Have ordered and received both small ticket and large ticket items from them over the past month. I am local, so I order to pickup. I make the order, and then call an hour later, and give them an estimated time that I will be arriving. They always have the order ready to go, and everyone from the person who answers the phone to the person who hands me my order (and helps me take it to my car) have been fantastic.

Fast shipping, the glass arrived intact but the packaging on the stand could have used a little more protection... luckily all the slightly damaged corners are hidden! I’ve wanted a fluval flex since they first came out and when they came out with the 32 gal I was sold. It was impossible to get locally so I’m glad to have found a company that could safely ship it to me! It’s awesome!

Backwards Service - would not process my order without a valid photo ID on file (with an address that matches the shipping address). Why not ask for that when checking out? I've never dealt with anything like this before. I would use another service if you would like to actually get your stuff without delays and jumping through unnecessary hoops. Not coming back

The only reason I didn't rate this purchase 5 stars is my inability to find a bulk price for my item. I probably would have purchased a box had I been able to find discount pricing for the whole box instead of purchasing each separately. As for the item, I have never had any issue with the bubble stones. They work until they don't. :) But they last a long time if you are careful with them. Definitely recommend this company. Update: I need to amend this, as I see they now offer this product in bulk. Great company. Listens to their feedback. What more could you ask?

On the website it Specifically states : * Our Certificates do not expire. Lies. Tried to use my $100 Gift Card didnt work so I made a ticket on the website. I log in the next day it says you never created a ticket. Ok maybe I didnt submit it. So i Created another ticket after 4 tickets being deleted. I called them They said they would look it up and see why its not working. 1 week latter and 5 phone calls NOTHING horrible company

This is the first time I have purchased from AquaCave. I called them to find out what to expect when ordering dried coral by the pound. I spoke to Albert. He gave me very specific instruction on how to request the coral. after I placed the order Albert followed up within hours to provide me with options that were close to what I specified. We agreed on the order and it shipped out the same day. The order was placed on Thursday 4/19 and the package showed up on Saturday 4/21. The packaging was exceptional. AquaCave shipped my order in an extremely time efficient manner considering I ordered my finnex 24/7 planted + light fixture the day after Christmas. It arrived well packaged and un damaged by Dec 31 with priority mail service ( under $5 shipping rate). So far, this is the best led light I have owned. I got back into the hobby a year and a half ago and the lightning systems have changed alot. I’m used to using fluorescent lighting for planted aquariums and led lights are taking over the hobby. I know you can still get fluorescent lights on line ( next to impossible to find locally where I live) but didn’t want the hassle of searching and ordering bulbs on line every year plus you can’t get an ease of operation for simulating a 24 hour cycle of light ( sunrise through midday into evening then night) with the fluorescent lights. They are on full blast or off. I’m looking forward to a more natural light effect for my tank. We’ll see how well my plants do in time with this light. It seems brighter than the other leds I’ve had and my plants have done good so far ( low to moderate light requirements).

I would leave a -star if I could. I placed my order on 12/25/18 and I never received my order. Tracking information says it was delivered by USPS but it never came to my house. I have the ring doorbell and no one came to my door then day the tracking information says it was delivered. I then contacted Aquacave and informed them. Aquacave says they will contact USPS to do a trace and it could take 3 weeks. They contacted USPS to do a trace. USPS informed Aquacave it was delivered to my residence. I reached out to Aquacave again and they stated for me to do a police report with my local police department. I then did a police report with my local police report and informed Aquacave my incident # from my police department. Today Aquacave emailed me and stated they can not do anything else and will close my case with them. I waited almost 4 months for a replacement to be sent to me but now they are stating they can not issue me a refund or send me my order that a paid for. What a horrible company. Please do not do business with Aquacave unless you want to pay for an item and never receive it. Horrible customer service and horrible company. I will never order from them again.

They used to be an alright place to order from . As of lately they sell things that are never in stock. Items say in stock but then they drop ship them. So it takes longer then normal to get. Really starting to piss me off. Shipping is sorta jacked I get some thing in 2 business days and some cone in over 5 to 7 .

I have ordered from AquaCave numerous times and they have the slowest shipping ever. I live one state away 139 miles to be exact and it takes on average 4-5 days to receive my items. I even pay for the extra shipping. I am done with purchasing from AquaCave. I will continue to purchase from Bulk Reef Supply as that company knows how to run a business always receive item the next day with free shipping.

I bought a Trigger sump and a Tunze ATO from them online. The sump was packaged VERY well, they double boxed it with foam blocks between the boxes. Very impressed with the packing! This was also the only store I found on the internet that had Trigger sumps listed on sale and we all love a bargain! I placed an order and it's been a week now and I'm still waiting on a tracking number. I called a bunch of times and got the run around about drop shipping ect. They seem to be selling things that are never in stock. They take your money and then shop around and try to get it shipped. This is the second order, the first one I placed I had to call and got a run-around that time but at least the item was shipped within a couple of days. Stay away. Order from someone more reputable. I don't know if they disconnected their phone but as of today it no longer works. I will be placing a call to Amex

Bad customer service will never buy from here again. My wife gave me a Qeye camera for Christmas, and unfortunately I was not able to use it because internet service is terrible at home even with Wifi extender. First my wife called and spoke to someone and was told there no refund on electrical equipment, so then I called I spoke with Albert at Aquacave he told me the same thing. Which I would understand if the unit is used and it goes in saltwater. This is not the case at all I never used the unit but obviously have to open it see how it works, I mean by all means is a nice device but I can't use it. He said if I call the distributor Caralvue and I get an email stating that I can get a refund then OK. Well the email is there cause I sent them pictures of the unit and it states I can get approved for a refund. This was don Jan 4 of 2019 and I'm still waiting for it. I just called Albert today is Feb 8 and he said he is calling them to confirm and will do it. Mind you I have spoke to Aquacave 2 weeks ago and they have had the unit. This is complete garbage of business mind as well have just said no I would had sold the unit on ebay and avoided me the doing this email. That's why I prefer AMAZON buy it return and no questions ask I even rather pay more.

1 came broke in the package and leaked out as a result of the carrier, aquacave sent me a replacement free of charge and were very responsive and supportive with my issue. The heaters feel solid and good quality, seem to work real well, easy to adjust with a simple click and temperature seems to be pretty accurate.

I’ll never buy from this place again. Gave me wrong information about a product. They’re just for a sale verses their customers. They have lack of listening skills you tell them one thing they said it will work then call them back after it arrives then says “ o no that will not work”. They don’t want to man up about the false information they gave and then want the customer to pay for return shipping that cost half of the refugium I bought. Be aware do not buy anything from this place.

I purchased a sump from Aquacave during the Black Friday sale 11/24/17 for close to $400. By Dec 1st i hadn't heard from them regarding shipping of my item. Now I know that Black Friday and cyber Monday are hectic for businesses but I spent my hard earned $$$ to pay for this thing. So I call and am informed that my order is on backorder. I would have respected if I had received an email to let me know, but I had to call. This was my first and last time shopping with aquacave because the first impression is a lasting one. I got the notification that my money was in their possession but not a curtacy email regarding my item being backordered for two or more weeks.
