Great place the young lady that help me find what I needed was awesome but the check out was horrible the lady that was at the register took forever on customers in front of me and they only were buying a fish a goldfish and it took 15 minutes. one more thing they can't email you a receipt unless you sign up to be in their system which I find absurd and a bit prying into my personal formation they wouldn't email me my receipt because they wanted me on there list so they can email me spam.

My youngest got a fish and tank and they all where so great, took her hand in hand and walked around the store showing her stuff and picking all the fun stuff out. PetSmart has sooo much stuff that it can be overwhelming. I went in to buy food for my crested gecko. I liked the variety of products. That's the positive. The negative is that I had to hear the outgoing and incoming cashiers talk about how tired they both were. It was not even 11 am.

Very helpful while I entered the front door up until I reached the destination for the product requested. While standing there for only a few seconds another sells person asked me if she could assist me with anything and I showed her the product and she immediately found whatever I was looking for and then she was deeply concerned for my puppies welfare and I began to cry and I felt a compassion of concern for my little puppy. I'm deeply grateful and appreciative for the spontaneous assistance and the warm compassion and comfort from the staff.

Store is smaller than I thought it would be. Clean and no over powerful oder of various pets. Employees are friendly and helpful when asking questions regarding the pets. I didn't like that I had to wait for someone to walk around just to get assistance in purchasing a parakeet. It took a third person just to help. I didn't think online inventory was current with in-store availability, so that needs improvement. Cashier was very helpful in offering the rewards program. Overall, it was a fun place to go for instant entertainment.

We took our poor rescue to PetSmart & walked out with the following: (1) Which breed she was, (2) How to care for her, (3) A habitat with feeder fish that was an appropriate size for her, & (4) Proper food to supplement her feeder fish.

Looked for something they should have had... conditioning food for canaries. Pretty standard item at pet stores. No, they did not. We headed for Tulare Pet Center, downtown on King Ave., and of course they had it.

I adopted my kitten, Samuel, there a couple months ago. He had all his shots, neutered and was very healthy. They kept him on hold for a few minutes, while I went to get cash. He has been such a dream. He was litter box trained and hasn't had any accidents. He is the sweetest cat I have ever owned. I love him to pieces.

Very unhappy! My experience was BAD! Same lazy attitudes with grooming staff. When I came to pick up my dog, Taylor told me to go pay up front then I can pick up my dog. So I did. Then Taylor brings my dog out of back room. Taylor who groomed my dog, did a chop job!!, She cut her nails too short!! All but two of her nails had powder to stop the bleeding!!! She left scrapes from her clippers on stomach and down legs of my dog! When I asked about it, what happened? ??? Her attitude was nasty! THE OTHER GROOMERS ALL of them shook their heads and no one would say anything!! Taylor gave me an F you glare then walked into back room! The managers were busy??? Never again will I put my dog through the pain and suffering! ! I should have known better! When I walked in to drop my dog off, staff looked tired, overworked and on their cell phones texting! Jay was our groomer for years. She was kind, professional and never injured my dog. Don't make the mistake I did today. Taylor you are horrible!

Always come here for my pet needs! They have a good selection of cat and dog food as well as lights and food for my bearded dragon! The customer service is always on point I like to have my wroms counted because I have had some short baches sometimes and they always do it with a smile! I'm also a big fan of the cats in the back so I always snag a toy and give them some attention!! All in all great store!

This store was very cute, very clean, great customer service, great prices, and the animals they had in there pet store looked like they are very well taken care of. I purchased a beautiful female Guinea pig for my d as daughter and it was so fun and exciting getting To adopt our New Guinea pig. As we were adopting her we were very well informed of the do's and don't of the right way to take care of our Guinea pig. About her for over a month and she is such a joy and in perfect house thank you, "Petsmart".

Great selection and helpful staff. Some staff members are much more knowledgeable than others regarding pet care. The prices can run a little on the high side but the convenience of just running to the store vs ordering online is worth it. Overall my family enjoys the store and shop there frequently.

We came here to buy our beta! Got some water treatments, a marimo ball for the tank. It was sort of a walk in walk out visit, I did a lot of research online and I know a fish isn't a dog but I wish when buying our fish they gave us more information on it. Anyone can walk in and buy a fish though haha

This store seems to take at least decent care of the animals they have available for adoption/purchase, which in my opinion is most important. But Only a couple of the staff members are actually polite and smile. The Others usually act miserable, tired, and greatly inconvenience by any questions you may ask or assistance you may need. But they do take care of the animals there (for the most part).... And for that I rate 3 stars.

Alyssa is AWESOME!!! She helped my sister with selecting new fish to be added to her existing fish. She then went out of her to help me with buying my first hamster. She literally went through the cages to find me a hamster that liked to be picked up and knew wouldn’t bite. You could tell she liked her job and was VERY knowledgeable about everything. They need more workers like Alyssa! I will always go back to this store because of Alyssa!

I like petsmart, they have a lot of varieties of everything for all pets. At times I think too many but not really, I always find something new to spoil my babies with. My babies are dogs but we have had many different pets over the years & were always able to find what we needed there. The employees are friendly but not pushy, they will help you find what you need if you ask, or if they notice you having a hard time finding what you want. Good place, good people.

Okay, if my review was just based on, “how great is this store,” this PetSmart would get 5 stars. But my review is not only based on how great the store and staff are. My review also takes into account the value of what I am purchasing. PetSmart is a much nicer experience than the other BIG CHAIN STORE (you know, the one we all hate but go to bc- cheap), but when items are priced $5 - 10$ more per item...! I can’t justify making my purchase there. The item in the photograph I posted was literally 10$ cheaper at the BIG CHAIN STORE. I like you PetSmart... but work on your pricing structure & price more competitively.

well I was so disappointed.. because they don't have the big bags of 34 lbs of Purina Proplan of small bread.. they only have the 18 lbs .. and is almost the same price . I used to buy the 34 lbs because I save money.. well i desired to change the brand.. so sad ..

The store is clean, organized, fairly priced, and they offer plenty of diverse product options. They have basically everything you would need to take great care of your pet. The staff is usually kind and helpful...hit and miss. The grooming is another story. Our groomer was SO nice and did a great job BUT it took 5 hours...? The place we go now takes 2-3 MAX and do just as well on the cut and everything. I didn't like having my poor dog in a crate or whatever for such a long period of time.

We. shop there all the time. They have an amazing selection . Also, the SPCA has adoptable cats in the back near the grooming areas. On weekend days the SPCA also has foster homes bring in their cats and there is a dog organization that brings dogs for adoption. Cats in the back of the store and dogs in the back. We have our cats groomed there and the staff is very good with them.I would definitely recommend checking this store out if you have pets.

Love love love this place it's awesome and you can tell that some employees are so passionate about what they do and know some animals very well I say some because I came here and the employee misting and cleaning the enclosures was so sweet to the ball python and even seemed to know which beardies were the easiest to handle she calmed the python down and we even got to hold it. I even held a baby bearded dragon it doesn't seem like much but that moment was so awesome for me. All the animals are cared for very well. Except sadly, the fish are not at least the bettas. But this is common but it was very sad to see that 50% of them were sick and dying poor things and 25% percent were dead I felt so bad and ended up buying one. As for prices, this place is pretty affordable and there are always aquarium kits on sale. Overall I love this place and I come here often for pet supplies! Sorry for the long paragraph.

This location has a large variety of products, most of which identify as being made in the USA. There is a diverse selection including frozen, refrigerated, raw, and grain-free items. They offer grooming and training classes, and the staff are friendly. Although I think this is a great place for all your pet car needs, I only rated four stars because: 1) they sell expired items at a discount (shouldn't sell them at all) ; 2) they don't have locally made items or regional brands from small businesses; 3) prices are a bit high; and 4) treats are mostly sold in bulk, making it difficult to experiment with new items. However, I always find what I need, and I trust in the quality of their products. My dog is very picky/spoiled, so this is where I go to stock up on his treats.
