I visited today for the first time and found the place in to be one of the best stores I had ever visited. Corals were first class and less expensive than anyplace I have been. Jennifer, the owner, is an incredible lady with lots of personality and and knowledge is second to none. You can bet, I will be back.

I love this store. Giant selection of corals and frags and fish. Tori works there. She was extremely nice and is a marine biologist. She will not steer you wrong and she will not sell you anything you do not need. I love the store

Disregard the previous review. It is another store owner being jealous. This is overall the best marine fish store for supplies and fish around. Prices are good and staff is very knowledgeable. If you go you will not be disappointed.

Consistently $10-$30 higher (per fish) in regular saltwater fish selections over competitors like World of Pets (Florence), Monfort Pets, WetPets. They have great knowledge and service but consistently overpriced that other stores who have equal knowledge/service. They seem to draw in Indian Hill, Kenwood, Madeira people who don't comparison shop around.

Not a horrible store. The blonde girl, I think jen is her name is absolutely rude. She didn't address me when I walked in and was busy on her computer. Prices are a little high but it is a quant little shop so to be expected. Over all the shop was clean and orderly, just that customer service sucked. I won't come back due to that reason.

I am new to saltwater and have visited this store twice. I received perfect service both times! Mitch has always been upfront and honest about everything. He has kept me from wasting a ton of money and forced me to be patient with the setup process. I would recommend this place to anyone new or anyone that has been doing this for years. I had visited one of the only other saltwater stores in the area and there was no comparison in service quality. I will be coming back for many years! Did not care to take the time to answer questions about me setting up a salt tank Just wanted to sell me a bunch of overpriced Liquids and gadgets I had to figure out Shop caterers to advanced hobbiest, kinda snooty If your a beginner in the hobby Go somewhere else.

Been going here for years whenever I'm in Cincinnati. Great people, and an awesome selection of coral to look through. The wife and I make it a point to shop around as many stores as we can while we're out of town. We always check reviews and get our hopes up with good reviews then are disappointed when we make it in. This place WILL NOT disappoint you. Make a stop in and check it out yourselves!

Best shop for saltwater aquariums, I only have freshwater right now but I have been wanting to upgrade to saltwater for some time now and if I ever do make the leap this is the place I'm going to they have the best selection I've seen anywhere and I've checked out every store that has aquarium supplies from chillicothe to Cincinnati, these people really know what they are doing when it comes to fish.
