This location is very nice. It was clean, great service and the food was just right. I was craving pot roast and thought I remembered seeing it on the Cracker Barrel menu. It is roast but, no gravy or anything on it. It was still very good and hit the spot. I do wish they had collard greens instead of turnips. Oh well. The food is always good. I've never been disappointed, yet.

Use to like this place until last Saturday I went to this establishment and there was a roach on the floor by our table. Had to have someone come get it, knows it’s not the employees fault but should follow up with sanitation. Won’t go back after this which is disappointing.

They have a great gift shop. The food is ok, I wouldn't say "wow, you have to go there". The servers are very nice and the service was good. They check on you often to see if everything is ok and refill your drinks.

The steak dinner was a disappointment. Not only was it a bad cut, but it also wasn't cooked to my request. The manager did offer to cook another one for me, so for that I was thankful, but declined. I'd go again for the atmosphere but would definitely order something other than steak.

I love cracker barrel . But this one is terrible. Brought our food out and it was ice cold. Waiter kept forgetting items in our order. It took him five different trips to the kitchen to get our order correct. By the time it was was straightened out the other food was cold. The grits we're like soup , very runny. On top of that ,we drove an hour and twenty minutes to go there specifically. Worst breakfast ever. I still love cracker barrel , just don't recommend the one in Rehoboth Beach Delaware. Sad day.

Place is terrible! The food quality is garbage, my wife got country fried chicken, when you bit into it it was like a bag of chips, half air! No meat, and what was there was covered in greasy fat.. I got biscuits and gravy, the biscuits came out like warm, and the gravy cold -_- plus my sausage patties looked like hockey pucks.. the only good thing about this place were the " cow tails" candy in the gift shop

Very busy day for them. My wife called because we knew Thanksgiving would packed. They said that there was an hour and a half wait, but if we would like, she would put our name on the list right then. We said, "Sure". We finished combing our hair before we left and when we got there they were calling our name. We were seated immediately and great service at the table in addition to the good food.

This was our first Cracker Barrel experience but definitely won’t be our last! Amazing food, accommodating and friendly staff, great prices, and a very comfortable atmosphere. I genuinely felt like I was at home eating REAL food! The hostess and manager Micheal checked on us, and I’d like to especially thank our server Elliot who was at our table at least 5-6 times, gave recommendations, was personable, friendly, remembered who ordered what, and made sure we had refills at a fast pace. He was genuinely happy to serve us and carry on a conversation. The gift shop staff was amazing too, I don’t remember her name but a woman with white hair and glasses remembered my name and wished me a merry Christmas on my way out the door. If I could give this place a higher rating, I would! Thank you for making my whole day!

Cracker barrel has a good sentimental value to me, that might be why I keep going back. The food there is painfully average, ( except for the BLUEBERRY WAFFLES) but the atmosphere more than makes up for it. It is a very fun place to go have fun. Going there is more of an experience than anything else! Overall, here is the break down. Food 5/10 Atmosphere 8/10 Service 8/10 Country Goodness 10/10

Arrived early on a Saturday evening to avoid the dinner rush. We were seated fairly quickly. Took almost 15 minutes to have a waiter to acknowledge that we had been seated in his area. Waited almost 25 minutes after the order was taken before we walked out after not receiving food or another acknowledgement.

The Rehoboth beach Delaware location is the absolute WORST location to go to!!! The servers there are terrible!!!! She was very rude so we told the manager and he could care less!! The older blonde hair lady is who we had. Do not go there the management and servers are all different and it’s changed for the worse. We frequently went there to eat but not anymore and neither will my friends and family. I only gave one star so I could leave the review.

The food is always delicious and consistent at Cracker Barrel. We had a wonderful waitress. She was very friendly and filled my coffee cup numerous times without me having to ask. The only bad thing this visit, and NOT the restaurants fault, were screaming and crying kids at a nearby table! Please if your children are that miserable, try to keep them entertained or remove them until they are calmed down! This nonsense went on the whole time we were dining. We will eat here again next visit. The restroom was also clean which is a big plus!

I know it's a popular spot, and understand the wait to be seated. I was disappointed with the 30 minute wait for our food, after placing the order though. That felt a bit silly. The food was good, but I have to remember there are not a lot of non-bread or not carb heavy options. One item stuck out and it was the smoked sausage patties offered with the breakfast options. Very tasty.

Every time that my boyfriend and stay out here to go to Disney, we come here for breakfast at least one of the days. We’ve always had a great experience, but today in particular our server, Brandon, was awesome! Our orders came out perfect and he checked up on us constantly. Mackenzie had the absolute WORST service I’ve ever received from any restaurant. Don’t be a waitress if you don’t like “working with people” as she personally told my husband and I. Place maybe half full, waited 16 minutes for someone to take our order, took 35 minutes to get 4 pieces of fried chicken 2 orders of pancakes and 2 scrambled eggs with sausage Fried chicken was extremely salty, after we ran out of drinks we probably waited another 15 to 20 minutes to get them back.

I went to get a to go order of some of that fried chicken I keep seeing commercials of, but after 10 minutes of waiting, reminding staff I was there and even seeing a manager, nobody took my order. I looked around the store a bit then left bummed. But I know this place is usually way better and the food is usually delicious. Well, what I've had before anyway. It's just the service was off this time around.

We usually do breakfast and love it... The past couple times we've eaten lunch or dinner at a Cracker Barrel the food quality has gone down. It could be the items we order but this time I ordered a pork chop, easiest thing to make right... Nope, it was so dry and my husband said his grilled chicken sandwich was OK... Not much flavor with a ton of mayo and the bacon could have been crispier. The side of hash brown casserole could have been more than the 2 tsp fulls he received. The child's chicken tenders were very plain and a little dry, though my 2 yrold didn't mind when we mixed it with the Mac n cheese. Unfortunately, it felt we arrived a bit late on the lunch rush as our waitress left before asking if we needed anything before her shift was over. Had to ask a passing hostess for a togo container. We love Cracker Barrel, but maybe we'll stick to our breakfast visits. All in all, still plan to visit on our travels, just maybe be a bit more careful with our choices... Chicken & dumplings are always a favorite.

I have to say we had seen the fried chicken signs all the way to florida. My husband decide to try and was he happy he did. The skin was nice and crispy but not over done. The seasoning was spot on best chicken he has had in a long time. He didn't think the potatoes were real but didn't care because the chicken was really good. I had the chicken tender loins very tasty, but wish there was more than 3. Waitress was very nice. The store had a lot of choices, which I love to shop in. If you stop in and like chicken get the fried chicken, my husband says you won't be disappointed. Maybe not the potatoes.

I guess I just don't get the appeal of Cracker Barrel. The food tasted like something taken out and microwaved. I had the chicken and dumplings and the only way that they could taste homemade is if you're accustomed to your mom making food out of a box. It's kind of like Starbucks or McDonald's... at least it's consistent and convenient. I might go again if I had no other good options, but I'd only get sides. The greens were good.

Use the order out options with my in home care elder, they have not been getting the order correct. Little things like forgetting my biscuits to regular instead of sweet tea. Did not eat but purchased a quilt. Staff was very helpful and friendly actually went back three times returning two items after Christmas and purchasing a quilt. Second return lost my receipt and item was coming up discounted, staff member recalled my purchase and actually went out of her way to make sure I received full credit. American comfort food. It is fast and delicious. I'm not a shopper, but I've found many unique items for family and friends. They serve breakfast all day, have daily specials, and the seasonal items are changed to keep choices fresh. They have ample parking but can get busy. If you are going during a peak time you can expect a 20 min wait. Sundays after church, it becomes a 30 min wait.

Whenever we’re in town, we always stop at Crackerbarrel. At some points, it's the only place to find vegetables when eating out in Florida. The refillable raspberry lemonade is amazing and I always enjoy the meatloaf. Well worth a visit.

This was unexpectedly one of the best experiences we have ever had at a Cracker Barrel. The food was hot, drinks stayed filled, and we enjoyed the lengthy time we shared catching up with old friends from other states there. The manager was a very friendly guy who made us feel like we were family. But what stole our hearts the most was the very special waitress we had. Miss Mika was so very patient and loving with our 5 kids. She even took our 3 year old girl to the Old Country Store and let her pick out an item and purchased it for her with our permission. We were simply shocked at the kindness and genuine spirit of the staff we met. A lot of highly trafficked restaurants can become stuffy and make you feel as if you are just another tourist, but not these guys! I rarely write a review, but wow! This made a fantastic last meal on our trip before we head back home. Thanks to everyone there!

I had the roast beef mashed potatoes the small bowl of green cabbage with bacon and they're awesome biscuits. My husband had the new Fried Chicken as well as an entree of country fried steak everything was awesome. Of course I visited the gift shop. I went bonkers! I may have spent a little too much money but then again I have no regrets about my merchandise I purchased. We got there at about 3:30 and the place was pretty much empty Maybe 7 tables of people. Our linner was awesome!

So, we went in around 1020am. Close to Lunchtime, my wife wanted their new Fried Chicken and I wanted my normal breakfast. The waitress said not a problem and we were happy. After an hour and 20 minutes, and constant apologies from the server and her manager....The Fried chicken was delivered and my wife started to eat it, of course. The wait caused my food to sit under the heat lamps and wait. My food was warm then went cold, while hers was hot and fresh. We were not given any indication of a discount or anything other than the managers apologies. But the worst part is that night my wife became ill. After 6 hours of diarrhea and vomiting, food poisoning was the culprit. So, my word of warning. If you go there and wait for an hour to get your food and it still makes you sick.....Don't go there again. Which is sad because we love Cracker Barrel.

I had placed an online order, picked it up & went home; missing half of my order. The manager (Don?) & staff was SUPER nice about the entire situation & replaced the entire order not just the missing items, and I didn't ask for such. It's this kind of customer service that really stands out; YES it was a huge inconvenience but in food service sh*t happens (I used to work food) & they made it up, exponentially. Thank you for the amazing breakfast.

If you're looking for the familiar comforts of the chain, this location meets the criteria. The host was beyond welcoming and really stood out. I didn't get a chance to catch his name but made the experience that much better. The waitress seemed annoyed when we had dietary restriction(vegetarians) at our table, but knew what she was talking about and knew immediately when something on the menu wasn't okay. She was still visibly annoyed at the questions, which hurt the overall experience. We also had a spill at our table which is frustrating to deal with but could've been handled better. Overall a good experience, but could've been better had the server been a bit more friendly. Overall a clean facility and the food was cooked appropriately. Bathrooms are clean however the women's has only three stalls which means that even on a Monday morning there was a line.

Temperature was 60 degrees. Asked several times to turn it up but temp remained freezing. Biscuits didn't come out until the end of the meal. Spicy grilled catfish was so peppery I had to cough several times. Many people were hovering by the very small fire in the fireplace. People suggested breaking up furniture and placing it on the fire. Never will go back to that one. Never had such a bad experience at a Cracker Barrel. Manager was aware but did nothing

I eat at Cracker Barrel frequently while traveling for the great food, fair prices, and warm old time feel and service. One this occasion, we decided to try their take out. We saw the 12 pc chicken picnic meal on TV so we called in advance to place our order. They asked what time would we like to pick up, and said it would be ready. We arrived on time, only had to wait 5 minutes for them to finish packing our "basket". I was amazed when they brought out a box with a carry handle and the size of an actual picnic basket. Inside everything was individually packaged and protected, including the quarts of mashed potatoes, gravey, corn, biscuits, Spoons, knives, forks, napkins, wet naps. This is a take out dinner that you can bring home with pride, or go straight to the picnic area. The food was hot, and delicious. This was a great experience and fantastic meal.

Don't order breakfast late in the day. Biscuits were hard and needed gravy. The gravy was a small portion and was hot, but very thick. Eggs were great. Bacon was good, but the sausage was reheated and tough. Wife had chicken and dumplings, she said it was good. The greens were good as was her apples.

The only thing that I'd change is the amount of space .. I'm a bigger lady and in a wheelchair. It doesn't quite have enough space for a bariatric wheelchair to go through the dining room area. and I would have appreciated if it would have had just a little bit more space. The staff however is entirely great. They're extremely helpful they move some tables around for me. they got me everything I ask for in a few things I didn't ask for trying to make me feel better about myself which I really appreciate. I only gave 4 Stars because I am disappointed, and here is why. My son spilled his soda, and of course it ran all over my lap. My husband got up to find someone to get some towels. He asked a women for some, which he stated was to clean up a soda spill. Instead of her coming over with towels to clean it up, she handed towels to my husband.i know he asked for towels, but don't you think she should have have said that she would tend to it or send someone over who would? So he comes over and we cleaned up the mess ourselves. I saw the young man who has seated us at our table who I'm pretty sure saw us cleaning up ice and soda ourselves offer zero help. Later as our dinner came, I saw the manager walk up to the table next to us to see how their meal was. I was thinking about saying something to her if she approached us about no one lending a hand to clean up the mess for us. I decided not to because I was extremely irritated at the situation and figured I couldn't explain how I felt in a kind way. I realised she was the one that handed my husband the towels because she asked if she could take the dirty towels when she approached our table. I told her that they were in a pile full of ice under the table to absorb the mess in the floor... Still no concern of the mess we were sitting in etc. We are on a long road trip in or motorhome and when we do these trips we always stop at Cracker Barrels. This particular location was not my favorite. I was also not impressed with our server, who I reminded 3 times for lemons for my water. I really should give this location 3 stars, but I love my Cracker Barrels, and they have RV parking

When you walk into this place it seems like it's just a gift store with different trinkets, toys and clothing but as you make your way around you realize that they have a huge dinning area. the host takes you to your table and a waitress rapidly is there to take your order. food comes out pretty quickly. quality is decent. the only complaint I have is they dont give you enough time to enjoy your appetizer or salad before they bring the main course which I turn you have to decide which of the two to eat. other than that we enjoyed the food and the hot cornbread/ biscuits and honey. most definitely we"ll return.

We go regularly to the cracker barrel restaurants. In different states we always find simple genuine food served with vegetables of our choice or dish of the day. Abundant dishes for a good price. Tried there advertised home made Fried Chicken that they are raving about. I was excited to try it. Well it turned out to be overcooked and had the flavor of a Banquet TV Dinner, the strawberry Lemonade for 3.59 tasted like strawberry Syrup. And it was not refreshing. The mashed potatoes were served in this little tiny sauce dish with cold gravy. But the good news is the corn on was delicious. Cracker Barrel please step up your game, your better than this

The food here is pretty good and wait staff here is friendly enough, but the place seems to have lost some lustre. It used to be a breakfast fave, but I just won't go out of my way to go here anymore. I can't exactly put my finger on it, but I think that it starts with having to share my gravy with the rest of the table when we all order some. That is always my favorite part of breakfast, and they are getting chincy with the portions. The eggs also seem to need help when we try to get some that aren't all slimy. They can't seem to get an over-medium order done correctly.

American comfort food. It is fast and delicious. I'm not a shopper, but I've found many unique items for family and friends. They serve breakfast all day, have daily specials, and the seasonal items are changed to keep choices fresh. They have ample parking but can get busy. If you are going during a peak time you can expect a 20 min wait. Sundays after church, it becomes a 30 min wait.

1st time in all my years of living, visiting a Cracker Barrel. The pancakes, OMG!!!! I had pecan pancakes. DEE LISH US! The greeters were AMAZING!!! Love the little store at the front. I have to admit that I was a little nervous upon pulling into the parking lot, about my friend and I being the only people of color. ( my truth for the world we live in). Waited 20 plus minutes to get seated and 50 more minutes to get part of our food brought to the table. The quality of the breakfast food was horrible. The excuse was that the kitchen was chaotic. I eat at Cracker Barrel frequently while traveling for the great food, fair prices, and warm old time feel and service. One this occasion, we decided to try their take out. We saw the 12 pc chicken picnic meal on TV so we called in advance to place our order. They asked what time would we like to pick up, and said it would be ready. We arrived on time, only had to wait 5 minutes for them to finish packing our "basket". I was amazed when they brought out a box with a carry handle and the size of an actual picnic basket. Inside everything was individually packaged and protected, including the quarts of mashed potatoes, gravey, corn, biscuits, Spoons, knives, forks, napkins, wet naps. This is a take out dinner that you can bring home with pride, or go straight to the picnic area. The food was hot, and delicious. This was a great experience and fantastic meal.

We were seated promptly and the service was great. My hubby and I each ordered the Old Timer's Breakfast, served with 2 eggs, choice of bacon or sausage, hash brown casserole, grits, and All The Fixins (biscuits and gravy). Everything was served fresh and hot...and delicious! One of the best things about our visit was the Old Country Store, which has a great selection of unique gift items, like this cute little camper magnet. My mother and I are in Greenville for the day, and we stopped to have breakfast at Cracker Barrell. Apparently they cannot seat anyone for twenty minutes, despite the availability of multiple open tables, as a mid-size church bus had arrived minutes before. It seems it would "overwhelm" the three servers working the shift. Not only did we leave, but we decided to refrain from buying the handful of expensive items we found in the country store. Wanted to share this on the review section, that is all... Cracker Barrel in Greenville,Al. Ok my daughter has been working for cracker barrel for about 3-4 years. They now have new management, so ok that's fine. But it's not fine when my daughter was 34 weeks pregnant and they continue to give her longer hours and not many breaks. She told them many times that she couldn't handle working double shifts but they continue to schedule her double. On Mother's Day she was scheduled another double. She worked the first half of the day and was in lots of pain. She told them she couldn't stay and left. The manager was mad. That following Thursday she went to Dr apt and there was no heartbeat. Done ultrasound and baby wasn't moving. Sent her straight to Montgomery hospital to find out she lost her baby. Worst day ever. Not only did she lose him she still had to give birth to him. 4lbs 6oz 18 in long. Dr said it had to happen a few days before apt. She buried this Angel on May 20. The General Manager who continued to schedule her has not even tried to contact her. Now my daughter's suffers every day with pain. Just wanted to share her story. Please share

It's not the best Cracker Barrel I have been to. First thing I noticed was people parking regular cars in the RV spots since they were closest to the front door. I said something to the hostess but nothing was done about it. The food was what you would expect from Cracker Barrel. They ran out of jelly and only had sugar free. The bathroom was atrocious. Everyone is truly beautiful people l left my wheelchair in the car since we didn’t feel like taken in out it was packed in with our suitcases since we were traveling back from Phoenix after our International Convention at Chase Field. When we got inside we found it packed with other Jehovah Witnesses who was also returning from the International Convention in Phoenix making the wait over 1 hour I am beginning to walk after 10 years in the chair and I knew I couldn’t stand that long the driver requested a chair for me to sit in until our turn, the manager came out and noticed how tired I was from the 3 days stay in Phoenix said he would do something better he had our whole group sitting at the table and served immediately which I didn’t expect but certainly appreciate and the other witnesses who were ahead of us was completely agreeable to what the manager did for us. Therefore I would have to give them a 5 stars plus

When you walk into this place it seems like it's just a gift store with different trinkets, toys and clothing but as you make your way around you realize that they have a huge dinning area. the host takes you to your table and a waitress rapidly is there to take your order. food comes out pretty quickly. quality is decent. the only complaint I have is they dont give you enough time to enjoy your appetizer or salad before they bring the main course which I turn you have to decide which of the two to eat. other than that we enjoyed the food and the hot cornbread/ biscuits and honey. most definitely we"ll return.

They made us wait for a table even though a great number were open. Then we watched three servers walk by us at different times after we were sat at a table. They would look at us and keep walking back and forth. After about 11 minutes had passed one of the servers, who happened to have walked by several times previously, came by and said, "I will be with you after I get them their water and biscuits." Them were a couple that was seated at table across from us a few minutes after we had been seated. Bottom line poor service.

Took my pregnant wife there with my daughter for her birthday. Food cane quickly and after starting our meal we realized that the fries had ketchup on them. We don't eat katchup (just a personal preference). The manager made our meal free and offer the excuse that the plates we probably dirty, but we felt disgusted by the likelihood that we had eaten a stranger's leftovers. We will never go back.

I always love to go to Cracker Barrel just to visit the gift shop, they have a unique variety of toys and items you can’t always find anywhere else, we got my kiddo a toy dress and wand, the wand turned out not to work ( battery corrosion) but the dress was way cool and reasonably priced. The menu has a fairly large selection and something for everyone, it’s always packed whenever we visit. Minimal wait time and good service.

Love this place ever since I was a kid and as an adult it is still fantastic. Before you check in or after you finished your meal, they have a mini store with an abundance of candies, toys, and will have something for anyone. On to the food. I loved the food and so did my significant other. Large menu with something for everyone. And while you wait for your food they have this triangle puzzle thing that tests how smart you are, it's pretty tricky. I had to knock one star off for the place not being the cleanest, but customer service was fantastic and so was the food so I will definitely be back.

Prices are affordable. Food is pretty consistent I been to other cracker barrels. They under cooked my pregnant wife chicken fried chicken which is really odd because it is fried??? Anyhow they did change it to a better one. The server did not sorry, the manager never came to our table, and the dish was not removed from our bill. But all in all we had a crew of 16 people and they liked there food.

I couldn't believe there were people waiting in line for 20 to 30 min to eat at this place, I thought to myself: "Oh this has to be good!". NEVER Assume!! That was my mistake!! Service was just ok, I understand place was busy but at least they should make it up in quality and presentation of the dishes. I asked for the "most famous dish" chicken and dumplings and I am not even going to detail what you can see with your own eyes, check the picture. It tasted as it looks, dull, pedestrian, very blend. Same with the meat loaf, the only thing that made it taste somewhat good was the ketchup! Corn bread from the box, tasted too much to baking soda and salty! Poor salad, 1 cherry tomatoe! SMH...an apple side that i couldn't tell if it was apple or pears, again, very flavorless. You won't see me waiting in line at any Cracker Barrel again, sorry! I did gave it 3 stars because I liked the store and I bought this really cute purse. Saved the day!

We were sat in the back by the window around 7:20. We don't know for sure because none would tell me for certain when they sat us. We sat until 7:32, when a couple who was sat in the last two minutes had their drink order taken. We got up to complain and leave, when our waiter, a big tall young guy with attitude, walks over and asks if we still wanted to eat. I tell him no we are going to complain and leave. He said, real snarky, "okay great my bad. Have a good night." So while we are waiting another ten minute for the manager to come talk to us, y'all guy comes and clears his table, and I'm guessing that's why they couldn't tell me when I was sat. Doug finally comes out to speak to me, my partner has gone to the car already, hungry, and frustrated because we are right in the middle of a move to New Mexico. He offers us free food or to come back and get a meal on him, which is expected, but unfortunately they will not be able to make up for the lack of skills, as we're moving. If you are sat in the section of a big tall young man, I think his name was Brian, ask to be seated in another section.

I come here normally and good when it’s not busy but never go on a Saturday during summer we wait over an hour to get seated and an 40 minutes to get our food.Then I asked for medium rare and they give me well done then tell me they can’t do medium rare. So I send back the well done for medium. Then we order meatloaf and we’re waiting for the meat load for 30 minutes only to find out they don’t have meatloaf they tell us this after 30 minutes of waiting.this whole restaurant service was a nightmare would not eat again unless prepared to spend over 2 hours here.

I got here and after 10 minutes of waiting outside, I was seated. I had gone to dinner with 3 others, but this restaurant seemed more crowded than usual, so I assumed our food would take a while. After another 10 minutes, we finally ordered our food, and spent our time playing the 'Cracker Barrel Table Game' with the pegs. Fast forward 30 minutes and our food still isn't here. We are getting hungry, but we assumed that it would only be a little longer. 20 minutes of waiting later, the manager comes up to our table and explains that our food had been given to the wrong person. The chefs quickly made our food and it was given within 5 minutes, but the fact that we had to wait an hour for a simple meal isn't okay. I hope they were just having an off day, but I recommend going to Cracker Barrel at a less busy time or don't go at all.

Had breakfast here this morning. We were seated promptly and placed our orders fairly quickly. Kitchen seemed a bit slow for the number of people in the restaurant, but the food was hot when it was brought out. Things were OK, except I had to remind about an add on item, but it arrived promptly. Food was good and we enjoyed it, but were surprised the wait person never checked back on us till she brought the check to the table after we were finished. Other than those two small items, good visit.

We ate there this past Friday night and it was a party of five. Young lady that waited on us was very nice but busy. I got the special of fish and it was awful. It had a batter and had been fried quite a while ahead. The batter was so thick you couldn’t taste the fish. Our server Roe was so patient and kind with our complicated order and then when it came out funky she immediately fixed it and with a smile. The manager came out and instead of explaining with excuses he took everything that needed fixed away and made sure we were happy. Food was great! I got the Saturday Special with fried chicken, it was a dang good plate of food. Service was quick and the restaurant was pretty clean. It does get crowded, but that just means they are doing something right.

I was really disappointed with our experience today. I love Cracker Barrel but this particular one didn't match the standards of other Cracker Barrel's we have been to. First our party were given mix of breakfast and lunch menus. Our drinks didn't arrive for 20 minutes. One of the meals arrived later than the others and the meals were in child's portions (the picture attached shows an adult burger meal and a child's meal). When we talked to the server about it we did get more fries and some biscuits. Also the quality of the food was not as good as it usually is. I am not sure if my burger was left for a while or reheated but it didn't seem freshly cooked.

I have eaten here for the last 2 years on and off. The last few time has not been good don't know if new cook mgr or what but has gone down hill. I get my food to go, this last time I got the chicken fingers platter. bad, bad, bad. I got the chicken fingers half fried and grilled. The fried ones had to have been fried way earlier in the day all 3 we're so dry I didn't even bother. The grilled ones were pressed so hard on the grill they were also dried out. Not good. Sad I live in Springfield MO working down here the cracker barrel in Springfield is one of the best I've ever eaten at they are also a test kitchen location. Maybe mgr and cook should go up there and see how things are done.

We wanted to make a reservation for 13 people we were told they cannot make reservations over the phone.. we showed up asked for table for 13 people was told to wait a half an hour. After ordering the food we got all except for two people's plates...while everyone else is eating we sat there waiting until everyone was finished eating. Love this place ever since I was a kid and as an adult it is still fantastic. Before you check in or after you finished your meal, they have a mini store with an abundance of candies, toys, and will have something for anyone. On to the food. I loved the food and so did my significant other. Large menu with something for everyone. And while you wait for your food they have this triangle puzzle thing that tests how smart you are, it's pretty tricky. I had to knock one star off for the place not being the cleanest, but customer service was fantastic and so was the food so I will definitely be back.

We were sat in the back by the window around 7:20. We don't know for sure because none would tell me for certain when they sat us. We sat until 7:32, when a couple who was sat in the last two minutes had their drink order taken. We got up to complain and leave, when our waiter, a big tall young guy with attitude, walks over and asks if we still wanted to eat. I tell him no we are going to complain and leave. He said, real snarky, "okay great my bad. Have a good night." So while we are waiting another ten minute for the manager to come talk to us, y'all guy comes and clears his table, and I'm guessing that's why they couldn't tell me when I was sat. Doug finally comes out to speak to me, my partner has gone to the car already, hungry, and frustrated because we are right in the middle of a move to New Mexico. He offers us free food or to come back and get a meal on him, which is expected, but unfortunately they will not be able to make up for the lack of skills, as we're moving. If you are sat in the section of a big tall young man, I think his name was Brian, ask to be seated in another section.

I love the food here! Amazing home style Southern cooking. Always quality and delicious. What I was not thrilled with was the service. There were two if us and the restaurant was empty. We were seated in a nice corner table and before our orders were even in a party of eight came in and our server and hostess decided to push tables together in order to accommodate such a large group and in spite of the entire dining area being available to seat them elsewhere, they sat them directly next to us. Also the dining area is filled to capacity with tables and chairs so if there's someone dining at the table next to you there isn't even elbow room. When we kindly asked to be seated at a different table (where we could enjoy our meal without the group of 6 teens and pre-teens and 2 adults who were doing zero to tone down the raucous behavior) our server LITERALLY rolled his eyes, sighed loudly and said "Yeah, sure, whatever." and proceeds to walk away to a different table and then just stood with his hand on his hip waiting for us to gather our effects and relocate. Staff was rude and inconsiderate over all. Including the country store staff and the hostess. I would recommend getting your meal to go and spare yourself the "ambiance".

I look for Cracker Barrels for breakfast when I'm on road trips. The food is cheap and good. Paying your bill is a bit of a pain, because you have to go to the counter in the store (they want you to see cool.things to.buy.) It's still okay though. The food is reliably good and really quite inexpensive.

In the past, this was one of my favorite places to eat! I can't Express how disappointed I was today. I ordered Country Ham, and 4 sides. The Pinto Beans BROKE when pinched, they were NOT cooked! If you want a recommendation as to what is yummy at the Casa Grande Cracker Barrel, try to get Maria H as your server. She said the chicken noodle soup and the vegetable beef soup were yummy and I trusted her. Yum... the veggie soup was awesome. We had a few misunderstandings with the kitchen and our food came out wrong. Our server Roe was so patient and kind with our complicated order and then when it came out funky she immediately fixed it and with a smile. The manager came out and instead of explaining with excuses he took everything that needed fixed away and made sure we were happy. I couldnt believe what a great staff they had all around and it shows why (the manager) thank you Roe for such a pleasant breakfast we will be back!
