I have been using Blue Planet for probably close to 10 years now! Not one single complaint! Great staff and great service. Always willing to go the extra mile when needed. Jon and Norm run a great business and Ulysses does a great job as a top notch technician, he always leaves my aquarium looking awesome after its monthly service. I recommend them highly to anyone in the market for an aquarium maintenance install or service! You cant go wrong!

I had a 'guy and a bucket' taking care of my tank for several years. My tank would get scratched and within weeks the tank was filthy. I was often on the hook for scheduling. Then, through an online recommendation, I found Blue Planet. They lead the pack in professionalism. They are a real business who takes aquarium maintenance seriously. The tech is professional, friendly, and generally comes prepared to do the job the tank needs. They offer things like a decoration swap that means your tank never has the sae old look and feel and remains clean looking year round'. Where they have room for improvement is that their techs are great when it comes to aquariums but are not necessarily design professionals. The decoration is there but does not often have the 'WOW' aesthetic that a design expert would bring. While their decoration swap is great, you are getting a small assortment that aren't always planned as well as could be. They do not offer weekend service, but that is not their fault (that's mine!). Overall, I would recommend Blue Planet for your aquarium needs if you are looking for a professional service who will ensure your tank remains at optimal health. I would consider taking personal ownership of the look and feel of your layout though!

He came out to my house and worked to design the perfect bowfront aquarium to meet my needs and then helped me get it started - going above the call of duty to help me with typical tank startup concerns. All at a great value which I did not think would be possible for my budget. Highly recommended!

Really strong group to work with...Jon, Norm and the team are very knowledgeable, creative, and easy to get hold of. They installed a 220 gallon saltwater tank on my first floor, plumbed into the basement. Their monthly service is good (though they've had some turnover in the aquarium tech position--maybe to be expected). All in all--I'd highly recommend!

Blue Planet designed and built a system that not only keeps the water crystal clean but is also gorgeous. I have been a client of Blue Planet Aquarium for 3+ years and have never been disappointed. I have a small, 46 gallon bowfront fresh water aquarium in my home and despite it's small size, I believe that they take as much care and consideration as they do for their larger clients. We moved a year ago and they were absolutely amazing. I had no idea how I was going to transport my tank, but they said they would take care of everything. Things were unpredictable at best about a definite closing date, but they worked with me as things kept changing day by day. To say they were patient and wonderful is an understatement. On moving day, they sent a tech to our house to break down the tank, transported everything to the new house and set it back up. They are always professional, on time, and very tidy. They never fail to meet any requests that we have for scheduling, new fish, new decorations, etc. Blue Planet Aquarium is a fantastic service and I would recommend them to anyone.
