Tried this place a week ago. Walked in and wanted to make sushi for first time. They were great! Explained which was sushi grade fish and just nice friendly people. The fish was soo good.

IN OUR OPIINION: UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE SHOULD YOU ORDER FROM THIS FISH STORE OR THEIR CATERING DEPARTMENT. IN OUR OPINION, on multiple instances they have tried to pass off stale or old fish to us as fresh. When we order crab claws from them they use a cheap method of sawing off half the shell which destroys the meat or leaves so much shell on the claw that you can't get to half the meat of the claw. In my opinion, they are arrogant, not forthright, and have very poor customer service. We have had to return fish and crab to them twice.... , we recommend that you avoid these people (both their Westport store and their catering service) at all cost....buy the fish from Stop-n-Shop instead....it's cheaper with higher quality.
