be some elses fault. And this was all before I got to the register. And when I found out they messed my order up, I walked out.

I love salad, and the salads here can get to as large as your plate with everything you would want on it. I guess eating salad here is an easy way to eat healthy if you are that kind of person.

Good, healthy salads, wraps, entrees, and a kid's menu. Salads greens offered: Spinach, field greens, and romaine. A good selection of proteins and salad dressings. Customer service was poor... Note to Doc Green's management: Your patrons should NEVER hear "no problem" come from the mouths of your staff. If it's a problem, perhaps your staff should find different work.

They need to either retrain or replace the guy at the front that takes your order. We got there and I ordered the buffalo chicken salad but they gave me a buffalo wrap, not what i wanted but it is similar so I ate it. Then before leaving I decided I'd reorder to actually get the salad for later on. Simply asked for no onions and a side of dressing. I get the to go box and it has onions and no dressing, figured I would just pick off the onions and asked for dressing. Cashier acknowledged me asking for it but just moved to the next customer and never tried to help me. You would think for $10+ for a salad they would attempt to prepare it properly. So in the end I paid about $25 for 2 salads I didn't even enjoy.

This place is usually great, but has been going downhill lately. The employees have no respect for customers. The employee taking orders looked disgruntled and didn’t acknowlege me or ask me what I would like to order. He just gave me a blank stare until I provided my order and just slapped the food ticket on the counter. The rest of the employees were tossing side dishes through the air in the kitchen like a game of catch and were using vulgar language even while a family of four was providing their order following me. I could tell they were upset too. The employees need some discipline. I know they’re kids and it’s fine to have fun while you’re at work, but this was just totally unprofessional and embarrassing. The food is always great though, no complaints there. I used to love coming here, but now I think twice about it. EDIT: Food wasn’t good this time either, but it usually is. Keep in mind, this was the Saturday night crew, so avoid that time if you can. My experiences have been much better with the day staff.

They "corrected my order" and transferred the potatoes by hand and left a five finger imprint. How gross. When I took it back the response was. Well it's what you ordered. When they can get their customer service together the food is good. If I was responsible for their bottom line *Justin at the west location would be looking for emplyeement else where. Perhaps where direct customer service is not required. **Update ** The owner reached out asked some questions and made the effort to correct it. I will try again. The food is good!

Place is filthy. Staff is mostly stoned, unkempt, rude and inept. Watching someone struggle to put a bag of chips in styrofoam container was difficult. This is the new Market Square location. No opinion of other locals. All staff is male. Like getting overcharged for a salad served at a frat party.

The food was delicious and the portions are decent. I was happy with my order of chicken tenders, white cheddar mashed potatoes and Mac & cheese. My friend ordered parmesan mushrooms and was disappointed with the flavor and presentation. They seemed like canned mushroom caps with parmesan cheese sprinkled on top. We thought the cheese would at least be a little melted. The atmosphere was quiet and other tables seemed to eat and leave. We sat and talked for about two hours and the table was cleared 10 minutes before we left. The empty tables around us were cleared and table tops wiped down, but the seats were left crummy and the floor was littered with food bits and napkin/straw wrapper debris. The staff seemed more focused on making food than attending customers eating. Overall not a horrible experience and I'll try it again in the near future.

Had a "duo" of half cuban panini and a soup. Not the healthiest choices from the menu, but they do have a lot better choices. Wife had a salad she liked a lot, and the in-laws enjoyed what they had. Clean, and staff was nice (and they were clean). Would go back again.

First visit and got really bad Dr. Beeks salads. Super low quality and flavorless ingredients. Tiny pieces of "feta" but tasted like cottage cheese, not crumbly or salty like real feta. Way way way too many dried cranberries and tiny walnut pieces. $3 extra for unseasoned boiled chicken breast with no flavor. Like seriously not even salt. Sugar syrup dressing with no acidity but was supposed to be a raspberry vinaigrette. Seriously overdressed salad greens. Everything was cloyingly sweet to the point that I couldn't eat it. $25 for two bad salads and water to drink. One salad took almost ten minutes to get. Not going back.

Food is good if you can get someone to take your order. There were 3 guys behind the counter. 2 were working on to go orders and ignoring the customers who were there in person. The 3rd one was wandering around the cash register. Someone needs to teach this group teamwork, time management and customer service.

Food quality is typically pretty decent, but their customer service skills could really use some work. Today I waited for several minutes before having my order taken (I was the only person in line) and when it was finally my turn the guy taking my order didn't even greet me, he walked up and said "what do you want" in a terrible tone of voice. It's almost like the employees don't want to even be there. Can't say that I will be returning again unless their service gets vastly better.

First time in this restaurant and found it to be enjoyable. Fantastic Cuban Panini with the grilled zuchini and squash. Food was great and service was fast and courteous. Good food. They say gourmet but I wouldn't go that far. It is a bit fresher than most fast food and they offer things like steak to either have by itself or combine with salads. It's a refreshing meal every so often - I really like the Dr Greek with chopped steak.

From a sanitary stand point I was not impressed with this establishment at all. The floor in the kitchen was absolutely filthy, and there were very questionable practices as far cross contamination and sanitariness goes. As far as service it was good. I would not eat here again if I walked in to the same standards.

Really good fresh food. Love the Southwest Steak Wrap. A bit on the pricey side for a lunch entree but it is super yummy. If the prices were a couple dollars less we would visit alot more frequently. Most of the staff is friendly and does a good job. Then there are few of them that don't quite seem like they know what they are doing or how to give good Customer Service. But overall it is a good lunch place.

This is fine dining at it's best in Jackson. A little pricey but the best is not going to be cheap. Fine wine selection and the service is consistently good. All of the food is very good and the selection is not to be matched anywhere else in town. This is a great place to celebrate an anniversary or a birthday and the waitstaff is very informative and helpful in supplying any information needed to make your experience great. Great appetizers and desserts for casual experience. Try something new and you won't be disappointed.

This is one of two Doc Green's in the Wichita area and both are locally owned and have a strong commitment to the community. All ingredients are fresh, all the time. It may be a tad more expensive than other lunches, but this is worth the value of being served by a restaurant the cares. I would go Panini all the time...any time. Get into Doc Green's!
