Not sure what some of the other reviews are about on here. We had a fabulous time at Till. Jess was our waitress and she was nice, friendly, attentive and accommodating. We all loves our food. The pork belly chop was great. The Salmon was a great portion and the catfish was enough for two! Our Gelatos and Sorbets were top notch. The cookie chocolate topping was definitely a great add on and the coconut cate was to die for and probably big enough for 4. I’d go here again for sure. The one thing I’d say, for full transparency, is that it’s not a quiet intimate restaurant. As long as you know that going in, you’re golden!

Had the opportunity to host a Baby Shower in the West Room of the Private Dining Area. It was a wonderful experience from the planning phase to the actual event. Kayla and the rest of the Event Staff were extremely helpful and efficient. Everyone enjoyed the food and the room ambiance exceeded my expectations. I would definitely host an event at The Till Kitchen again.

Had lunch on a Tuesday mid-afternoon. Place was almost empty. The atmosphere and staff are first class. Very nice relaxing concept. We had roasted artichokes, Veggie burger, and salad. All were very good and served well. Recommend for vegetarian and vegan options. Prices are a bit high, will probably only return for special occasions, not just a lunch.

Attended a prepaid group dinner on a Monday evening. Appetizers were very good, especially the spinach artichoke dip. Dinner itself was delayed, potions were inconsistent, lettuce had brown edges, not fresh and scant dressing. My salmon was overcooked, but others at the table had it undercooked. Broccoli was inedible--tough, too tough to cut much less eat. (Yes, I told the wait staff). One of our party requested some ice that was never delivered. The desserts announced were not what was delivered. All in all, way overpriced, and poor quality.

Till is definitely on the pricey side but worth it. We have been in twice for lunch and both experiences were exceptional. The service and atmosphere are extraordinary and everything we have tried from the menu has been carefully crafted and delicious. Can't wait to get back in for dinner.

My boyfriend and I loved the atmosphere however paired with the food it isn't enough for us to go back. I ordered the $21 meatloaf and it literally looked and tasted like TV dinner meatloaf put on a fancy plate. Their pueblo green chili cheese fries were $8 for a small portion which you can get a massive portion at other restaurants for the same price or cheaper. Our server was awesome, I wish I remembered her name so I could give her a shout out :( Overall it seemed like a "high-end" cracker barrel with a bar. The menu is very limited only one page however their cocktail menu is two pages! Drinks are easier to make, I understand.

This place really is great. I'm surprised at the current rating. I've never had a meal here that I didn't completely enjoy. The atmosphere is comfortable bordering on fancy and the service is people are on point. I once ordered the lunch of the day, they ran out and gave me the dinner instead. A great value and I was incredibly impressed by the way they handled what could have been a let down by turning it into a great experience. You guys are awesome.

$$$$ - Good place to grab fresh, tasty meal if you have a lot of money to spend - my wife and I had a $44 lunch, including her $22 salad and my gyro and iced tea. The farm-style architecture is clean and interesting. The floor space is open spacious with plenty of light. But watch out for the tables in the booths, they are very light and not secured to the floor. The wait staff is very friendly and professional; service is quick. The food is very fresh and presented well. Overall a nice meal, but it is expensive.

Had dinner here as part of a wedding rehearsal. The servers were fantastic, and the woman running the show from Till was AMAZING. Oh, and did I mention that the bartender was awesome. Super friendly, very generous with his pours and knew how to make great conversation. The food itself was wonderful. The steak was perfect, the mash superb, and the dessert was delightful. Good on ya, Till! When we return to the Springs, we'll definitely make sure to stop back by.

Very average dining experience. Our waitress was great, so that's a plus. The food was just sort of non-descript. We generally like our vegetables to be fairly crisp/not overdone and many places over-cook them... but the vegetables here were almost raw--and sort of cold too. Like they'd been boiled maybe a minute or two. And not a lot of flavor. The bread was nothing special and wasn't warm. For the money, I was a little disappointed, as the entrees are a bit on the high side, at least for Colo Springs. The restaurant is very large and very brightly lit. Not at all intimate, which I prefer. Not a bad place, but I won't likely go back.

I initially visited the Till for a cake tasting appointment for my upcoming wedding but as soon as I entered and was pleasantly overwhelmed with aroma, I knew we would be staying for lunch! While over indulging in a balsamic vanilla bean cake, we were met by Chef Garth who offered us a bowl of clam chowder. It was everything a Connecticut clam chowder should offer! Full of creamy, fresh, deliciousness! We were served this along with a BLT and some amazing Parmesan truffle French fries. I was in complete food heaven. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely make this one of our regular eateries!

This is a review we hope the waitstaff will see. We were in for dinner last night waiting for our meals and the table next to us had ordered and was eating mussels. It would be very much appreciated by tables near by if waitstaff could notice quicker when the person is finished with the mussels. They had the most horrendous foul odor and every time waitstaff or anyone walked by, we got a whiff- it was very off putting. We didn't want to eat our food that was coming and considered getting it to go. I will not describe the smell in case anyone reading this wants to eat there tonight. Not sure mussels should smell like that but nobody should have to smell that. The atmosphere is beautiful and a very nice space to be in. We feel Till plays it safe with the menu, nothing really stood out & dinner food was bland for the price. Would go back for lunch for a sandwich.

My husband and I stopped by here house hunting from NJ, and were greeted with an enthusiastic host and a waitress who gave us great recommendations. Scallops were okay. The ahi in the Poke bowl was definitely previously frozen and the ahi was a texture I never expected. The fish and chips were better. Stick with the steak.

Went on a date out with my husband. I have 4 children so very much looked forward to it. We ordered the veggie burger and the filet. For the price the food way really just so so. The drinks were fantastic! The service was good and they helped us out with the meal my husband just could not eat. Fries were good but the veggi burger was not. My filet was not as good as I had hoped for the price. I asked for medium and it was well done. The sauce was similar to bbq so not my cup of tea. I had the strawberry margarita though and really enjoyed that.

My first time eating here did not live up to all the hype. Our food took over an hour and the restaurant was not even full. The service was horrible! His excuse was that he had only been working there a short period of time, if you're not ready to be on your own in a restaurant that expensive you should still be training. He never asked anyone if they wanted more water or another drink, by the time he did no one wanted it anymore and it was time to go. He was walking around talking to other co workers, did not seem attentive to his tables. He brought everyone's food out, but my pizza and told me that after over an hour of waiting it was ready, but unfortunately another waiter had snagged it and taken it to another table and that I had to wait for another one to be cooked. So while the rest of our party ate I sat and waited even longer. It did not take long this time, but when I got the pizza the chicken was not cooked all the way probably because they were trying to hurry through getting it to me .By the time I had ate one slice and realized how nasty the food tasted my entire party was done eating so I took the rest in a box and ended up throwing it away and feeling sick later. While the waiter did take my meal off the tab for the mishap for an almost 300 dollar dinner I expected more. I have served throughout my life and do not feel I was asking too much, I am a huge supporter of treating the service industry workers well, but this was really irritating and ruined the excitement of going here. I won't be back.

First time there, and it will be the last. We were there for a private event, approximately 25 people. Dinner plates were brought out one at a time to the tables. I was seated at a table of 6, by the time I got my plate, half the table was finished eating. Then people were sitting for quite some time waiting for dessert. Half our group just left without having had their dessert. By the time they got to us, I just asked to have it in a to go box. If the food had been uniquely delicious, it might have been worth the wait, but unfortunately it was nothing special.

We are never disappointed with the quality of service or food here. It was the perfect place to bring my out of town mother-in-law. It has also served as a very romantic and quiet place for our intimate dates. We love bringing our to toddler here as well. The environment is very relaxing and has never been 'too loud'. As a professional chef, I think the quality of locally sourced food is amazing. I'm always very pleased with the food, from presentation to price. If you aren't looking for food, there's also a cafe on the other side of the restaurant, as well as a mini store. I'd highly recommend Till to anyone.

This restaurant is so self aware of who they are. From the menu to the water in milk jars to the tables, every aspect of the place feels very thought out. The menu has a great variety of things to offer. The pizza menu has a lot of fun pizza that you do no normally see. We had the pear with goat cheese, which was delicious. We also ordered the gnocchi, which had a mexican flair to it. Everything was very delicious.

Our server was top-notch and when asked for recommendations, he described the dishes with such finesse that I knew immediately what I wanted to eat (fried chicken sandwich - make it spicy!). We just finished the most amazing dinner at The Till in Colorado Springs. It’s a beautiful farm to table type restaurant. We ate on a Friday night and the places was packed! We started with an incredible bottle of French Bordeaux. Followed by a scallop ceviche that was so fresh and Beautifully presented. We had a pancetta pizza with egg that made me want to cry it was so delicious! We had the best Wagyu steak was so moist, flavorful and truly special you would need to taste to appreciate! What an amazing evening we cannot wait to go back!!

This is one of those farm to table type restaurants. And it's more than just a restaurant it's got a bar area, and even can handle special events of a decent size. I actually came here and had dinner twice. The first time here I had their seafood and grits. The second time I came here I had the oak smoked salmon. I have to say that the salmon what's the best I've had anywhere. Some of the best smoked salmon I have ever had before now has been in Seattle, but I have to say Tills is tops. They really have a nice drink menu as well. The service is top-notch. The waiters and waitresses are very friendly and accommodating. I will be back here more often.

We won't be back: The scallops made me very queasy for hours. Three medium medallions on a big glob of white gruel, smeared with a cheese sauce that could have passed for Velveeta with a bit of green mixed in. My husband's steak was rare instead of medium-rare and the asparagus soup was tasty but thin. The atmosphere felt strangely robotic. Overall, Till is pretty full of itself. I hope you have a better experience for the price.

Nice atmosphere and the food looks good, but the taste is extremely lacking. My salad was covered in oil and I wasn’t even asked how I’d like my salad dressed. The avocado toast also wasn’t very appealing. The best past of the the meal was just eating the avocado by itself. I would not recommend this restaurant based on the food alone.

Their little market is an awesome last minute "I-just-threw-some-stuff-in-the-oven" dish for a party or the holidays if you forgot you were bringing sides or dessert. Loved it! Shane was attentive with a great personality. And the food!!! First of all, when you walk in you'll get a pleasant smell of oak in the air which just got my taste buds excited. The artichoke and truffle mac were perfect starters and my gyro wrap was amazing. My friend ordered the fish and chips and was delighted with the lightness of the batter and great flavor. My husband ordered a steak which had a perfect sear on it- the man is hard to please but was pleasantly surprised for it was cooked to perfection. Everything was just amazing! Fresh ingredients and a wonderful atmosphere. The restaurant is clean and everyone seemed happy to work there. Other restaurants in Colorado Springs could learn some valuable pointers from Till Kitchen. We will return for now I want to try everything!

Good food, nice beers, really nice atmosphere. I've been several times now, and just tried the pizza. Everything they make is wonderfully fresh, but the pizza is really good. The dough tastes like a slow rise that's been amply buttered & flash cooked in a proper pizza oven. Abundantly topped, just the right crispy to chewy ratio, definitely recommend.

Recently we have been coming in for Brunch on Sunday’s and have loved trying different things on the menu, today our server suggested the donut holes and we said why not...couldn’t have been more surprised and happy with how light and crispy they were with an awesome jam/jelly to dip with...new favorite and will be getting again!

First time at the till with the lady and we had an amazing experience! Grilled artichokes were out of this world, oysters were amazing, the sauce was so fresh and vibrant! The shishito peppers were amazing and not spicy at all so dont be afraid of them! Great beer and wine list! Friendly staff for sure, we have decided this will be one of our new regular hangouts! Do yourself a favor and stop by!

Matt the bartender and Ali the manager are incredible people who both independently took time to ask how I was doing and share a brief conversation with me. The food, the people and the atmosphere are all on par with the best restaurants in the Colorado’s springs area. So grateful to the till crew for giving me an awesome dining experience. Overpriced bland food. $5 plate of basic bread? It took 10 mins to replace a baked potato that was so cold when it came out with my steak that I took a bite of it and had a mouthful of a cold butter pat. My vegetables were also barely cooked, practically raw. Not impressed.

Went for lunch with friends. Delightful, easy to hear, but this might not be the case when the restaurant is full at dinner time. Food was excellent, and menu had a lot of choices.

I was recently tasked by a public neighborhood school as part of the PTO to see if Till would be willing to donate any pastries for a community event we were having. Till came to mind because we ALWAYS meet at The Roost for coffee and often meet for dinners or happy hours. I was told by a manager (Sam) two weeks before the event that it would be no problem and that she was happy to help. Awesome! After trying to get confirmation on how many and what time to pick up, I called probably 6 times and left various messages with various people. I never got a call back. Nobody would accept my call, and it almost started to feel like they were just avoiding me. If you changed your mind or mistakenly spoke, that's fine...just let us know so we can make other plans. Finally today after calling once more in a last-ditch effort as the even is TOMORROW MORNING, a manager named Alex explained, "No...there will be no donations and Sam told you incorrectly." Awesome guys--thanks for the runaround and all the time wasted on what could have been a really good opportunity to support a school just a couple miles away that has volunteers and parents that support YOU. Lame.

We love Till Kitchen. Their menu is always changing and their head chef Josey develops a new special *every day*. We've had many wonderful items on their menu, but anymore we just walk in, and I order The Special, whatever it is, because there's passion behind it. Kaiden has served us numerous times and has been very attentive. The manager Kate always comes to chat for a while. They clearly have a love for the experience they offer clients. We find this is a wonderful place to come and stay for two or three hours.

Think farmhouse meets a fine dining experience. Local farm fresh ingredients, menus selection which change with the seasons, and exemplary service make this a restaurant we love to frequent. Not only is the restaurant outstanding, the coffee and pastry side is quite unique. This establishment is rocking with an amazing head chef, as well as one of the kindest pastry chefs we have had the pleasure of speaking and ordering from. If you had yet to experience or vist the Till and you want to try it, I'd definitely recommend you do!

Wait staff was wonderful. St. Louis ribs were incredible but the quail appetizer was truly off putting- didn't know if I was crunching into bones or pomegranate seeds half the time. Cocktails were perfect and made up for any fault in the food.

My husband and I went to The Till yesterday for happy hour. First of all the restaurant is beautiful, and the bar area is very spacious. Their prices for happy hour were very good. We had chicken wings and shishito peppers, both were delicious! Cant wait to go back!

My husband and I popped into this restaurant for a late lunch a few days ago and everyone was absolutely rude to begin with . God forbid you dont have a reservation from weeks ago and you stop in for a nice bite to eat off a whim. Let me just say that first impressions are everything and theirs was horrible. Our experience was awful from start to finish and I will never recommend anyone to go to The Till.

The Till used to be one of my favorite places to go; however, I cannot get passed the service. The last few times I have gone, the service has been horrible. I wait for water, I wait to order drinks, I wait to order appetizers, I wait to order food. I get my food and some of it missing so I wait some more. Today, one of the members of our group didn't get her salad with her half sandwich so we ended up getting it to go. All I can say if you are moving to be a fine dining restaurant, I highly suggest you being with customer service.

I go to Till about once or twice a month. Have cocktails and lunch with my wife since we stopped going to Bourbon Brothers. Food is always good, albeit a bit pricey but they have to pay for all that space. Service is generally good, but the bar is generally slow with drinks. They used to have a pretty cool mercantile but I imagine that was a money pit. Its a cool clean building with a smaller menu and a farmhouse feel. Start with the Artichokes...

Probably a bad night/one off, but we had to send back an order for complete lack of flavor. The appetizer of seared peppers, as well as the roasted artichokes, were outstanding, and the beet salad was also phenomenal. Unfortunate experience/first impression though.

I gave this a 3 star for the service only it was first class as for the food it really didn’t have any taste or flavor. Blah Robert Irvine would have spit it out. I had a hamburger and my wife had the vegetable risotto. Very disappointed
