I ordered the spicy Korean beef noodles. It was good. Giving one star as I'm sitting here watching a tall, bearded, dark haired guy with glasses putting food in his mouth with a gloved hand. Looks like he is the last one to check/prepare the dish before it leaves the kitchen. Sad. He's hiding his chewing lol. Management should observe for this and stop it. I don't want to eat his saliva.

RECOMMEND! Staff has always been excellent, never had a problem here that they caused. I've messed up app orders, forgot my wallet, etc and they are helpful and understanding. Fast food rating system: 5 stars for correct order on first try, fast service, good attitude of staff. 3 stars if they missed one of the above. 1 star if they missed two or more of the above. Regain a star if they correct the problem.

I have always wondered about this place every time I drove by "who wants just noodles?". I found out today it's a lot more than just "noodles"! There are noodle dishes from around the world including Asia and the Mediterranean and American dishes also. They have soups and salads also. I had the Pad Thai that was delicious. Servers were friendly and fast. Very clean establishment. I will dine here again.

I love the options here! I like to get the Adobo with tofu. They serve it with sour cream, lime, and cilantro which is awesome! I really appreciate them having the tofu option on their menu- when you're a vegetarian it's nice to have more to your meal. The restaurant is clean, the food comes out fast.

It's impossible to eat here. 9pm is way too early to close. Thank goodness chipotle stays open just a bit later. Noodles keeps getting closer to dine in restaurant pricing also ... And is considered more to be fast food imho.

It’s a bummer because I do like the food at Noodles but their serving sizes are way to small. Very under portioned for what the price reflects. Can get way more bang for your buck at chipotle, etc. Side salad I ordered for 2$ with my meal had about 5 pieces of lettuce and about half a tomato and a couple cucumber slices. Bowls are always good but not enough meat and veggies a lot of pasta. One of the managers even told me as he’s worked their prices have gone up as serving sizes have gone down. Will not be returning

I love their cheesy garlic bread! When I say I want garlic bread, that is the bread I am talking about. I went with a friend who had never been there before. "What kind of noodles?" she asked. "All of them," I answered. She was skeptical. Alright, I assume there are noodles that they don't have, but I only assume that because it's big, wide world filled with people and noodles that I probably don't even know about. Or maybe I'm wrong and they do have every kind of noodle. They have a lot of noodles. I really like their mac and cheese. I always get extra cheese sauce. I find it a little dry otherwise. And that's the worst thing I can say about Noodles and Co. This particular location is clean and staffed by smiley people. It is a good place for lunch. I recommend it highly. Try the snickerdoodles.

Bought a regular sized item instead of the small & my bowl was more than half empty. Got the fresca with no meat, it was so-so, but there was hardly any veggies, so I basically ate noodles with oil? Tried this place a few years ago & never went back, now I remember why.

I have eaten here several times and it has always been amazing. I took my son and 2 nephews tonight (for my son's birthday) and the food was horrible. I didn't waste my time letting the staff know because they all looked like they were in highschool. If you want to eat here I would say go for lunch, not dinner because this was my first dinner here and I am sure it will be my last. Our food was mostly noodles and very little sauce or toppings. The noodles were still hard like they didn't have enough time to cook, mine were burnt and crispy. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because the other times I have eaten here the food was good.

Today was my first visit here. The noodles, tiny side salad and medium drink were definitely not worth $15.00. Stroganoff was not great but it wasn't terrible either. Side salad was yummy but was only 4 or 5 bites. Drink was refillable. Maybe, it was just the noodles I ordered. So, I'll be back to try something else.

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Has a patio area available. The Japanese pan noodles are great and so is the Grilled Chicken Caesar salad. If you forget to grab silverware/condiments next to the drink area, the server that brings your food will often grab it for you. :)

Always love going to Noodles. This day, decided to try the new Zoodles (zucchini noodles), with the Thai green curry and tofu. Absolutely delicious! The noodles we're cooked well, and the sauce coated them adequately. Taking one star off due to the tables in the dining room being dirty, and for putting cilantro in my fish when I explicitly asked for it's omission.

LOVE this place. This was literally the only thing I had to look forward to when I stayed in Pueblo. Pretty sad that a bowl of noodles is the highlight of your day but it's the truth. Pueblo will just rob you of your hopes of anything positive. Probably robs you of your nutrients too cause I was craving healthy food all the time. I found Noodles after about a week of living like a walking corpse and trying to figure out how to escape my contracted job. It's even so far away from Denver airport that you literally count down the days like you're in jail until you leave. Noodles on the other hand was the light at the end of the meth filled tunnel that surrounds you in Pueblo. If it's not the meth users it's the newly released staples of society that roam up the aisles of walmart like feral cats. If you're looking for happiness...at least within a bowl of noodles, you'll find it here, but get out quick or you're going to see things that can't be unseen. Trust me on this.

I went sometime in February 2019 during a snow storm and the staff was amazing however the cleanliness of this location made me never want to return again. I've never been in one off their restaurants that head this issue either. Several tables were dirty and there was no one cleaning anything along the lines of that my silverware was also dirty and there was food all over the floors in the dining area as well as wrappers from other items. The whole store was also cold. I don't feel this was a being busy issue either as it was a very snowy day and not a lot of people were out at the time. That being said if you want noodles it would be wise to find one that values cleanliness, who knows what else was dirty..

Service was polite but not overly welcoming, the facility was clean but certainly looked like it had been dined in throughout the day. An affordable ($23 for 2 adults and 1 kid), healthy (zoodles) option that we will visit again when in the area.

Great service but the food was not good. I used to rave about this restaurant. Passing through from Texas, got the garlic and butter noodles and was disappointed. In my bowl, their was more oil than noodles, and I couldn’t taste any salt. Also, there were just occasional clumps of cheese. Unfortunately got it to go and couldn’t fix it. Maybe it’ll be better in a different city like I remember.

This place has the best pasta dishes.. Different, total surprise with unexpected doses of traditional and Artisan Mediterranean style and taste... I went back for seconds to try different things, even everything I true was fantastic... My only complaint was that I wanted more for my dollars, the dishes were skimpy in quantity, but Im a stickler for making sure nobody goes away hungry... Over all it was great and I will go back..

This has some good noodle food, but not great. If you really like noodles... this will help your fix, but the food tastes cheap like most other fast food restaurants. Still, you get what you pay for that that deserve four stars.

Noodles and Company itself is a fun, semi-healthy and unique alternative between fast-food and full sit down dining. This particular location had decent quick service, great outdoor seating and easy access. The downfalls were the staff and cleanliness. Both are most likely related to each other. It would be unfair to classify it as unfriendly but the employees just weren't focused on customer service. Tables weren't cleaned regularly. Condiments and tea were empty. Then when we asked the response was very nonchalant. It's not bad it's just eh. We'll give them the benefit of doubt and perhaps we hit them on an off day.

Absolutely terrible service. Placed a pick up order. The person answered identifying the Pueblo location, verified the last 4 digits of my phone number, completely spelled out my first and last name, and then placed my order. The person repeated the order and told me my total was approx. $22 and would be ready for pick up in 11 mins again verifying the Pueblo location. I arrived within the 11mins and the doors were closed so I knocked on the glass. Though I'm sure the girl cleaning the lobby saw me she didn't bother to alert anyone to me standing there in 12 degree weather. I called the exact same number I called to place the order, following the exact prompt to speak to someone at the location. The young man answered and I told him I was coming to pick up. He opened the door and proceeded to tell me how there was no order as we walked up to the counter together. He asked for my name and returned with who I assume was a member of management. She continued that there was no order. I explained to her that the person answered saying the Pueblo location. Rather than resolving the issue by ensuring there wasn't a mistake on their part, she chose to dispute with me that I may have dialed an option that directed me elsewhere. I showed her the call log on my phone with the time of order and time I came for pickup and yet she continued to dispute that I had not placed the order. I wasn't going to waste my time arguing about what I know took place. I have gluten sensitivity so was looking forward to eat a hearty meal since my options are limited when ordering takeout. This experience was extremely inconveniencing and highly upsetting. Definitely do not recommend this location.

I understand it's lunchtime and they are busy but when we are asked if our order is to stay or go when there are no tables available, it's a bit frustrating. There should be a manager monitoring the occupancy, especially when there's so many people waiting for a table the exit door is blocked. We ended up eating in our car.
