I've been with PayAssist approximately a year and I'm one of those lovely patrons that automatically rates and observes any business that comes into my view. I think I'm a pretty good judge of what "OK","Great, and Excellent Customer Service is. Especially when the service that connects to the patrons for accounts receivable as the purpose. Some CS Reps, in an AR setting,will act as if they are not in the least obligated to be pleasent. For the reason that they are not selling a product. However, I haven't even caught a glimpse of that behavior with these gals. Quite the opposite. I have only experienced, very pleasent, and "Above and beyond" type effort and service. I have to Thank these girls for making, what may be an otherwise undesirable transaction. . .quite pleasant and effortless. Great service girls!!! Sincerely, Valerie

I honestly don't see why people are even allowed to rate a place like this. I have had nothing but good courteous service by the ladies at Pay Assist. It's a payment plan service, nothing more, nothing less. Obviously people don't like fines, so they'll leave their negative feedback based on the fact that they even got the fines in the first place. And the comments about "they didn't offer any answers or solutions", what all were you trying to ask? You pay a minimum of $50/month, and a small service fee. Any questions in relation to whatever infraction was violated can always be discussed at court, which is always an option prior to setting up a payment plan.

My first time sending a money order to then callled to verify I was sending it to the right address...took the rude lady a while to even answer me and made it sound like I was dumb for asking that..hope i don't have any problems with payments with them but I bet I will

People need to realize that most people who pay agencies like this only have bad things to say because they're owing money to them. I've been dealing with pay assist for quite some time now and have had excellent service with all the ladies there.

tried to pay bill 4 diff times with in 40 days of the day that I went to court for the ticket, each time they added more money to what I owe other than what the judge said I had to pay for my ticket.. they are scammers and rip people off!!!! The Worst business ever!!!!!!!

I was sitting next to my mother when she called this company after she had paid them and they sent her check back with a notice that stated "your payment cannot be processed at this time". Which in turn, caused her to accrue a late fee. She wanted to know why her check was sent back, and for them to remove the late fee. There are three customer service associates working in this office. They are young women and two of the three are incredibly rude obviously with no customer service skills. As someone who's worked in customer service I was completely appalled at their fast talking, interrupting speaking style and apathetic attitude about resolving the issue. They couldn't offer any solutions or answers. When asking to speak to the manager my mother was informed that she's in meetings a lot and not usually available... and she's the only one who can reverse late fees. So after juggling my mother around to all three associates, they sent her to the manager's voicemail. It was absolutely the worst display of customer service I have ever witnessed in my life. Good luck if you have to deal with these people. You're gonna need it.

They let their website domain expire weeks ago and haven’t bothered to get it back. Extremely inconvenient and unprofessional.

Bobby called my company. I was forwarding his call but the party he was calling said they were not interested. I got Bobby back on the phone to politely inform him of the party's desire not to be contacted, but he hung up on me while I was talking. Much later he just tried to call again, but I kept a record of his last call. I reminded him of his last call and he responded rudely again.

Really horrible payment system that I unfortunately have to use .They deduct a huge amount from your payment (which they don't tell you) and are super delayed in making those payments which makes it appear where they are late.

tried to pay early, on 23,,no call back,, went to site (aug 30 and sept first), our agreement wont let me pay,,i called number to leave message,,phone system down,,,keep all records all, this can mess up lots of folks and suspend our premit, causing more money out of our pockets and pay to get a d 6,, im a ex federal officer,,not up to par...also site crashed on sept 1,,now cant6 even get to the main page... not good all..i need documentation for this,,so if it messes up my record, even more,,
