Worst working environment I’ve ever seen. I cannot believe this company gets work done with the lies, rumors and ethics that go on here. You’re essentially chained to your desk and then belittled in public if you leave it - even for water or the bathroom. Grow up, don’t harass your employees out the door. You can’t even keep track of the numerous amount of people who have sat in the desks prior. Horrible working environment!

Both Chris and Dave are great professionals and are particularly knowledgeable about the subject matter. They are always available for questions and somehow they always provide an alternative to what we were thinking was the right way or the right plan.

We drove nearly an hour from Poetry to a restaurant in Wills Point to attend an educational session for which we had reservations. The invitation stated that the program started promptly at 6:30 PM. This past week has been one with record rainfall in the metroplex and it was raining as we were driving. We encountered standing water on the roads and were not even able to travel at the speed limits in a full-size truck. Upon arrival, we were turned away as the session had already started. We had been in the restaurant long enough for the waitress to go into the private dining room, talk to the staff and for the staff member to come out and deliver the message to us. It was exactly 6:32 when she came to talk us. We had not arrived late despite the road conditions, yet we were still turned away. I am a firm believer in promptness and respect for the time of others, but I cannot conceive of someone with this lack of flexibility handling our finances. Very disappointing and demonstrative of a culture in which customer service is obviously not a priority. Life happens, and we want our financial manager to be sensitive to that fact.
