Less than quality service... My tank was picked up on 10-10-18 and taken to Deep Blue Aquarium to be restored/fixed. I was given a time frame of 1 week turnaround time. After making contact on several occasions not only speaking with said owner if Deep Blue Aquarium I also spoke with his daughter as well twice! I still received no service. Finally on 11-15-18 I picked up my tank that had NEVER been touched. The owner allowed my Aquarium to sit untouched for 30 days! Without a word, a call, an explanation or even an apology. This is extremely sad considering I am an avid fish lover and this could have been a great business dealing. Missed opportunity on your part. Truly the fish lover

Joel and his family are wonderful to work with. They provide custom services for tank restoration and new tanks. They have a variety of fish and coral on display for purchase and they are expanding. They offer classes and free water testing. Saturdays you can take home some free water.

Went in to buy LRS Food for my aquarium, Joel greeted me and gave me a tour for the place. Great prices on anything from equipment to maintenance stuff and fish food . Will be back soon

Family owned and operated....and they do a great job! I was not the customer but only wanted to check it out (I WAS with a friend)and I was totally impressed! Not only by the unbelievable customer service but by the KNOWLEGE Joel has. Since I wasn't buying I just got to sit back and take it all in. Really beautiful dish, coral and anenomie (And now I know the difference!). They are growing and I can see that it be THE place to go for anything and everything salt water. He will even get you going if its your first time "reefing" see? Even learned some lingo!!!

I have waited to review this place for a while because I have mixed experiences. When the owner and his wife are there you get top grade experience, but when the kids help you, you leave angry frustrated and like you waisted your time. Unfortunately the kids have helped me 90 percent of the time and they are not knowledgeable and you have to explain to them Barney style your questions and concerns. Their prices are about 5 to 10 dollars higher than normal but other stores are worse so it's a small convenience fee over online ordering prices. Their fish seem healthy but because every time I wanted to buy one the kids were there so it made me walk away. Their inventory isn't all inclusive but what lfs is, they do have a decent amount. They also give free weekly testing. If the owner is there this place is a 4 star easily but with the kids I rate it a 1.5, this is why my review is a 2

I had called in about my goldfish problem, found out my fish has ick. Joel took his time to ask me exactly what happened, told me step-by-step with detail what I need to do to fix my problem. He even repeated it back to me because I just wanted to make sure that I'll do it right. He went above and beyond knowing that they're closing in 2 minutes just to help me out over the phone and I know that's not easy. To top it all off he literally emailed me step-by-step what he told me just in case. Now thats a great human, and a wonderful employee. Customer service is in this mans blood! He was sooo patient with me! Thanks joel!

Our tank broke within a year and was a complete loss. Joel used silicone instead of acrylic glue on out acrylic tank, but would not admit to his mistake or offer any help even after several desperate calls. Good talker but does not keep his word and does not do good work.

This place is for the true enthusiast. Looking for specialty equipment on the south west side of the valley then this os your shop. The owner focuses on custom builds and top of the line equipment. But is friendly enough that a beginer can approach the owners and know they will be treated with respect and walk away much more knowledgeable. This store is always growing and expanding and is always a joy to go into.
