If you have to cancel a meeting and or interview an hour and thirty minutes before it is scheduled to start then you should at the bare minimum make a courtesy phone call. got a cancellation email 1:30minute before the scheduled meeting without an apology for last minute cancellation. When arrived for it in person was not offered an apology either.
