OMG...so expensive!!! But for the first time in a long time, I can say YOU GET YOUR MONEY'S WORTH. Everything was delicious! Between our 2 meals, we had salmon, asparagus, steak, potatoes au gratin, broccoli, and their shrimp appetizer Bang Bang Shrimp. Everything was amazing! Even the bread they set on the table. Will definitely be back!

Service was excellent common but the food was only mediocre. The Lily's salmon was good, but the premium side of brussel sprouts for which I was charged an additional $4 was primarily inedible. In fact, I still have the taste of burnt food in my mouth despite copious amounts of liquid being consumed since attempting to pick through the side to find edible portions. When asked if I would like a to-go container for the uneaten food, I explained that it was inedible due to being burnt, bot even an offer was made to remive the item from my ticket. So I spent $24.52 for a decent, though not exceptional, 4oz piece of salmon with a bit of goat cheese and artichoke hearts and a couple of bites of charred brussel sprouts. Disappointing after hearing good things.

We’ve been dining at Bonefish locations for years. The food is always good and so is the service. The daily specials provide great options and a change from my favorites of the Bang Bang Shrimp, which I eat as an entree, along with the Bonefish House Salad. The Tropic Heat Martini is delicious! Lower rating this last time because the Bonefish Salad was ⅓ the size it usually is and was mostly iceberg instead of romaine lettuce. I asked the waiter about the small size and he said people were complaining that it was too big. Are you kidding me? They offer this as a main dish with chicken, steak, shrimp or salmon on it. It was the smallest salad I’ve seen at a nice restaurant. Really disappointed. Will give it another try but if still tiny, will probably not be back, since that salad is one of the main reasons I go to Bonefish.

We started with the Bang Bang Shrimp. Very tasty with lightly coated sauce. For the main course had Cobia Piccata & Shrimp. At first was unsure of what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. Service was good and we received our meal in a timely manner.

This was the first visit to our local Bonefish and it couldn't have been more yang to our first Bonefish yin in Texas, if yang = disappointing and yin = very pleasant. While visiting family in Plano last month, I was charged with finding a new possibility on Yelp and we tried it - can't recall what each of our five-top had, but all gave two thumbs up. Service was great, the place was packed, and the ambiance was casual with lots of sunlight. I learned there is a Bonefish only 30 min from us, so today we enthusiastically made the drive. Long story short: I couldn't believe it was the same restaurant chain! This place is dark and was practically empty. The service was ok but not cheery and bright. Bread and pesto, great. The calamari starter is enormous so we split that and added a house salad. The calamari is delicious and if we go back it will be for that. The house salad, though, was a joke, but for $8.70 it wasn't funny. About 90% white iceberg ribs, a few spinach leaves and palm hearts and cherry tomatoes and exactly four... four very small Kalamata olives. If it had shredded carrots it would look just like the side salad you'd get in a plastic box at a drive-through. We mentioned it to our server, who replied that's the way they always do it. To her credit, she did agree to ask the kitchen for more olives and they sent her back with five, also very small. Maybe they were saving the rest for the next customer.

A friend recommended this restaurant. I was expecting something special, but it didn't deliver. We had Wagu beef potstickers. Anything special about the beef was list to straight salty soy sauce. The salmon salad was good but the blackened haddock was inedible bad tasting.

Here is an update from my previous post when we had a very disappointing visit. We went there today for Veteran's Day and my, what a difference. Although Emory was not there, the wait people were all friendly and attentive. A lady, maybe the manager, came to our table just before we left to make sure everything was OK. It was really a great meal experience. I had the Chilean Sea Bass and it was perfectly cooked and delicious. My husband had the Cod Imperial which he thoroughly enjoyed also. This has restored our confidence and we will definitely go again for another celebratory meal.

This is the only place left in northwest Arkansas with class and great Quality food. We just found out that our special place Copeland's closed, so now it's Bonefish alot more often. Their food is top notch quality, their service is good, the drinks are so yummy and the ahi tuna/bang bang shrimp is Dynamite! It's sad to see Copeland's gone, we're from Colorado, so we get and eat great quality food all the time, have family here so we live 3-4 months out the year here in NWA, it's decline has been a swift and sad one. But anyway, yes Bonefish Grill is thee place to be for awesome food and drinks.

I’ve gone to the Rogers location many many times. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad meal. Good is so hard to rate on sites like this. People may rate a place horrible when they just didn’t jive with the server. I try to be fairly objective. How does the place handle a problem? Are they friendly? Does the food taste fresh. Does fried food taste like it was cooked in clean oil or oil that is weeks old (trust me you can tell). I do recall that my daughter loves their broccoli. A few times it hasn’t been cooked to my daughters liking only meaning she likes it in between raw and what most people would consider cooked properly. It was promptly taken away and a new replacement brought out that was just right. As far as restaurants go it is pretty darn consistent. Also, it is very clean in my opinion. I could eat 100 bang bang shrimp. So, if you are a new to this place get them. They are awesome!!!! Seafood is flown in so it is fresh. Management is friendly. They also have a website where you can reserve a table. It's a true reservation. They usually start getting very busy a little after 5. Usually around 5:30 the line is starting to form for those without reservations.

Okay, so my family and I went here for lunch, and left an hour(or more) later dissapointed. The worst part? We didn't get served. We were patient at first, but the server barely came near our table, so we couldn't ask where our food was or for refills, nothing. If they did, they would avoid eye contact, probably knowing we would be irritated. That's a part of a waitress's job, to ask if the party needs refills, apologize if the food will be late, etc. Unfortunately, we didn't get any of that. The only good thing was the bread, I suppose.

The wait wasn't bad as the were very accommodating by letting us view the menus and place our orders and hang out by the bar with drinks. Use to love this place and come for every special occasion. The past 2 times it hasn't been what it used to be. Our server was friendly and did her job well. The food on the other hand just isn't the quality we expect. The martini was a $10 glass of pineapple juice, I'm not a drinker and I couldn't even taste or feel the alcohol. The recommended dish the server said was simply amazing was the exact opposite. Had a I barely ate half of it. Very disappointed next time I want to blow money like that I will just go buy all the ingredients and make it myself. At least then I know I won't be wasting my money.

Our waiter told us there were not enough mugs at the moment and it would be a little while coming. We were also told we would not be charged when they did come, and we weren't. Of course we also never got out tea or coffee, BECAUSE THERE WEREN'T ENOUGH MUGS. The restaurant was far from full for 10am brunch.

Better than Red Lobsters, but not as great as Blu seafood market near downtown Bentonville which had more raw and diverse seafood and preparation styles.

I definitely recommend getting the Bang Bang Shrimp as an appetizer! That was seriously so delicious. Had I know it would be that good I would have ordered that for dinner as well. Wife and I got their 2 meals for 55 deal, after getting 2 drinks (3.80 a piece for tea) 2 upgraded sides (adds an extra 4 per upgrade) a small glass of whine and a crem brulee bill ended up $94. Brussell sprouts were oddly covered in some sort of sweet sauce, and the steamed asparagus was lacking in flavor for both being an upgraded item on the menu I was a bit disappointed. However we didn't go there for the sides, we went for the fish, which was amazing. However their price reflects the quality.

I won't count myself a connoisseur of seafood, but rather as someone who just loves really good seafood and shellfish. Therefore, I really loved my visit to Bonefish Grill. The restaurant is beautiful, and has excellent staff. And excellent cooks, too. My wife and I selected the Cod Fish and Chips and the Cod Imperial, respectively. Both entrees were exceptionally delicious, cooked to perfection, positively bursting with flavor. Yes, our entrees were both Cod, but Cod done excellently. We hope to return soon, and try the plethora of other fish on offer here. One try was nowhere near enough.

It just ok. Shows like its upscales, prices upscale and the food was, at one point, pretty good. Now its more show and no go. Burger was actually nasty, way too much salt. Lobster tail tasted of freezer burn and was over done. Some of the wait staff is ok but if you watch close you may find that the customer disdain is creeping into their culture. If the meals were 5 to 10 then it would be a 4 star meets expectations kind of thing. But it is a 5 to 10 meal hidden behind a facade of upscale. Too bad.

I'd say the experience was less to be desired this evening. We called in for reservations around 11:30. To make reservations for 6:15 in the evening. we also made a request for a booth away from the kitchen. We got there they did have our reservations, but then proceeded to take us to a table instead. so I'm not sure why I take time out of my day and bother to make reservation when they can't follow instructions. Disappointing usually everything is good here.

I’m impressed with the fish for being so far from the coast and the preparation is quite good. The service is very good and the atmosphere is more upscale than other Bonefish locations I’ve visited. They have a bar area with long “community” tables and screens for games. Unfortunately at peak times it is very crowded and loud. They seem to have added as many tables as possible detracting from an otherwise nice dinning experience. Prices too seem higher than other locations but not out of line with the selections offered.
