I went to Glasglow Deli as I heard they had some great sandwiches. I went in an ordered one of their cheesesteaks and was thoroughly impressed. The serving size was good and it also came with a good amount of fries. I would recommend this deli to all my friends and plan to go back the next time I am in Dover.

If you're looking for an old fashioned New Jersey sub sandwich this is your place. My favorite is the Italian with the prosciuttini. The staff is a little bit lackluster but the food and the bread and the toppings make the trip worth it. It's a No-Frills kind of joint so don't expect too many bells and whistles. It is clean inside. It is a repeat location for me.

My family and I just placed a $40 order that included no bacon on the fries. Upon driving 30 minutes home and opening our meal we found bacon on the fries. The manager offered to bring the correct order to us but we apparently lived to far from the store. I offered to return to the store for the correct order of fries and all he could offer us for our travels and the inconvenience was a soda. Really? Keep the fries and soda. Another unsettling aspect of the experience was that 2 of his employees didnt wash their hands when leaving the restroom. I know because while waiting to enter and going in, the sink was dry. Another male entered the other restroom and left in seconds. Lovely.

I visit this establishment quite frequently and I have never been let down. Amazing breakfast, lunch and dinner, no matter the time of day you won't leave unhappy. I'm a sucker for good home fries and they deliver every time I stop in. They also do delivery, i'm not sure on the distance so it would be best to give them a call and ask about that option if you want to stay in. The menu offers things for everyone in the family, including children so bring the family and enjoy a great meal in a caring environment. The menu is wide and the prices are very affordable for the portions you get. Their daily specials differ and they also offer soup. I highly recommend stopping in and grabbing a bite, the'll make you feel right at home while serving great food.

**Update. The owner contacted me to resolve the issue. She’s great! Happy that I can continue to order from here because the food is great (: Was a faithful customer here for a while up until today. I bit into a crunchy breakfast sandwich filled with eggshells. No big deal,right? I called to tell them and they were willing to give me a credit. I asked for delivery being as though I would still be hungry I clearly asked “would delivery be a while because I have home fries and don’t want them to be super cold, or could you bring me more of those as well?”. The woman stated they would the sandwich right out to me... 35 minutes later I’m still waiting at the drop off location & they keep putting me on hold to tell me the driver is there. Problem is I’m there and there is no driver there... 40 minutes later she finally arrives and at this point my homefries are FREEZING & it’s lunch time. They do not value their customers! I’m sure if they did I would of had a hot home fries in the bag along with the sandwich. Or even an apology for the long wait & unsatisfied order. Instead, they said “not sure what more you want we’ve already made it”. Sad to say I won’t be back! I’ll spend my money where they appreciate their customers.

Just a very basic place to go get breakfast brunch and lunch. They're not open on Sundays so don't try. No Frills kind of place to eat. Basic tables seats TV on the wall and a lot of old time albums from the 70s and 80s hanging on the wall. It's fun to go through them and see how many you had growing up. Food is always excellent and comes out hot. Prices are very reasonable. If you're a gourmet coffee drinker get an iced tea, if you like truck stop coffee this is your place. Great place to stop in early morning while doing chores food comes out quick and again, very tasty.

I wish it was a way to give ZERO stars because the customer service there is awful I just ordered sub's they messed up the Italian sub we ordered and when I called they said bring it in I asked since they delivered can they bring it and the manager says it's an half hour wait... Ok so I just take it back they make a new sub and I asked him for the inconveniences do we get a discount on our next order... He says oh well we remade it and mistakes happen everywhere you go nothing we can do about that because everyone makes mistakes which I understand we all do but when it's a constant mistake and I have to stop eating to come back up there and you act like you don't even care and tell me oh well then you should not be in customer service. The black guy that's the manager there needs to take a customer service training course. The food is not that great either cheeseteaks are very dry. This is just my opinion and my experience they suck my last time ever going there.

Normally I try and let a company make good on their mistakes but, 2 seperate times my order has been screwed up. This latest time, I ordered the ham and cheese lunch special. I guess the deli was out of cheese because my sandwich didn't have any. How difficult is it to make a ham and cheese sandwich? I mean making sandwiches is what you're supposed to be good at? Update: The owner contacted me promptly and was very apologetic about the mistake with the order. I realize the staff hired at not only their business, but many others may not be up to standards. They assured me they will address the situation with the employee. Although we did not reach a satisfying resolution, I do recommend their food normally.
