Robert holds an account for my husband. We've been married for several years now yet every time Robert calls for my husband he greets me by his ex wife's name. I've informed him of this multiple times, my husband has informed him of this but it still happens every time. I hope he's taking better notes on the accounts than he is on who is part of this family. The account is a gift from another family member or I would have moved it after the second time this happened.
