You will see the feddbacks of real people who are using the products of Luchia\'s Restaurant & Gifts (Fish Shop) in the state of Arizona.
Currently this business gets a score of 4.5 stars over 5 and that rating was based on 344 reviews.
As you can read, it reaches an opinions average is nearly the best, and it's based on a very high number of feddbacks, so we may be pretty sure that the assessment is quite credible. If people have bothered to rate when they've done well with the service, is that it works.
As you know, we do not usually bother to place scores when these are correct and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...
This Fish Shop is included in the category of American restaurant.
A beautiful relaxing spot that's easy to miss just north of Wikieup, AZ. There's a reason this place has been featured on Arizona Highways Annual Lists. Great atmosphere.
We, my family and I, stopped here on our way to the grand canyon west. They have the best pies ever, they were not to sweet, like commercial pies, and had great flavors. The place was very quaint and clean. Staff were very friendly also. Nice experience.
Food was great, service great, prices were reasonable. Only problem is it sits on 93 a 65 MPH highway and we missed it twice because it comes up suddenly. Need a bigger billboard.
They have peacocks in the back! Beautiful! Mist go outside! I love their pie!
Love sandwiches..clean place for a quick pit stop. Front of shop staff don't seem customer friendly but you can pray a conversation out of them if you try
kind of expensive
Pretty darn good food! Great pie! If you're passing through I recommend it. Coffee was good too!
Great place good food and a nice place for a walk. Koi pond and many peacocks and shopping gifts.
Quiet place with good food, a real Oasis in the desert. Single person bathrooms with no baby changing station are the only drawback, especially with kids and a crowd.
The only thing that's negative is that they're not open Saturdays. Outstanding pies (try the Black Walnut Creme). A good variety of unusual gifts and stuff.
Their service is extremely good the employees are great they came over and asked how her food was and it was wonderful
Oasis in the desert! Award winning food, Native American jewelry and gifts, acres of shaded walkways with a Koi pond, peacocks--amazing what the owners have prepared for the weary traveler. Always pleasant, always new surprises. Closed Saturdays.
It's always great.
Good food home made pie .
What a hidden gem. My wife and I have seen this place when traveling to and from Vegas. Finally on our last trip we had the chance to stop and check it out. Very inviting, super delicious pies and a very inviting and cozy back area where you will see peacocks and lots of koi fish. Be sure to stop get some pie there and buy some more to go.
This place is a real find. The outdoor space is pleasant and has peacocks. Coy fish pond. The restaurant serves great food and friendly atmosphere. I love the homemade pies and fresh cooked hot food. I recommend this place.
What a great stop! On top of great food, the back garden is a relaxing place to stretch your legs. Get some pellets and feed the koi! Peacocks are also on view. We found the perfect "Welcome" statue for our front porch.
Great food and grounds to walk through. Handcrafted gifts.
I stopped in enroute from Lake Mead to Phoenix and was so happy I did. The cheese enchiladas were perfection. The corn tortillas were perfect as far as thickness and freshness. The enchiladas sauce was delicious. This is how enchilada sauce should be, dark and rich with flavor a cross of flavors almost mole but not. I noticed a couple ordered homemade pie and also ordered more to go. After the meal I visited the outdoor area with male peacocks roaming around, penned female peacocks and a large koi pond. The gift shop has a variety of silver/turquoise jewelleryery and Native American art/blankets.
The food was great, but the service was not so great. Never got offered another beverage refill not even after ordering dessert. I would recommend that if you have a chance to stop by, go ahead and do so it is something to experience.
Good food and helpful and friendly staff. Great.
Homemade food with comfortable make you feel at home service. Kind of in the middle of no where but there service is out of this world
Great little stop. The pie is wonderful. One of the staff members is 8. She is learning the business. She was super friendly and helpful. The art on the walls are pretty and for sale. There is also a small garden out back with a koi pond and some peacocks. Glad we stopped!
Great employees great food great patio great Indian jewelry and locally harvested honey what's not to like
Dont doubt, just stop and have the pie. The black walnut was to die for. Fully trust my assessment, I'm a pie making person and I know good from scratch crust when I've had it. The cream pies are from scratch not a flavored instant pudding. If you think the pies from Village Inn or Dennys are good than you have NEVER truly had pie. This place truly makes authentic pie. Oh and the gift shop is pretty darn fantastic too.
Fantastic pies, and good food, great friendly service a must try
Best kept secret garden in the Wild Wild WesT....
Always great food! Very nice family owned restaurant with American and Mexican food. Sit on the patio and enjoy the Koi pond and the peacocks. Nice treasures to buy as well. Worth the stop!!
Very good black walnut pie
Our meals were disappointing and the coconut cream pie also tasted very disappointing. We won't be going back.
The best pie ever, me and my wife stop there on our way back from Vegas, we didn’t knew about the place. I never taste this kind of pie before and it was truly magnificent. I wish I could get theirs recipe and reliving this pleasure again.
My friend always wanted to stop here since he was a kid so we did. Great options for gifts & great place to take the kids since they offer a nice koi pond with peacocks in the back. I don't however recommend this if you are hungry. They have many options on their menu, but after not having 3 of the items my friend requested I just wanted to leave. I know it's common for a small place like this to run out of things, but when there's nothing to accommodate your own healthy diet, you lose interest pretty quickly. My friend still ordered something & I asked if he was sure he wanted to stay cause he may regret it but he was hungry. An ice cream scoop of potato salad with sprinkled paprika on top???? And a pastrami sandwich the size of a kids meal???? I could just see myself turning into Gordon Ramsay. I would've sent it back on his behalf but my friend begged me not to. We both thought the meal was ridiculously overpriced. But these tourists who are rating this place a 4/5 star rating are cracking me up LOL I was nice by giving them a 3 because its a family business with nice gifts & animals for the kids. Literally the only upsides! Of course everything is overpriced but its to be expected with tourist traps & small businesses. My friend didn't even enjoy his pie for goodness sake. The backyard with animals is a total mess with lots of clutter but at least there's seating on the back porch. Just don't order a meal, WHATEVER YOU DO. They also charge you to feed the fish which I think is kind of silly. $25 for a meal that should have been $12 AND they charge you to feed their fish??? Pleeeeeease lol We were also ignored the first 10 minutes we were here until I finally asked for a menu LOL JUST AVOID THIS PLACE!!
Great home made food. Amazing Tamales and great service.
Beautiful place friendly service I recommend stopping here if your hungry the food is delicious or want beautiful Indian jewelry and they have a wonderful habitat out back beautiful birds and critters and a koi fish pond it's beautiful
Love their sweet rolls. Fun to go see the peacocks and koi pond!
Wonderful spot to stop while traveling
Feed the koi fish for 25 cents.
Great place beautiful jewelry and pottery and peacocks and fish pond way cool
Quiet restuarant near wikiup Arizona, has indoor seating and outdoor . Which one could feed the coi fish or peacocks in yard. Or make other purchases from the jewelry /gift shop inside . Also has some of the best damned pie I've ever had. Would heavily suggest the pecan pie or the coconut cream pie .
Amazing place with super friendly staff and great food
I didn't stay long. Next time I'd like to stay longer and take in all they have, it's really something. Very, very friendly hospitable service, it was VERY refreshing because it was geniune.
My husband and son love going to this store on our way to Phoenix. My husband loves the crickets.
A fun little place to stop off at! Beautiful patio area out back with a gorgeous garden with lots of blooming flowers in the spring! There is also a large coy fish pond which was a huge hit with the kids who had a blast feeding them and watching the frenzy ensue. There was a very beautiful peacock who was friendly. The food was good and the staff very friendly as well. The outside of the shop screams everything that is Arizona with the adobe style front, wagon wheels worked into the desert landscaping and an area to tie up your horse should you ride in on horseback
The pie slices are huge and the art is so unique. You should definitely check this place out. Everyone was very kind and helpful! Stop by the patio to get up close and personal with the peacocks that roam around outside. They sell jewelry, blankets, peacock feathers, authentic Navajo pottery (with certificates of authenticity), kachina dolls and much more. You can even feed the peacocks or koi fish! Really cool place to check out!
Came in on our way out of state and was not disappointed. The coconut creme and pecan pies were amazing. Will definitely share with others.
Debbi was great, took good care of us! Food was good, bread was fantastic...homemade! Pies looked delicious but we were too full to try some. Our grandson had a blast feeding the Koi & wanted to play with the peacocks!
Atmosphere and good food !!
Good food, good service. Prices were decent. Nice recommended stop.
Great stop to or from Vegas. Either for pie lunch or a cool ice tes. Nice grounds .
Best desserts I've ever had
Very friendly people.
I love this place! I stop here when I travel. Great food and friendly staff. So many cool antiques to look at as well as peacocks and fish.
Good food, not bad prices and the courtyard is really neat.
The man at cash register was more interested in talking on his cellphone, our waitress was so sweet...the food was very good
Food = 0 Pit stop unique Atmosphere =4 Compromise = 2 The food was waaaaaay over priced. My husband got a pastrami sandwich. It was about 4 inch long, 2 inch wide, 1 inch tall. No flavor, one piece of pastrami.... and it cost $12!!!! It was the size of a kids meal. I saw all the other food coming out and just ordered fries cause I have a hard time putting over priced, worse than gas station food in my mouth. The garden was fun with the coy pond and peacocks.
Interesting road side diner, harkening back to the 1950-60's. The food is average mom and pop diner, but the pies are worth stopping for. Small Native American gift shop. During the cooler months, dine out back and enjoy their peacocks roaming the grounds.
We stop at Luchia's on the way the way to Phoenix a couple times a year. We always pick up a pie to go. The food is good and the portions are generous. The prices are very reasonable which is surprising as it is located by itself in the middle of the dessert.
My friend and I stopped at Luchia’s Restaurant today for the first time. We enjoyed every second there. Really good food, delicious Pecan Pie, adorable environment and great service. Super recommended!
Great food and friendly staff. We had a visit with Sheriff Joe Arpaio who came in for one of their famous home made pies. While waiting for your food, feel free to walk the garden out back. They have a few Peacocks roaming the grounds. I'll be back soon. I'm already craving their food.
My favorite place to stop between Phx and Vegas or Laughlin. Good food, but beyond that, breathtaking genuine Indian art and jewelry and a nice open park-like area with covered seating, fountains, and peacocks to let the kids run off some energy. Only concern is they are only open during the day. It's 3-4 miles north of Wikieup, so don't get discouraged and settle for mediocre in town.
super good food
stopped here to eat a couple of times and the food is very good. we always pick up a pie to take with us.
Great place to stop over
Nice little road side restaurant and gift shop. Had the Cowboy bean soup, it was delicious!
Great place! Friendly service, great food and awesome atmosphere! Perfect halfway stop from Phoenix to Vegas! They even have a garden with a coy pond and peacocks! This is going to be my new halfway stop from now on! Thanks Luchia's
This restaurant has good food and an even better outdoor area! Peacocks and Koi pond...very beautiful place to relax and enjoy a meal!
Dont stop for the "homemade pie". Your better off getting a hostess pie off the side of road at a gas station. The texture of this banana cream pie was like jello, hardly a cream base. Best part of Luchias was the garden. Kids get to feed the peacock's for .25 cents. Pretty cool!
Good food. Nice garden
The lady behind the counter where we bought a slice of pie was adorable and sweet. Cool things to look at but pricey. The best part is feeding the koi and seeing the peacocks.
Great food!! Lots of great gifts, collectables and native American jewelry and art. The garden in back is beautiful. 25 cents purchases feed for the Koy fish in the huge fountain/pond. Don't forget to say hi to the peacock. I almost forgot to mention, you can dine in the garden and the people there are very nice. A little pricey a but well worth it! I highly recommend this spot.
Perfektes Service tolles Essen.I recomend everybody go there you will be surprised by all
Great place to stretch your legs, have a piece of homemade pie and see fish and peacocks!Amazing! Little ones love it!!
The food is good, but don’t stop if you have any time restrictions, thankfully we did not. There was a total of five tables being occupied when my wife and I went to eat, it took 45 minutes for our two meals to come out. Other than that the waitress was pleasant and the pie looked delicious if we go again we will have to give it a try.
Their food is delicious and in the back you can feed peacocks and koy fish
My husband and I have been here several times on our way to and from Dallas. We have never been disappointed. Alway good food, good service, clean, and the patio and garden area are a real treat. Love the peacocks! We are planning a day trip from Las Vegas to see the desert in bloom and share this place with my sisters and their husbands soon.
Good excellent. Great gifts!
It's a bit of a hidden oasis. The food and the service are great. They also have an array of hone made pies which are also, unfortunately delicious.
Amazing place to stop and buy some great pie, and desert honey. Go dine on the veranda and be amazed by the beautiful sceanery and the peacock.
Stopped in on a road trip from Washington state last summer. Warm and friendly place to be. A treat to see the peacocks out back
Awesome customer service, and the pies were delicious.
You must visit this unique restaurant, store, jewelry store, and beautiful park, all rolled into one. Its worth going s bit out of the way to visit. Check out their website with lots of pictures, etc.
Great food and service with a beatuful garden in the back.
The only reason the drive from Vegas to Tucson can be survived. Oh, and pie. Did I mention pie?
This is a restaurant and gift shop on the side of the road. We stopped in because we had heard the pies were really good. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome to be there. The pie was GREAT! We didn't order any other food items but the food going to other customers look very good. If I pass through again I will be certain to stop.
Top notch if it was located in Central Park!!!!
Very neat little stop inbetween Vegas and Phoenix. Stop by their outside courtyard it is spectacular. Highly recommend this as a pit stop.
Had to stop because of reviews. it was okay, but I wouldn't stop again. I like fresh, favorable food. Very bland. My husband liked the pie
this place is on the middle of no where, but is nice to find it while you are driving to your destination. The store is cute, it has several pots, dolls and other native American decor. The place has a yard with a fish pond and peacocks in a cage. you can eat outside or inside, I had huevos rancheros , they were really good, so if ^you are traveling by there take a chance to go there.
We moved to Az almost 3 months ago and we visit my Aunt out im Kingman OFTEN, we have been wanting to check out this place but it is ALWAYS closed!
Always stop by on our way home from Laughlin! Great little hideaway restaurant and gift shop has original art & jewelry!
The food wasn't too bad. Nice quiet place off the side of the road.
Lunch was decent, but pie was delicious. As one of the only options between Phoenix and Vegas, it's definitely a solid choice. Homey and welcoming.
Friendly staff & beautiful gardens. The cheese burger & fries were decent. It filled the spot! Great little stopping spot to stretch your legs & get a bite to eat. Feeding the koi & peacocks are a must do!
Love love love the peacocks outback!
We liked Lucia's. The pies were very good, and a great gallery to shop for authentic Indian art and jewelery. The location makes it a good place for a rest stop if you're traveling between Phoenix and Las Vegas. Nice covered outside seating.
Fantastic patio.peacocks eat from your hand.good food a little pricey. Excellent service.
Love their pies. I always make this a place to stop when traveling thru. The pies are amazingly cool and refreshing and the lol pond and outside seating are a great break in the desert drive to just breathe and relax.
Great spot for lunch and pie!
Stopped for a lite lunch. My wife and I split the Chicken/Bacon wrap, dinner salad and pecan pie. All were excellent and more than plenty to split. Very friendly staff and delightful patio to round out the experience.
Great place to stop on the way to Vegas. Great pies and outdoor area.
The young lady who created me at this beautiful place was so sweet and knowledgeable about the pies!
Great food, friendly service Nice patio dinning
Good food! Homey place.
Excellent food. Super friendly wait staff.
Nice place to stop, lots of good things to look at, really nice people, great pies.
Amazing as always. Still the best pies I have ever had. Always fun for the kids to feed the peacocks and koi.
Sign says fresh baked pies, but walked in today and the pie case was broken. All pies were in the back supposedly, but pretty pathetic you wouldn't fix your main display case. They also seem really concerned with no public restroom signs.. I counted at least five. Pretty petty of them.
Food was way overpriced and also made my boyfriend and I both sick. We had both ordered the beef burrito with green chili, btw they don’t know what green chili is. So 2 burritos and 3 tacos, 2 ice teas and the bill was $46
One of my favorite stops while on my way back from Vegas.
Thank you for allowing a weary traveler to stop and use the facilities. The manager was kind and offered amazing customer service. The food looked and smelled amazing although we did not have time to dine.
Fun and fast
Delicious pies and friendly service. The native American artwork that's everywhere throughout this spot is beautiful and it gives this restaurant a unique charm. If you find yourself in this neck of the woods you should definitely stop thru and check it out.
Very nice turquoise here also they have a restaurants and homemade pies and very kind customer service
Nice to have a place to stop and take a break from driving and was able to buy a few items. I didn't eat, but the food looked and smelled wonderful! I did buy a colorful blanket and some decorative items to dress up my home! There is also a great selection of jewelry items and art to choose from for all budgets. Worth the stop and a great way to support a business that makes traveling fun!
Great place to stop, excellent service, lovely turquoise jewelry and very good food.
Why is the pie so good? Don't forget to go out back and feed the fish and peacocks!
Great little place to stop and eat. Love sitting out side. I had my mom's dog with me while traveling. They allowed me to take me dog to the out side dinning area. Great food. And great prices.
Good food and an outside area koi fish pond which is great if you have a kid or two with you on your trip.
Great food and great price
They were closed on Saturday the day we were heading home...we were looking forward to a home made pie...but we did have fun with the Navajo cut outs!
Had the pastime sandwich the meat was very tough
Good food and good service
It's in the middle of nowhere. Great people. Good place to visit. I would visit it again.
A great stop between Phoenix and Vegas. The pie is delicious and the grotto in the back is a super relaxing place: Koi pond, peacocks roaming free, and plenty of shade.
Good food and a nice selection of gifts. Out back was beautiful with patio seating and peacocks roaming around.
Love their back patio and pies. Food is not great for me-vegan.
An amazing place!! The food was awesome and you could certainly tell almost everything was homemade including sandwich bread and buns. Unbelievable pond and garden area behind the main building. We literally screeched to a stop as this is in the middle of nowhere on a 70 mph roadway.
The delicious food, all the nice Souveniers and silver items and More...I love this place
The food was okay, a bit over priced... the waitress who helped us was kind of rude and never once checked on us while we were eating (no refills... not enough silverware) we bought a pie and they refused to cut it for us... only would go here again because there is nothing else around.
Nice and cool. Nice indian jewelry and crafts. Food was reasonably priced. Cafe style casual eating. Pie was delicious. Staff was friendly. We had car trouble and they were very helpful.
If you're driving thru... Make the trip here! Food is AMAZING. Prices are reasonable. Nice gardens and pond to relax around.
Good food, nice gift shop. Coi pond in back you can feed fish and the birds.
They have very interesting gifts I love my tree of life
Great place to stretch your legs. Feed the animals out back. The peacocks and koi pond are well kept
Warm atmosphere very friendly Had pie. Not very good. Hope their food is better.
Really unique restaurant. Food ok. But the jewelry and other crafts great collection.
Neat place to stop instead of fast food. Cute pond and Peacocks!
Good food and friendly service as always
My boyfriend and I just went here and got their supreme burritos with bacon. Let me just say that I’m very sad that this place is so far away from where we live. They were the absolute best burritos I’ve ever had. Perfect amount of everything. The staff was really nice as well and the atmosphere is great. We’ll definitely be coming back whenever we’re in the area.
This is the best place to stop to stretch your legs and enjoy some AMAZING home made apple pie. Fun trading post like atmosphere and fun things to see out back. Even a Koi pond.
Fun restaurant & gift shop on Hwy 93, the road from Phoenix to Las Vegas. MUST SEE the flamingos and Koi fish pond in the outdoor garden. Very good food too !
Stop for a quick snack on our trip Jessica help us and they even made us a specaul order!
The service here was amazing , an the place is beautiful , really great family owned business that made our trip just that much better , recomend to anyone passing by here.
Good food nice scenery, the peacocks are beautiful
Luchia's is this comfortable oasis in the middle of no where with a wonderful yard with a fish pond and peacocks. Would have never expected this on that stretch of road. Food was good and the restaurant was clean. Highly recommend.
Absolutely spectacular food. Couldn’t try the dessert, because my regular meal was so filling and delicious. A necessity if traveling between Phoenix and Las Vegas.
Quaint diner and gift shop in Wikiup. Good food, homemade pies, go out back and see the patio, Koi pond and peacocks. Wonderful staff.
Great food with great prices. The staff was super friendly! We took a walk around the koi pond, and feed peacocks while we waited for our food. Got a slice of black walnut pie for dessert that was perfect.
Did not have sugar free pies :(
Nice little outdoor area, feed koi and peacocks. Pie was overpriced and not very good. Cheap knickknacks.
Luchia's is not what you may imagine from the outside. Go through the gift shop and restaurant to the back of the property where there's a huge koi pond, beautiful grounds and outdoor seating. The food is excellent, and you MUST try the homemade pie!
Great place - Good food, good prices, Nd fabulous pies!!
Bought 2 sculptures..different occasions..food is good..pies are great!
A nice quiet place off the freeway. Take the time to go out to the garden if you stop for their famous pies, it's gorgeous.
