Love that they have bakery treats for the furries, as well as self serve dog washing stations. All you have to do is bring your dog and a brush (optional). They have a dispenser with different kinds of soap - oatmeal, hypo allergenic, 2 in 1, etc. Aprons, blow dryer and towels are also provided.

As I needed a cash return so I could go get another shock collar. The manger basically just told me that it was not policy due to fraud and that they don’t paid is they do a cash return. I have a pit bull that I need to help me control her when I walk as she is strong NOT AGGRESSIVE just stronger than me. And so instead refund to my card and when I said I would write a review he said there is the number. Way to go great customer service not. Didn’t even try to assist in marking any remedy to the situation. They are the only pet store that will not refund to cash Not everyone commits fraud.

This is a very nice pet store, the staff are exceptionally kind and helpful, everything is quite clean and organized, and the self dog wash is awesome! I came to use the dog wash with a coupon and I will 100% be back again as a paying customer. It makes the whole process a billion times easier and saves my drain. The hose that provides the water also sports a function that applies liquid soap (which comes in four different options). I can’t recommend this more.

They have a wash station with 2 stalls - one for big dogs and one that's easier to wash smaller dogs. That alone is enough to earn the 5 stars. Gone are the days of washing the dog in the tub and then having to clean the entire bathroom. They've got crickets, mice, birds, fish, cat and dog food items, as well s bakery style treats for the 4-legged. Just go. You won't regret it.

Amazing customer service from the moment I walked in, to the moment I left. I've not seen such attention to ensuring the customer is completely satisfied with their entire experience inside the store and even outside as well. I watched as the same employee who helped me locate my cat carrier earlier, help another customer by taking a large bag of food out to their car. The cashier that I went to, noticed that the carrier wasn't put together, and immediately offered to put it together for me. Something I was dreading having to do when I got home. We talked about my cats, and had a genuine friendly conversation. Nothing fake or forced. It was a great experience all around. You can really tell they really love animals, and it shows through their work and dedication.

Expensive, fish guy was selling things he knew nothing about, for instance they keep the cherry shrimp and blue shrimp in the same tank and sell them as mixed fancy shrimp. The problem with that is that those shrimp will breed and the offspring will be a nasty ugly brown shrimp. Ive raised shrimp for years. Also, several dead fish floating and the mice looked frail and sickly. Good prices on the German and Bolivian rams tho.

I came here the other day with my pups, Hailey rushed over to say hi and made sure they had a treat. I've never met anyone at a pet store more excepted to meet furry friends before. She made sure to walk me through the pet wash and when she didnt know she got a second opinion so she was for sure not to tell me wrong. She made sure my pups were well loved and went through every treat she could until my husky was happy. She is so prideful of the store and just in 30 minutes of being in the store she said hi to everyone and made sure they found everything they needed not just me. You have the best employees that work here. I will definitely come back and hope to see miss hailey and the rest of the crew again.

Lacks knowledge of shrimp they sell. Mice looked frail and sickly. Several dead fish floating in tanks. Had to school an employee on shrimp raising as he was misinforming a customer on cherry and blue shrimp. They CANNOT be kept together unless you want ugly brown offspring.

I am really not a happy customer right now I bought 2 cichlids 2 days ago and went in there today to by a few things as going toward the back there were signs on all the tanks that said sick fish..apparently they all have ick which is troubling because all the tanks were empty.Then the manager tells us all the stores walmart petsmart petco all had the same sick fish..so curious me goes around 2 look guess what it was a LIE!! Now I'm having to treat my tank just to ne on the safe side...MY QUESTION ICK HAPPENS BUT WHY U GOING TO LIE TO UR CUSTOMERS!!

This company really goes above and beyond. I have had struggles finding food for my picky kitty. They were so helpful with advice and options until I found the perfect food for her. Their prices are great. (If you haven't shopped their Black Friday sales give them a try. I usually avoid Black Friday at all costs, but Pet Supplies Plus is my only exception.) AND their staff went above and beyond to help me find a rescue for an abandoned kitten! This place honestly cares!

The store always has friendly customer service and the cat (I can only review the cat side since I’m a kitten mom) shelves are always stocked with product. The reason I’m giving one star is because of the cleaniness of the adoption room. Anyone who owns cats knows the litter box needs to be cleaned ONCE A DAY! There box was so full of the cats droppings the litter no longer covered everything. It made me so mad I asked the cashier about it and he said “we talked about it in our meeting that it does need to happen more often. We cleaned it two days ago”. What! No customer should see that especially if they want to adopt a cat. IT NEEDS TO BE CLEANED ONCE A DAY YOUR MANAGER SHOULD KNOW THIS!

They are well stocked with every pet need except thier fish. The fish are always in the wrong tanks. Two times now they have given me an incorrect fish because I think they are not educated enough in that area. They need to hire a specific set of people for that area. Ive mentioned it twice but they have yet to fix it. Otherwise it is a one stop shop for your pet needs.

Was in the neighborhood and needed pinkies, so we stopped in on the way home to buy some. We noticed the freezer had a lot of condensation on the glass and mentioned this to the cashier, telling her they may need to check it because it seems like it may be going out. She just looked at us without saying a word as if she didn’t want to deal with it or didn’t care. We came home, took one pinky out to thaw noticing it looked different from our usual bought product, but decided to go ahead and try it out. Later I went to feed it to our snake as usual and the pinky was falling apart. It was rotten! Snake would not eat it, so we tried another one. Same thing happened. It completely fell apart after thawing when I tried to pick it up with the forceps. Complete mush! Unacceptable for this product to be sold. Over $12 down the drain. We will stick to buying from Petco even if it is out of our way when we are in need of supplies.

We spent all day going to various pet stores looking for a Ball Python. As soon as we came in the door at Pet Supplies Plus, we were warmly welcomed. We were assisted immediately by the general manager when looking at reptiles, and asked if we wanted to handle the snakes, something that other pet stores never asked. She answered ALL questions and was extremely knowledgable about all topics concerning snakes. After we picked out our snake, the GM stayed with us and helped us pick out all of the supplies we needed for our enclosure. This was the most attention that I have ever gotten at a pet store. We had a wonderful experience here and will continue to use this business for all pet supply needs. Thank you very much!!

Great experience! We took our two dogs in for DIY baths using their equipment, everything was provided and there was no time limit (which is good because my Husky takes a while to dry). It was our first time washing them there, so they were nice enough to comp both baths, and our cashier, Kory, checked the price of the Kong toy we bought, found it for less than 1/2 price online, then sold it to us for that price instead! We saved like $35 in our first visit. Very professional staff that seem to genuinely care about animals and their customers. They gained a few new customers away from Petco, which we live right across the street from.

The staff and the assortment are the keys to keeping me and my wife coming back. The staff is always so kind and actually remember us and our pup, and we've been able to give her lots of new treats for thanks to the huge assortment they carry. It's also nice they have a dog wash facility in the back with towels provided. The prices are usually not as low as Walmart across the street or Amazon. BUT, they do run good deals for members that save us a lot of money. Last time we bought treats on one of their member deals, we stocked up for three months and paid the price of one month's worth of treats.

I had coupon for a free dog wash, so I decided to check them out. The staff was friendly and assisted me, and the dog wash station is very convenient. Drawbacks: Sale prices advertised on shelves only apply with membership though this is not stated, so you can experience sticker shock at the check out. Also, stockers are not careful to place items in correct location which can lead to *serious* sticker shock at the register.

I like this place better than other pet stores. If you need help, there are employees available and they all ask if you need help. Had one employee try to help me find toys that my pit maybe wouldn't destroy immediately. The employees seem to generally care about the pet you are buying for. Never felt like I was imposing on them by their attitude. The store does have more things that are more suitable for my pit, which is hard to find at other pet stores.

We made a trip to buy dog food and wash our dog (Golden Doodle) in their self wash bays. They provide you clean cotton towels for drying your pup. The best part is the wash bays do not have timers so you can rest easy and take your time - facilities were clean and well stocked - they even had some extra brushes and detanglers available if you need them. We'll definitely be back to wash our dog again.
