Our orders were all either missing something or had something added that we didn't ask for. The food was pretty average. The fries absolutely sucked. Took forever to get refills. Just not good at all. Would never go back. Oh...and the music volume goes up and down and gets extremely loud for long periods of time.

This place sucks. No way around it. Tried it multiple times, only to end in disappointment. Wings were good, sandwiches are high piles of bland flavors. Pics look great, but taste says otherwise. Count yourself lucky if you get through a visit unscathed.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I stopped in on Friday night- (ladies- stop in here to get a few before spending an obscene amount at the bar!) the manager suggested the Capone and it was hands down one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had!! the atmosphere was fun and friendly and i will definitely be back!

Service was ok. Normal. The pork tenderloin tasted off. Do not order it. I didn't eat it. Fries were so well done I couldn't eat them either. Wings are gross. Burgers typical nothing special. Don't waste your money. Wayyyyy over priced.

Food was really good. On the other hand our service was awful. Forgot out chips and queso, then brought it out with the pick that we didn't want, which came out after our food. Forgot my grandsons applesauce. Forgot my daughters barbeque sauce. I informed him when I sat down that I was think about having a alcoholic beverage and he never asked again. When I was a server it was up sale, up sale, up sale.

Took 90 minutes to get food. I realize employees walked off the job, but went did they do that? Our 90 appetizer was cold, but I was starving so I ate it and paid $9 for it. They definitely need to manage this location better.

Placed an order to go for the Italian beef sandwich and fries with a very friendly bartender. At first I thought it was way too expensive. Once I got home I found so much food that I was able to split it and have it for lunch 2 days in a row! It was also delicious. It was even good the next day after my bread got a little too hard in the microwave.

We split the Ruben it’s large and easily splittable for lunch. It was really enjoyable. The Ruben has their cole slaw on it that has a bit vinegar taste so a little different flavor than a traditional Ruben with the kraut. They have daily drink specials to take the edge off. We went at lunch and service was good, food was speedy, it was pretty quiet as far as amount of tables filled.

I went to this location and had a very nice server my daughter ordered the steak salad my other daughter ordered a cheese pizza from the kids menu and I ordered a Reuben sandwich. My daughter took one bite from her pizza and said it did not taste good I took one bite of my sandwich and was very disappointed and my fries were cold. I put my food at the end of the table and my server asked if I wanted a box I declined and told her I was not satisfied. The manager came to my table and was very pleasant and asked several times if he could get me something else but I declined. I paid for my food and went home and ordered a pizza. This restaurant has excellent customer service but this was not my kind of food. I would not discourage anyone from trying it but I will probably not be back.

Went on a Friday night on one of the hottest days of the year and they barely had the air conditioning. Service was not good either. Asked if the chips and queso appetizer had refills and the server said yes then charged us for the 2nd one and had to tell them 3-4 times for refills before getting them. Other than that the food was good but when it takes that long to get drinks when I'm sweating just sitting there, they'll lucky they got more than 1 star.

The sandwiches were good but idk if we'll go out of our way to eat here again. It's just not really our style. I personally didn't like the flavor of the slaw. Our server was great though and the fried zucchini plank appetizer was delish. Not a bad place if you like huge sandwiches with fries on them and other random toppings.

This place has THE best food! The waitress was so much fun. She was patient with us since it was first time there and she helped pick out food. She knew how to have fun and was joking around with us the whole time. The food there is absolutely amazing. Nice big sandwiches and its worth the price! Definitely going back!

Never ate at this chain before. Heard lots of people at work talking about the food and the customer service. Went out of my way to try one of their sandwiches one afternoon. Not disappointed at all. Even had to bring some of it home! Been there a few times since, always good, good, quick service, food always hot.

Great place to eat. The original sandwich was so good. My son got a pizza and that was delicious as well. Our waiter, Chris, was very helpful and very nice. I have always wanted to try this place from seeing the original location on TV. Hopefully I'll be back in the area again to eat here again.

Ordered boneless Parmesan garlic “sauce” but it’s actually a dry rub:( not bad persay, but had I known it wasn’t actually a sauce I would have gotten something else. I ordered from doordash, so maybe there’s a miscommunication and the actual menu does say it’s a dry rub, but I was super disappointed that my wings weren’t tossed in sauce:( my boyfriends were and they were really good! Wish I would have known and ordered something I would have liked.

Corn beef for Reuben was outstsnding but the cole slaw just isn't the right thing for a reuben. Sauce has no tang and honestly, fries don't belong bnb on the sandwich either. Fries aren't grt. Heavy from oil, have skins left on and aten't crisp either. Overall the experience wasn't that grt. Service was terrific tho. Price about right compared to other food restaurants.

We stopped in yesterday (surprisingly not all that busy) but I’m happy to say everything was great. The staff and manager made everyone feel welcome even though they had to spend their holiday waiting on us. Had fun 90s songs playing on the jukebox and did not have to wait long for our food. I stop in here once every week or so and usually i’m with a group of people. this time, I was with a group of friends. We stopped by for half priced drinks. My friends all wanted to try this place and I usually always have great service. I wanted to make it a point to say when I came in the hostess was very friendly and my server was great per usual. It was a gentleman, I can’t remember his name. The drinks came out in a timely manner. I also saw both managers (male and female) not only walking the restaurant making sure everyone was good, they were also helping bus tables and take food out to people which isn’t something you see often. Clearly the people who work here have a good work ethic. My friends and I will be back.

Wife ordered Greek salad. She asked to substitute chicken in place of lamb. The salad came topped with a big lump of lamb and a side of chicken. I ordered crispy fries. They came cold and floppy. I told our server. He ordered new fries. They came hot but not crispy. I ordered a bbq, bacon, cheddar burger. The hamburger itself seem to lack any seasoning. The server was the only bright point.

Our hamburgers were good! But none of our orders were correct. Had to send the waitress back 3 times to get things correct. The flavor was good, but won't go back again. The little sign on the table with a picture of a burger on it with $5 food deals or something. Fell very short and was miss leading! Our burgers were $8.99 with greasy fries. IT WASN'T $5 BURGER DAY APPARENTLY. Menu was not explicit about that point either without looking for it.

A Pittsburgh Tradition I grew up on as a kid. The Sandwiches are the best!! I have been to the first shop...but these shops are just as good!! I highly recommend the place for the food...the cold beer....the tradition!

It was our first time and walked in to order to go. Or server was absolutely amazing. He made us feel very welcome and was very knowledgeable about the menu, ensuring that we got something we liked. Their beer selection is awesome, and the food was fantastic with huge portions. We all have lunch for tomorrow. 10/10 we'll be going back at some point.

I stop in here probably once a month and my most recent visit this week was amazing. I asked staff what changed- seemed more welcoming and friendly. and management change was the response. I saw a nice red haired lady who was so friendly in a polo and a blonde with a smile on her face helping the staff clean up after a lunch rush and the staff seemed at ease and comfortable with the managers. I hope to continue to see the Fun and friendly atmosphere I witnessed this past weekend.

We came over to primantis because cheddars was too packed and boy are we glad we did! Half price drinks...what??!!! My husbands beer was TWO DOLLARS. that was on Wednesday and I have to be honest we were so happy we came back on Friday! Wednesday was great the manager (I can’t remember her name she was a little Asian girl) was so helpful to her staff! today however impressed me even more!!!!!! they were so busy full restaurant and still manged to get amazing service from the bartenders jordan and chris!!! The servers were all so friendly saying hi to everyone! I have to be honest though the management is more engaged here than anywhere else I hve seen. Tonight was a blonde woman and she was running around the restaurant helping everyone out! The staff here does not cease to amaze me! you have forever customers here!!!!

Not sure that our experience today was solely the waitresses fault however... More so management. Definitely was a staff meeting being held during dinner service which took away from the service that we should have received.... Also created a delay to even get our check to leave. Wont be back.

Delicious food. The Capone is the bomb sandwich, Reuben is fabulous and the wings are as good if not better than BW wings. Servers are awesome and the manager Kayla is very friendly. Not great. I ordered the steak salad, on the menu it mentioned fries so like any normal person I assumed they were on the side. When the food arrived it was iceberg lettuce, about 2 pounds of hot fries and steak crumbles on top. The steak crumbles were bland and had no taste. Took off the fries. The remaining iceberg lettuce had become wilted and gross due to hot fries being on top.
