The near toothless hippie was rude and not helpful. Showed us some stuff for our pet, but for the most part was just insulting and didn't have any information that was helpful. "Well.... this could be... or maybe... well", was pretty much it.

I have been to this pet store many of times and always gotten great service. But The prices are horrible. I at one time got 6 fish and a thing of fish food. Olmost 50$ that is nonsense. I went to pet co and got 12 fish and two snails and payed 17$ all of these fish are all alive still. The ones from paradise pets died within a week lots of the fish they had when I bought the fish looked sick and i seen a few dead ones as well. Pet co is cheaper and friendlier as well they talked to me and informed me of how tocare for some of the ddifferent kinds that I got. Paradise pet the guy who helped me was rude not friendly and informed me of nothing at all. All he said to me was what else do you want and my total. The person I was with even said that he was unfriendly. If I could I would give this store a 0 star. I will never buy from this place again.

Have called and been in several times. Had good customer service everytime. I’ve always had a positive experience. They had several things I couldn’t get at petsmart/Petco and I didn’t want to wait for to buy online. Definitely worth the drive from Little Rock to Benton.

Have been by many times in the last few weeks, always finding something to add to my new aquarium. If they don't have it they can get it, but still a great selection overall. I've only ran into one instance where I bought an item and got home to find out parts were missing, a phone call the next morning, and I was told to come back and exchange it no problems. Will continue to do business, with that kind of customer service.

Always loved the store and they help me out to find items I need. Docking one point because last visit I asked about rehoming my mouses babies where they wont be feeders. I figured there was no place around that would do that, but a simple "i dont know any places that insure that" could have sufficed. I could have done without a long dialogue about how all mice are only feeders, they are not pets, and even fancy mice are feeders.

I was a customer but will be no longer. They hung up on me when I called and asked if they donate to HOMELESS DOGS was hung up on by the owner. I called back thought it was a mistake and was hung up on again. They are rude and have no sympathy for animals...

It's a very nice store. Customer service is eh okay at best. Was there for 20 minutes or so and no one greeted me or asked if I needed help until I checked out and I was the only customer in there at the time. But anyway. Good selection of fish fresh and salt water. I love the selection of fish food and chemicals. And the fact that I can buy API test tubes there is fantastic. I love the selection of filtration equipment and algae removal items. This store for filtration and general maintenance for aquariums is great. Sure I can go on Amazon and get them in a few days. But I like to know that there's a place an hour away that I can go to and get it same day.

We live this store, the customer service is excellent, the owner is very knowledgeable and very helpful. I would highly recommend this pet store over any national chain. He has anything you may need or want, he will help you out and you get free advise on how to take care if your new animal. He will also not sell you anything you don't need. Highly recommend this store.

This pet store is in the pine location in Benton. It has freindly staff and a nice selection of fish and fish related stuff (I have only ever been there for fish stuff but it seems to be good on other pets). They have two cats that walk around the store and they are not super energetic witch is vary nice but they do meander around! So over all I would come here over pet Co or and other Cain pet store.

I love this place! Great products and affordable! I purchased my cockatiels here. After purchasing the cockatiels, I realized I love birds. Therefore, I have South American Pineapple Conures now. I buy all my bird food here! It’s fresh and reasonably priced! Owner is very knowledgeable about birds as well as other pets!

The owner Kevin of Pardise Pets was very helpful with assisting me with my purchase. He is cheaper on a lot of aquarium products than anywhere else I have been. Pardise Pets is the only place in the area that I have been able to find freshwater Giesemann Powerchrome T5 High Output Fluorescent Lamps and the owner Kevin said that he would gladly order me more. They also carry a selection of Giesemann Powerchrome T5 High Output Fluorescent Lamps for saltwater. One of the other things that I liked best about the store is that they keep very clean fish tanks;and all of the other employees are very friendly and helpful also

Great selection of fish, both marine and fresh, as well as tank, chemicals, food etc. The prices are great as well!!! I recently stocked my tank with their fish and have been so happy with it! The knowledge and know-how is not comparable! Paradise Pets, you have a lifetime customer (at least as long as I live in the area) I will be back for more!!!

This place is awesome! I got a guinea pig baby there and it was in great health and is very nice. This place is small, but has what you need. You will not find animal clothes here though. Love the cats that they have roaming the store! Honestly favorite pet store ever!
