It took 40 minutes to get my food. That's at the drive thru. Total chaos. Usually I would have drove away. Just wanted to see how long it would take. Nothing but yelling inside. After leaving there I realized they shorted me an order of fries. Never again.

UNPREPARED! Arrived during a dinner time and sat down at an unwiped table. Staff screams orders to cooks, and pretty annoying. Floor near soda dispenser a total mess and slippery as snot. Place is unprepared for busy spell.

If it were possible to rate a place with no starts I would. I have been to this restaurant multiple times and they are always slow. Today however after waiting on the car in front of me for 10 min I finally got my food. The server was unfriendly and I handed the food to my car partner to check which he failed to do. As I drove away I tasted the freeze I had purchase and instead of a frosty blended icecream beverage I got a milky rootbeer with no ice cream trace left in it. Subsequently when I got home with the food it was missing items that cost me $7. This is hands down the WORST A&W Longjohns I have ever been to.

45+ minute wait for "not" fast food. There were 27 orders the two employees were working. Cashier was nice but 2 people working on Saturday at noon was a bit greedy of the owner. We left and ate at Sonic, which we had the food in 5 minutes and it was definitely delicious.

The Long John Silver/A&W in Mountain Home was a terrible experience. Let's start with the grand total trapped in the drive though of 23 minutes! We entered the drive through and there was just two cars. Long story short.. an employee had to come out and get the burger flipper to come back inside to make the food. Then they started fighting inside because the burger guy walks out leaving nothing made. The girl inside gets on her cell and calls the manager-who wasn't even there, more phone drama, yadda yadda. Then in the end the double combo we were charged for turned out to be a single. This restaurant is a mess!

They allow their employees to smoke at the back door which is right where you wait in the drive thru. Also, there is no lighting over the drive thru so it's very dark back there at night. Light it up and move the smoke break area is my advice.

They need to be shut down permanently! They have broken so many health codes it not even funny! Cooks chewing tobacco & spitting into trash cans, not using gloves for food service they use their bare hands, nobody washing hands or using correct cleaning supplies for tables, utensils, etc. Most of the people working there are meth heads. The health dept will catch them eventually but how many more people will suffer from food poisoning before then & catching hep C !! Nasty place to even step foot in let alone you through the drive thru! Don't go!

Deserves less than 1 star rating. The food was inedible and literally thrown in bag. We were missing several items, over charged and I have never experienced worse customer service in my life. Absolutely terrible and disgusting. I highly discourage dining at this particular chain.

Well waiting 30 minutes in drive thru is not my idea of a place to eat. My son and daughter both worked in this resteraunt in the past and to get your meal was 15 minute wait at most . When we reached window ...the cook was walking around up front ..the girl working looked as If she didn't know what to do , the new guy who you could tell was not trained tried his damndest to serve us ...was scared I was gonna bite him . Then the oldest gentleman just slowly walking around. I'm sorry but this is unacceptable. I know the manager and he and she need to get off their butts and get these people in gear. There is no reason a order of fish and shrimp should have taken 30 damn minutes. No excuse! Will not be coming back ...
