I initially called with questions about a life insurance policy that I had bought many years ago. He was extremely friendly and helpful and answered all my questions and offered help with any other insurance I might need. My home and auto policies were already paid through the next few months, but he asked me to check back when they were coming up for renewal and he thought he could probably save me some money. I did do that and he saved me over $700 on my auto policy! So I encourage anyone to check with him. He does not hound you to death or make multiple contacts as some agents have that I have dealt with in the past. He simply gives you the information and let's you decide.
