Not good. Most McDonald's around here aren't worth going to. Fake food which they can't prepare properly anyway. Coffee is not always good. I had an Egg McMuffin which I asked for not burnt. It was still slughtly burnt, not as bad as others have done, but more than what's acceptable for serving. In short, most fast food places in Alabama will serve anything. They don't care. I wouldn't recommend them.

Order a Mocha and the girl didn't put chocolate syrup in the drink. Always very slow service. Not so friendly service. However there is a nice manager. Hard to get in and out of this location. Food is typical.

The fat girl with the head full of Red and Black weave braids... The chick that looks like Bowser from Super Mario Brothers need an employee class of how to treat customers. She had an attitude for no reason. The location at this McDonald's receive lots of business. I'd think that they'd consider opening a second line. Furthermore, if you're going to advertise any size drink for $1 make sure you do that without cutting corners. I ordered a large Coke. The girl filled my cup half way. When I asked her what happened to the rest of my drink her response was "Oh, you wanted my to fill it up?" I didn't want to be mean or rude to her so I told her it was okay. I went to the gas station and purchased an extra can of soda. The whole amount from the can went inside.

Newly renovated. I arrived for a late lunch around 1:30, so it wasn't busy. My cashier was friendly and took my order accurately. Food came out quickly with no issues. Average McDonald's fast food, nothing to brag or complain about. Restroom was clean, however I found the hand dryer to be in an odd place. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Waited forever in-line and we were the only car in the drive thru on a Thursday at 7pm. I ordered, pulled up to the window, and just sat there. Eventually, I paid the bill and was given our drinks. Once again we just sat there. It wouldn't have been as bad if we were told, "hey it might be a minute cause we are waiting on some fresh fries or something," but all we got was a closed window. When the food was ready, she held the bags in her hand as she took an order for someone else at the drive thru. When she finished taking the order she open the window handed our food and just closed the window. How about letting us know this is everything we ordered or sorry for the wait.... Nah. Nothing so we sat there for a minute to make sure we had everything. A double cheeseburger meal with a water, two happy meals, one with a cheeseburger with no pickles, and the other a four peice nugget. Also one m&m mcflurry (because they were out of Oreos). Not that complicated... But my son yells two minutes later!! There are pickles on my burger!!!... All of this was just bad customer service, and no attention to detail.

Several things concern me about the Dadeville, AL McDonald's and at the top of my list is the cleanliness of the store. I have called their advertised complaint line several times over the past few years but my concerns seem to fall on deaf ears.

We placed a fairly simple order, large coffee with three splenda and large mocha latte...we got a small mocha latte and a coffee with cream in it....tried to get attention at window and were treated like we were annoying. I only eat the new Buttermilk Crispy Chicken finger from this store, but they never seem to have them available. It has got to the point now where I have to call the store to see if they have them before I go. They seem to forget to thaw them out is what I'm told over and over again, but if they were not thawed out yesterday you would think they would be ready today. They are not. Several of my co-workers go round and round with them over the Southwest salad. Some days its available, some days its not. Get it together Micky D's, its not that hard. You are one of only two fast food places in Dadeville. Somebody help them out.

1.24.19 430am. Not the first time the lights were off at this 24 hr McDonald's. I pull up and viola the lights come on and they take my order. Staffing issues were explained to me. The McCafe machine 'either doesn't fill the large all the way or isn't hot'. These are the managers words. Please improve. I stopped going to the green street location because it was taking 20+ minutes to get my food. 1.26.19 1030am. Took 11 minutes to get a walk in order.

Since McDonald's completely redesigned their restaurants, it's simply not as much fun to go anymore. My children loved the play area and now they would rather go through the drive-through and head over to the park. Also, personally, I don't really care for the ordering kiosk, you can't tell them that you want the actual Mac sauce put on the quarter pounder with cheese, you don't want the little cup they give you now.

Placed a mobile order for $7.06 on the app...pulled up to the drive thru and told them I had a mobile order,gave them the code...and said "I also need a large sweet tea on a seperate order"...she says "ok your total is $8.16"...I say "my mobile order was already paid for on the app when I placed the order"...she says "ooooook....pull around so I can get this worked out"....I pull around and she just hands me a receipt and says nothing....I look at the receipt and its for $8.16...and it's mobile order receipt with the sweet tea added to it...so I say "excuse me but I asked for my sweet tea to be on a seperate order"...she says "well it went through"...I say"I'm sure it did but I'm only allowed a certain amount of money on the card which is why I asked for it seperately" she says well all I can do is cancel the order and do it again but it's gonna charge ur card twice"....and gives me a look like oh well buddy...the important detail is that the person who was doing this was the store manager...so I say "look im not trying to be difficult but this is a real problem for me and I could get fired from my job for this"...she says "sorry"...and closes the window....now if you're asking yourself "well what's the big deal?"...the big deal is that I specifically said I needed the sweet tea on a seperate order due to the fact that I paid for my mobile order with a company card from my employer who allows me a $7.50 MAX allowance for lunch everyday....they are extremely strict about this....and somebody else JUST got fired for spending $9.24...so now my job is on the line because the store MANAGER did absolutely nothing to try to remedy a situation that SHE is at fault for....thanks McDonald's

Asked for a big mac for hubby and I. We got medium fries and two senior drinks. I worked for mcds 5 years so I've been to a lot of them through the years.. I never had such a dry hamburger at mcds in my life , always loved it! The French fries were cold and hard. Not the way they should be. Like little hard straws. Was not pleased at all with this mcds.

If this wasn't the closest one to me, in a 20mi range, I would never go back there again!!!! They slow and make you pull into a parking space to wait on your food to get cooked and you don't get everything you ordered. No biscuits and gravy were being served on Tuesday around 10am. Never a good experience, but I keep giving them a chance. I will learn my lesson eventually.

This place is garbage, I've had drinks CONSISTENTLY not filled to the top, even AFTER asking them to do so, numerous times on numerous occasions, numerous times throughout 2 years... I've had a bacon McDougle where the toppings of the sandwich was OUTSIDE the bread and meat!!! Horrible!

Me and my wife enjoy coming to Dadeville McDonalds,But me and my wife have notice everytime we come here their always a young lady working who wears a yellowish/Goldish hoodie with burger on it..She always nice.I don’t know if she’s a manger,But me and my wife notice everytime we come here our fries are always fresh when she bagging our food.I believe I heard someone say she was training to be a manger and she was running the store..She was very help on yesterday May 29,2018 between 12-3 when me and my wife didn’t know the difference between a Double Quarter and Quarter Deluxe.She was very helpfully and explain the difference with such a positive attitude.Very nice young lady who has a bright future ahead of her.I really thank you Dadeville McDonalds for having such a positive worker

Service was very slow. Drink fountain was out of some drinks. Triple cheeseburger was dry, cold and tough as leather sent in back. The next one was not much better. No ketchup had to ask for packets. Will not hold back to the south end McDonalds!!

You're lucky if you get out of there in 20 mins some times. 5-6-19 I ordered a 20pc nugget and large fry. I get home, 20min away, only to find that my large fry only had a small fry in a large fry carton. Not cool!

We quit going because it gets worse everytime we go. Just like we went tonigh it was about 7 or 7:30 and we went inside they took our order. There was no Sweet Tea, No Ketchup in either things it go's in. And while we was placing are order and waiting for it there was 2 boys have may been in the 20's just staying around the counter. And the one was yelling at someone for whatever like there are not customers in your store.

This is the most ineptly ran business in the area. The service is pathetic. You can not run a business with poor management. It starts with the managers and ends with the employees. If you have a business where the managers do not know how to manage employees how can you expect the place to be successful? GET RID OF THE DISRESPECTFUL LAZY MANAGERS AND EMPLOYEES!! The profanity that the public is exposed to from the employees is absolutely appalling. This is a place of business that serves the public. How do managers allow employees to come in high or with alcohol on their breath and not send them packing?? If you don't want your business perceived as disgusting and trashy then fix it! The sad thing is there are a rare couple of employees who actually try to give good service with a smile on their face but their professionalism is lost due to the over all dismal state of this poorly ran establishment. I would love to come in and do a complete overhaul of this place and show you how to appropriately manage employees and make it successful once again. It is ridiculous!
