I was there a couple of weeks ago on vacation. I have been to 30 plus Hard Rocks around the world and this was one of the worst experiences I have had. I expect it to be busy and over price and very much a tourist trap, but I go because it is my thing to have one meal and buy a shot glass or beer glass in every city I visit with a Hard Rock. I went with my two children midafternoon (after the lunch rush and prior to the dinner rush) although we got a table right away the actual service time took forever, and our server seemed to be very stressed out and unable get to all his tables. Once we finally ordered and got drinks refills did not come, food arrived but we had no napkins, silverware and needed drinks. I had purchased the beer with the glass and in my past experiences (I have over 30 shot glasses in addition to beer glasses) the server brings a clean glass to go with a bag at the end of the meal. When I asked, I was told after I paid, I had to go to the gift shop to exchange, not convenient but fine. I got there waited in line to exchange a glass I had already purchases and then got told the paid receipt was not good enough I had to show the detail receipt which was at the table (because I guess the obviously used glass with an paid credit card receipt was not enough). Lucky the service was also slow to clear the table so my son was able to go back and get the full receipt so we could do the exchange and get out after a 2-hour lunch stop. I mentioned my frustration to multiple staff who seemed not to care. I saw other customers complaining about the slow service, but no one seemed to think it was an issue. This is one Hard Rock I would recommend skipping on your next trip.

Hostesses were not helpful, but bar staff was friendly and provided good service! I loved that I could substitute a beet salad for fries. Restrooms needed attention, but there were very busy. Mojitos were delightful.

Disapointed experience. Jumbo Gombo was smaller as in other Hard Rock Cafes. Service was not motivated. Unfortunately i have to say that it was the worst experience ever in a Hard Rock Cafe till today.

I ate in many Hard Rock cafe through the United States. That one is really nice, the decoration is pretty cool. You can't miss it. The red guitar at the entrance of Pier 39 catches the eye. The waiter was really cool and fast. As usual, the food was good. Rate : 5/5

Service was very fast, ordered our drinks but waiter warned us bar was putting out drinks slow. I ordered pulled pork sandwich. It tasted like it was missing something and could have used a little more bbq sauce. Otherwise was very happy with my food.

Sorry to be so negative towards Hard Rock.... but as a brand it Must Do Better !! Food ( breakfast was ok, herb fries burnt ) service was poor. I asked for refill on my coffee the look from the waitress was to behold. Waited ages for the bill. The saving grace here was Papa Smurf in the store. Good advice and laid back.

I always try to eat here when in DC. It is always a great experience being there. Very diverse menu and the food is always great! The staff is friendly and full of personality! The managers come around and personally check on you and chat. Oh, and check out all of the real rock and roll memorabilia! Fantastic!

I went to Hard Rock this evening and ask for my wings well done. Well when they brought them out they were over cold burned. The waiter had the never to get mad at me because I refuse to eat them. Then she went back towards the kitchen screaming to the cook about the chicken being burnt. I have never been so displeased with a restaurant. I will never step foot into a Hard Rock Cafe. Oh this was my first night in DC.

Went here twice over the weekend. This first time was a great experience however the second visit was a stark contrast. We sat at the bar and both bartenders we interacted with were abrupt, rude and seemed like it was a chore to have to do their job. Very disappointing 2nd visit.

Made reservation online worked good. Get nice table close to window. Opportunity to look outside on streets winter atmosphere. Waitress seemed to be finished army thrill week before. Serious looking not happy. She cleaned up our dishes while others are still eating. Food okay level 4 of 6. could be better. Invest in training in this waitress!!

I tried Hard Rock cafe all over the world. In the US I tried the one in New York and the one in DC. The one in DC has the worst food I've had. Service was also very poor and slow. I asked to be seated near the window, my server said sorry that area belongs to another waiter. I don't care if its looked after by another waiter, I just want to sit by the window. Salt and Ketchup arrived when I finished my meal, what good is that? The food was oily and greasy and really discussing. The onion rings needed a chain saw to go through them. I couldn't tell if their was an onion inside the onion ring or if it was just a think and hard crust. The chicken was horrible, a thick and hard crust on the outside, had spicy seasoning, oily, greacy and really needed salt. I would be satisfied if you pay me my money back and pay me for the time wasted at Hard Rock Cafe Washington DC. Before I left I made sure I told the manager about my bad experience. He was an idiot, he should have told me that the whole meal is on the house, instead he took 1 dish off the bill. He is stupid and did not listen to my complaint properly, all dishes served were discussing and I am never comming back and I am telling all my friends and family about my horrible experience. I left a bad review on google maps and will leave a bad review with trip advisor. Thanks for the horrible experience Hard Rock Cafe. My advice eat somewhere else!!!

Went there with a rather large group from my daughter's school (54 of us total) and they were great! We had a reservation so they knew we were coming but none the less it was great how ready they were for us. The waiters/ waitresses taking care of us were really nice. On our way out the manager(I'm assuming he was the manger at least) made sure to ask us if we had a good experience and if the kiddos were able to go around and see the decor. It was nice of him to actually care about that.

This is an awesome restaurant in walking distance of the National Gallery. Staff was great and very intentive, food was awesome, well cooked and very tasty. Overall sound level was good, but they do ramp it up at nights.

Got seated right away.. Waiters passed by us but didnt take our drink order nor food order for 35 minutes. After being helped food took another 40 minutes only to get our order wrong. They also spilled alcohol on my 6 year old daughter and didnt offer to clean up. We saw 2 couples literally get seated, eat and leave from the same are we we're seated. Big dissapointment. I told them to cancel my order theu wanted me to pay for the food and drink either way.

We had horrible experience here. We were supposed to catch a boat but we missed it, so we had to find a place to celebrate my birthday, it was very busy at the pier and most nice restaurants had 2 hours wait or even didn't take any new customers for the night. Hard rock cafe had only 30 minute wait so we decided to give it a try, well.... big mistake! First we waited for a server to just come say hi for about 40 minutes after we hot sat! Then finally a waitress was sent to our table, after complaining to the hostess. She took our order and the food came out BEFORE our drinks!!! It was just ridiculous! By the time our beer and even water arrived the appetizers were already cold and the main entrees had just been brought as well!. Horrible , horrible experience. They ruined my birthday dinner and our experience at the pear as a whole! Wouldn't reccomend to anyone to dine there! Very poorly managed!

Scam. We booked a group of 47. Silver menu. Cheesecake turned into two (overly sweet) cookies. Hardly goes as desert at all. Soft drink, coffee or tee turned into not being offered coffee/the. Finally three persons had lukewarm (old) coffee after asking. Waiter told us it would take time to brew new coffee. Just don't pay in advance. They don't intend to deliver. We have things on paper.

Hard rocks usually have great food and service. I think, we just caught them on a bad night. Our waiter seemed to be new. My husband's food was excellent. The BBQ sauce on my ribs was way too spicy, for me. I always get the ribs at Hard Rock's, never had this issue.

Very friendly staff, BUT food wasn't impressive. It was just ok. I order grilled wings and tossed buffalo wings with a house salad. The wings were ok, and the salad was small and ok. The place inside was nice. Plenty of flay screens to watch the watch the game. The beer on tap is fresh but needs better choices. Only 1 IPA. I will return, just for the environment and to try a burger.

The atmosphere is the draw here. Really cool rock decor, and the music is great. Food and drink choices are stand - classic American cuisine. They have some interesting mixed drinks on the menu, but I have tried any... I'm a Guinness and scotch guy. Overall my wife and I had a nice experience.

Not sure of it was an off day or what was going on. Service was terrible. The one and only time we got a refill was as he was giving us our check. Three of our party ordered items that needed syrup. They dropped off food and no syrup. Took several minutes to get syrup. Chicken was nearly burned and very dry. Potatoes were dry. No apologies. Certainly not worth $140 for 6 of us.

Here for lunch and the place was packed!! Did a reservation online before coming and Shane had our table waiting and we were promptly seated and served. Ribs were AWESOME!! The first steak we ordered was slightly burnt , I told Shane and they quickly replaced it with a deliciously cooked one and took it off the bill. I’m blown away by their service excellence!! Great job Shane and team.

Had a reservation, which did little good. Hosting staff was a confused, disorganized mess with poor communication amongst them. Multiple empty tables upstairs and yet many parties weren’t being seated or folks waiting were told it would be an hour or more for a table. Asked to talk to a manager....apparently that didn’t get passed on either, again poor communication and organization.

We had reservation at 7.45 p.m.and quickly ordered food that didn't arrive until 9 p.m. Appearantly there had been a mistake somewhere but the staff was very friendly and the manager even offered to take care of the bill due to their mistake. The food was good as always, and the restaurant is family friendly and laid back, however I'm removing a star due to all the fuss.

I tried to take my husband to the Hard Rock Cafe on Pier 39. He has never been to Hard Rock Cafe and probably never will be now. I have usually enjoyed Hard Rock Cafe, but not this time. We walked in and went straight to the hostess stand. While we stood there waiting, three employees had several personal conversations with each other while they continued to ignore us. When one of the employees finally acknowledged us, she was rude and acted like we were interrupting her. Eventually she grabbed two menus and walked away. At that point, we knew that our business was not wanted and left to go somewhere else for dinner.

Rock café is my favourite place all around the world. In SF the waitress forgot one meal we ordered so she offered us coffee for free as an excuse. We unfortunately found all coffee's on our bill to pay. Anyways that girl was really nice and I believe it wasn't her fault.

Had not been to a HR since early 90s when we used to travel the world. On this vac our grandson wanted to check it out, after walking out of the Niagara Falls sad version he talked us into visiting DC's. We all enjoyed it! Good food and service in a fun atmosphere just like HRs we remembered.

Showed up one day with friends from drop in. We got a huge table and we're HELLA loud!!! People were looking at us, but restruant staff never once gave into the haters. In fact manger came over and invited us all to job interviews. She told us her wife also werks at the restaurant and she was happy we we're there. Also highly recommend twisted Mac n cheese. Clean bathrooms.

Went on Sunday, June 16th with my husband. I was not highly pleased. For starters we made a reservation online. We specifically wanted a table and not a high top and stated so in the reservation. However, we were seated at a high top. Oh well. Service was slow mainly because everyone was seated in the bar area. EVERYONE! There was one server in the area and she was great and did what she could do to the best of her ability. The music was loud. It made it difficult to hear each other or the server, but it is the hard rock and it happens. We both ordered the surf and turf. The shrimp scampi was okay, rib eye was underwhelming (barely seasoned), broccoli was passable, and the potatoes was excellent. Sad that the potatoes were the hero of the dish. However, amazed that they temped both steaks perfectly. Additionally, we ordered an appetizer that was forgotten and when arrived tasted rushed and well, downright gross (too much orange). The lady working in the shop was polite and amazing. By the time the live music came on, it was time to go. It started to get busy, and customers were walking out. So, we paid our bill and left. With that said, I would not recommend this hard rock. I am not sure I had a $110 for two meals experience. The only things that keep this from being a 1 star review are steak temps, excellent person in the shop, and the server.

I love Hard Rock Cafe, but I've gotta be honest, I was a little disappointed by this one. The wait time was long, which is to be expected, but once we got a table it took an additional 15 minutes for someone to even bring us water, and that was not great. Then, my vegetarian girlfriend ordered an Impossible Burger, one of the 2 non-salad vegetarian options, and was informed that they didn't have any and hadn't had any for months. Last, and this isn't a huge deal, but the music they played was mostly Taylor Swift and similar genres--not at ALL hard rock, which is one of the main selling points for me. The food was good, and the gluten free buns are perfect and delicious, but all-in-all it was not worth the expensive prices and I know next time we'll choose a different spot. Still love Hard Rock Cafe though, and I'm hoping the other ones haven't sold out to pop music!

We went to Hard Rock with a group of nearly 100. We had reserved tables for this event months in advanced. When we showed up, all drinks were flat and lukewarm. Food showed up timely but very cold. The food was underwhelming. The atmosphere from the upstairs room had no audible music, just bass from whatever was playing downstairs. There were 3 TV’s playing the same 15 second clip on repeat. Underwhelming food, drink, and atmosphere for such a hyped up restaurant. Would not recommend for group events.

Somehow I've never actually been to a hard rock cafe. The atmosphere is interesting, I definitely appreciated the nostalgia of music videos. Our waiter and all the staff were incredibly sweet to the baby. They even played peek a boo with her. The food was quite tasty and so were the drinks. That said, I would definitely come back to this location because I liked the staff. However, I wouldn't go out of my way to eat at Hard Rock Cafe again.

If i could give a zero i would. I know this review wont mean a hill of beans to them but it is what it is. If the food was average i wouldnt say anything. Its terrible. Chicken flatbread, burnt. Mac n cheese for 21.95, chicken cold n noddles undercooked. 3 hamburgers, all burnt. 3 orders of fries, they all tasted like they had been under a heat lamp for an hour. Fajitas were ok. Nachos.... just ok. Asked fof a craff beer and was directed to a place that in our servers words was not so corporate and had a good selection. He was right, there is a terrible selection here. To top it off our check was screwed up 3 times. My family is moving away from the corporate restaurant model for this very reason. Hi priced without the quality. They simply dont care. Mass produced food, nothing fresh, nobody cares. Glad to say ill br spending my dollars at local craft food and mom n pop restaurants.

Easily the worst Hard Rock Cafe I have ever been to. The place was a HUGE mess. Everything was sticky and greasy including our freshly wiped down table. Our silverware was dirty. The bathroom had no soap which is concerning. The wait staff was all over the place and hardly available. They didn't or couldn't answer questions about the menu. They sent us home with dirty souvenir glasses that we paid for which no Hard Rock has ever done to include the one my GF got that was not drank out of by her. The waiter went and got her a glass since he forgot hers and returned with a dirty glass that must've been used by another table. It was sticky and she said it smelled of vomit. Seeing as how this was her first time visiting a Hard Rock she said she would never return to one again. I have been to several around the world and all have been exceptional. I do not recommend the DC one at all.

We reserved a table from opentable at 7 p.m and we came in a bit early, so we asked if we could have seating early and they led us to a booth. As we were getting our food the manager came out and tha led us for reserving a table, and was being super polite and just great costumer appeal. Honestly he treated us like adults instead of the kids we look like.so 10/10 We got good hot food, and the bbq sauce tasted a bit too much like Wistershire sauce.

Went with my girl for a little weekend staycation drinks were fabulous and strong. The staff was excellent you could tell they really loved their jobs. They got along very well. They were playing music it’s was good too created a mini lounge/bar vibe every customer was enjoying themselves! We ended the night with that big ice creams sundae which wasn’t expensive at all it was like 6.99 or some we were shocked when they brought it out. It was delicious!

On vacation in DC. Called to make reservation for dinner. Was told reservations can only be made online. Went to the restaurant expecting to wait. When we arrived at 6:30 we were told the restaurant was closed to the general public due to three large groups that had reserved all the tables. We were told there would be no tables available until 9:30 or possibly later and they would not reserve a table for us even though we were there because it can only be done on line. It is ridiculous they would reserve all tables at once. They need new management. Will never go to another Hard Rock.

Our family has been at several Hard Rock restaurants through out the world. The D.C. one requires servere improvements. The lady in the shop was efficient, but NOT polite at all, at the border of rude. Maybe because we were tourists? We were seated like cows, ordered food and got: 1 nice pull pork burger 1 cold legendary burger - so well done it was rubberlike. We were never asked about beef cooking 1 cold legendary burger - this one medium done. Perfect but NOT asked for. 1 natchos dish - where half the natchos were soft not crunchy. The attitude by all the personal matched the food. Don’t waist your money going to this hard rock cafe. Unless they improve.

It can be difficult to accommodate even small groups, should definitely book in advance. Some seats can get cold around the entrance. Staff is alright but this location is well managed.

The ham and the muffins we're tough, chewy and rubbery. It came with a very small helping of fried potatoes. They were so tough and chewy, I could bearly eat them. Honestly they tasted like yesterday's. They couldn't possibly be fresh. I will not eat here again.

The wait for this place is horrific. Expect to be waiting 45mins to be seated and to get your first drink order. The hype is insane for this place and it isn't even worth it. Stay away if possible. We got our food order an hour later and the Nachos were half covered with toppings and our sauces were also half full. Never again.

Wonderful atmosphere, we were greeted when we walked in by one of the staff singing along with the music being played. My partner and I sang along with him and had a blast! We were able to ask for a different table than we had originally booked (we went during off hours so I wouldn't expect this to be the case during peak dining hours). The entire staff who we interacted with were helpful and accommodating, our server was great with suggestions and information about the food and when he said something wasn't very spicy and it ended up being spicier than I was able to eat he got us a new dish that was much milder! Great gift shop and yummy food. ---Do note that this restaurant is NOT very vegetarian or vegan friendly, there are a few options for vegetarians (including the impossible burger) but overall vegans would not eat very well.

You average Hard Rock cafe where the atmosphere is energizing with the background rock music, people are happy, and plenty of famous collections of clothing and instruments. The menu choices are very limited and food rates average. The staff are welcoming. But nothing special beyond that. The reason I gave it a 3 is because Hard Rock Cafe lost their souls. They were more vibrant and it was fun to come here. Now it's just average.

So, I have to reveal my bias here in that I love Hard Rock Cafe in general. I have been to over thirty worldwide. So, the ambiance is cool and there were several pretty great artifacts at this location (see photos). Unfortunately we didn't have the best service. I ordered the impossible burger with bacon and cheddar. After we ordered, the waiter came back to say they were out of that. They subbed it for a garden burger type thing that was not on the menu. When they brought it out - no bacon or cheese. When I asked him if I could get them the waiter stated that they don't usually put cheese and bacon on the garden burger. Finally got the right toppings. Food was Ok, but not great. Definitely stick with the regular burger if you eat meat. Also, waiter walked by several times with no offer to refill our drinks. Finally got the bill and had to wait for about 15 minutes for waiter to pick it up. Still, ambiance was great and most of the staff seemed friendly.

I've always made it a point to eat at the Hard Rock Cafe when I visit a new city. This one had a nice atmosphere, but like many others recently the food quality is lacking. The french fries were hard and the cold slaw was under dressed. Our waitress had to be flagged down every time we needed anything because she was always checking on her big table, neglecting ours.

Me and my mom went to Washington, D.C. for a five day trip, so we obviously didn't have any time to spare. When deciding where to eat for lunch, we came across Hard Rock Cafe. I had heard good things about it and according to google it wasn't very expensive, so we decided to eat there. When we got there, there were many cool music pieces and we were amazed. However, when we saw the price of the food we decided to just order shakes instead. It cost $15 for 1 shake (there were two of us) although, it did come with a glass souvenir cup. I remind you, we just spent $30 plus tax on shakes, and it took 30 MINUTES to get them to our table. If you have the time and money, go ahead, spend $100 - $150 on a good sized family and meal, but for a budget person I do not recommend eating here unless your only ordering fountain drinks and looking at the music pieces.

This is the 5th Hard Rock we have been to and by far the worst experience yet. Now maybe I am being a little harsh after a long day of crowds and museum walking, we just wanted to sit down and enjoy a good meal before calling it a night. Which Is why I chose Hard Rock instead of taking the chance at a local place we didn't know, because in the past it had been good. After a 40 minute wait to get a table in an only half full restaurant, and then another way to long to be waited on. After finally ordering, and a long wait for drinks the food came out 30 mins later and messed up. After sending it back because this $17 salad looked lacking, she ordered it without the vinegrette, but it showed up with out the Blue Cheese crumbles or onion straws on it (really a pile of greens and sliced steak at this point) now mistakes happen specially when you alter the menu item. Now after pointing out that these things were missing the problem is that they returned with the same salad with some Blue Cheese crumbles on it, with a "we are out of onion straws" so if it's not bad enough that the grissley steak on top is now ice cold the salad was covered in the vinegrette

Honestly, the Hard Rock Cafe, as a whole chain, has really fallen flat. The menu size is rather paltry, and the food overall is just generally bland. It's perfect if you are scared of the idea of spices and seasonings and just want something safe (I was there because of some family members just wanting safe and bland food), but expecting anything beyond that is really asking for too much from Hard Rock. This particular restaurant was interesting, we showed up and had to wait despite having a reservation. There were tons of people piling up at the front of the restaurant waiting for a table, felt like I was waiting in line at a hockey game or something. From the bottom floor it looked like the restaurant was packed, but when we were finally seated, we saw that about 3/4 of the tables on the second level were totally empty. Food took a while too. I figure some staff probably quit on short notice and ended up making things rough, but that's okay. I felt really sorry for the staff because they were trying really hard to get the food out on time. Seems like the place is probably poorly managed. I would highly advise against eating here.

I went here on my birthday and the overall experience was good. a couple complaints was it's just really cold in the restaurant and the music was a little too loud. Otherwise the waiter was super chill and the food was good

I called ahead and asked if they had Impossible burger in stock. They said yes, and I then asked the employee on the line to double-check. They refused to actually check and kept reassuring me that they had Impossible burger in stock. After my fianceé and I traveled for 45 minutes to get to Hard Rock Café, we were informed by restaurant staff that they have been out of Impossible burger for 5 days! We ended up going to Boudin Bakery instead.

Was surprised it was peaceful in there and was a proper escape from the busy and bustling fun around Pier39. Great value meal and pleased with the quality compared to other more expensive and more busy local alternatives. Silver our server was great, really friendly and did a great job. We visited Hard Rock for a murder mystery event. It was a fun event! However, our service was mediocre. It took awhile for them to clear out and set our tables for the private event. It then took a bit longer for someone to come and take our orders. Two of our orders were incorrect, and someone never recieved their second drink from the bar. Our food was overcooked. During the event, someone from staffing decided to interrupt to bring in a tour which ruined the atmosphere. It is usually courtesy to discourage interruptions during private events.

Have been to many of the Hard Rock Cafe's worldwide and I must say this was a good one. It was my wife's birthday and it always seems that we are at a unique Hard Rock during that time. So we had to celebrate it with an HR Steak. It was great to celebrate at her day in our nation's capital.

We try to go the Hard Rock Cafe on all our trips in the USA and abroad. Washington DC has been my worst experience. My drink smelled like dish soap, our nachos were not hot and the service was fair. My daughter never received her drink.... the place is somewhat busy, but there is no wait for seating. Truly disappointing.

This was a fun experience for sure. There was a pretty steady rain when we entered for lunch and there was a large crowd in the waiting area. They took us right back and seated us and the server was awesome! It is evident that they focus on the service at this location. The food was great! We tried some of the appetizers and they were tasty. They only serve Pepsi products which I am okay with but prepare for that if you only like Diet Coke.

Pretty cramped for our party of 7. They said they weren't allowed to change the way tables were arranged because of fire code, so we made due with 2 separate tables. But service was great.

Gave this review even before I sat on the table. Was told at entry 50 min wait. Requested a slightly early table seeing open tables. I was told they were reserved. 10 mins later someone who walked in sat there. Still waiting and ton of tables open. Not sure if this review will even matter given they don’t really care. They are a big name in a busy place. I am sure they won’t even bother to address such a review!

Nice atmosphere, although not really as "Hard-Rocky" on the ground floor as some other Hard Rock Cafes I know. The music was loud enough to enjoy, but not too loud for a good conversation. The staff was friendly and the food was good - prices are reasonable. Overall a nice lunch experience...would be interesting to see how the place is at dinner time...

Friendly service at the bar seating. The only negative was that when I came in, since I was a single diner, the seating staff told me to sit at the bar. I didn't have the option of a table. There was live music so the place was packed but I did find a seat so all was good. Bar staff were awesome. Food was delicious. It was a great place to listen to music and chill before heading to the airport.

So hubby and I went to A New Year's Eve party in Washington DC at the Hard Rock Cafe. Now the music was decent even though it had 2 floor levels. The top level played more Caribbean's theme but poor surround sound system… and then there is the 1st level... Played a more diverse selection which I could agree with… in the surround sound system on the 1st floor was way better. Now get all the drinks you want up until 12 o'clock a.m. midnight and I will it admit they are not at all stingy with the drinks… coming from a lady that had 14 shots of Stoli Vodka....None the less we also paid for free appetizers that we never saw.... literally.... I ate 2 potato puffs and that's only because I snatched that off of the tray. In the lady was literally rationing out the appetizers. I pay for the dam things… the light skin heavy set lady with the long brown hair and glasses admitted she wanted to liquor everyone up 1st in start passing out food later… just understand the vibe was cool but I will not be back.

The food was great. There was not as many food choices from other Hard Rock Cafés I have been to. They play all sort of music in the background as you wait for your food. You are going to be waiting at least 20mins or less for your food because the is very popular. There is also a bar.

Would have given a zero if there was an option. Worst service ever, half our plates came out and it was 20 minutes later before others came out. Then when they did couldn't even cut the bun with a knife. Sent it back took another 20 minutes. Then spoke to manager and was going to comp some of the messed up food. He comped food but was off of wrong ticket ended up spending 74 bucks on garbage food while the ones that was comped had nothing wrong. Ridiculous. Very upset and will not be going back.

Not very good. We ordered the Mojito and received a large glass of ice and rum with a few mint leaves floating inside. I told tbe waitress that this was not a Mojito since it had no line juice and the mint was a token for decoration rather than flavor. She returned with a Mojito that had line juice but that still did not taste like a Mojito. I gave up. The bartender has obviously never seen a Mojito, much less made one, even though it is listed in their drinks section as a special. The burger was dry and the fries were soggy. Overall, not impressed and will not likely return. There are so many great places to eat in D.C. but Hard Rock is there only to display memorabilia. Skip the drinks and the food and look at Bill Clinton's saxophone while you drink a brand name beer. It will be safer.

We had come here to eat dinner as we are visitors in D.C. we were starving. People were not getting their platters....(we are still waiting as I type,) it was complicated getting tables (mixups and not organized.) I didn’t like my meal and had barely taken a bite of it and a friends entree looked good, so I asked to exchange it and they weren’t going to do it. Food is not amazing, music is too loud, and overall service was downright terrible. I am starving because they wouldn’t exchange my food. Hope this helps avoid making the mistake I made!

They had some cool things to look at while waiting for a table. Gift shop had some really cool items, but a little pricey for me. As for the food, I loved the pulled pork sandwich and fries. It was way better than Hogsbreaths, in Carmel.
