Just met the Fish Truck at Marsolans Feed Store downtown Covington, LA only got 3 lbs of feeder minnows, they looked good and healthy. No complaints from me. Truck was clean, guys were courteous, professional. Nice to know they are back about every 3 weeks. I'll be stocking up more before it get's too hot. MSgt. Al

Fish were well undersized all were dead or dying within 24 hours , staff was defensive , rude and unprofessional, promised owner would get back to me but that was a lie, they did return my call after several weeks ! Each call back on my part was worse then the last with disrespect. They will not back their product, they are deceptive and dishonest ! The owener of the feed store where they stopped in Boone, NC as agreed they will never be allowed on the property again and recommending others do the same. I am A retiered Army Veteren , University professor and respected member of my community and I have never had this kind of dishonest experince. Never do buisness with these people !

Paid for 200 catfish, got about 100 or 120 by the time we got to the pond about 15 minutes away 10 were dead, I was told fish are good for an hour in the bags. Contacted them almost a month ago and have had no response, that is upsetting.

Rating has nothing to do with their service. Never used them. But on Saturday one if their trucks cut me off getting on 240 off 22/78 towards Memphis. They hit the curve onto 240 so fast water sloshed out all over the road. I was afraid it was some chemical. I was thankful wheh I finally got longside of it to see it was a rolling fish tank. When we got off the merge ramp on 240 he almost sideswiped a car forcing himself over into the lane. Not the safest driver in the world.

I have purchased minnows, cat fish, blue gills, and grass carp from these folks for over 10 years now. Only one time i had a couple pound of minnows die, they replaced them with in one week. Nothing but praise. Happy in Ohio. Thanks.....see ya soon

After three years of great deals and service from you, two of your customer service representatives have cussed me out and disparaged me. This over 50 blue gill fry. I had ordered 100 bluegill fingerlings. Instead I was brought 50 Small Fry no bigger than an inch. They died within days. This has happened before when I purchased your fish approx three years ago. You immediately saw the problem and remedied it by replacing the fish within six weeks. I did not want my money back so I thought I would order 100 more fingerlings for next spring and you could then ship the replacement fry with the fingerlings. Instead your customers service reps grasped at every straw in order not to replace my $40.00 plus. They told me I did not know what I was doing. They suggested it was my fault that the majority of your fish died within three days. When I was adamant as to my skill and my previous business dealings with you, your customer reps proceeded to berate me and then cuss me out. May I inform you that I have been at this for more than 10 years. All I wanted was a reliable fish provider. I see now, that you are not.

we purchased 25 catfish, 25 bluegill,25 sunfish and 3 lbs minnows when the truck came to Richmond , Mi all the fish except catfish were put in one bag...the sunfish and bluegill were smaller than the minnows....with 3 lbs minnows I really don't think there were 50 other fish in the bag. Anyway we took them home ..introduced them to the pond water a little at a time a lot of the minnows were already dead. The next day we went to the pond and 3 of the catfish were belly up. I really don't think we got all the fish we paid for and they were very small. I will go back to our regular source next year.

Bought 50 hybrid bluegill had them home and in oxygenated water after temperature acclimation within specified hour. Lost 35 within 24 hours. Called and complained and was told it was my fault. No refund or replacement. Have introduced fish before with no difficulty. Not happy with the customer service at all.

Used them twice. Never had any problems. Need some more grass eating carp. How soon can you get here?

I have made two purchases from this company and each time I have acclimated the fish to the pond by the book. I have had very few if any lost fish, about to make another order and hope it goes as well as the previous two. I'd give them 5 stars if they would deliver to the pond.

bought 100 catfish 25 crappie and 3 lb. minnows.all catfish have died more than half of minnows have died ,crappie are doing great. lesson learned .will only buy from fish wagon I've had catfish for 2 yrs that I bought through them

I emailed them and sent them messages on facebook messenger with no reply. This was my email: "Just picked up my fish this morning and I ordered 225 channel catfish, 600 Bluegill, and 150 Readear. Biggest issues were 1) truck was over an hour late 2) short on fish 3) high death rate of bluegill and read ear I counted the fish as I put them in and the bluegill were significantly short and about half were dead. The channel catfish were large and quantity was exact (even though he "gave me an extra 25"). I put all fish in and tempered the water exactly as described in the directions and only live 10 minutes from where I picked up fish." No one responded or called from my messages. Operation seems very poorly managed with no regard for customer service.
