No idea how this place has such good reviews. Called and talked to Carla. She literally lied about every single question I asked just to get me to show up. Came in ready to fill out the application and one of the first things we were asked is how much we wanted to pay monthly. Obviously no one wants a huge payment on a used car with 100,000+ miles so we say between 200-300 a month. She instantly was like oh that's going to be a problem. Our payments START at $400.00 A MONTH. But you can pay by-weekly and we'll just pull it right out of your checking account. $200.00+ every 2 weeks for a little car FOR 4 1/2 to 5 YEARS!! Holy... $25,000 for a car worth maybe $5000. Needless to say I wrote an M on my application to start writing my name and we were out of there. If you have no choice, I get it, but there are waaaayyyy better options for people in need. We still ended up with a car for the same value tonight after leaving there for 2 years and NOT $400.00 a month!!

Don't purchase a vehicle here, they told me I was approved for 1,500 down on a truck and then say they need 3k down for "that truck", then tried putting me in 14 year old Tahoe. I recommend going to Drivetime, I put 800 down on a 2011 Ford F150. Should have been my 1st choice.

They just wanted more of our most recent pay check, asking for a $2000 deposit when they were offering $300 deposits to other customers. And no, it had nothing to do with the vehicle we had chosen. I've been a customer for about 4 months now. I've never been late on a payment, but no matter, they will hound you on your due date. Being late isn't an option, because even at the mention that you may be a day or two late, they basically tell you that they'll shut off your vehicle. They pad their reviews by insisting (several times in the duration of the buying process, mind you) that "you should give us 5 stars on Google!" because they know of the flood of negative reviews to come post-purchase. They are not rude, necessarily, but I suppose this is to be expected from a buy here/pay here lot.

Spent over 2hrs here just to be told no!!!! Vehicle are over priced and at least DOUBLE BOOK PRICE!!!! Explained that the open auto loan was voided by a mutual contract termination agreement and it will fall off and that was the reason given for our denial!!!!! This lot is a JOKE!!! Do not buy your car from here, When I bought my car I traded in a car for 500 and gave them 600 so 1100 dollars altogether, TT and L was supposed to be included, they called me about two days after signing the contract and asked me about the money I owed for the TT and L, I didnt have it after the 600 I had given for the down payment so I brought the car back to the lot and gave it back to them. Now there trying to get 15000 from me for the car

Horrible company. They sell old cars with high mileage double what they're worth. Then they have ridiculous interest rates and if you fall on hard times they will work with you to an extent. If you can no longer afford the car and is honest with them about that. They refuse to even come get the car. After about a month when they finally came and got the car they called me repeatedly finally trying to "work" with me. They sale the car in auction get some of their money back and turn around and sue me and garnish 25% of my earnings. When you have bills and kids that makes it very hard to provide for your family. This company will legally rob you. They don't live up to their name Integrity and i hope for future consumers sake that this company isn't in business much longer.

I am not certain where to begin, let alone the amount of space I have to write. LOL! I have been absolutely pleased with the service I have received at Integrity Auto Finance from the first day I walked into the actual car lot. There was not one unfriendly face in that establishment. My sales man was very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to get me into the car I fell in love with. The impeccable service just continued on through the finance company. The day or so after driving away in my car, my account representative, Tammi, contacted me to thank me for choosing Integrity and provide me with her contact information and pertinent information. She has went above and beyond to help me. I fell behind on a couple of payments and to say the least hit a brick wall face first. I was faced with many unexpected occurrences and behind on getting my registration, making late notes and so on. Tammi was never for one second rude or condescending. She was always willing to help as much as she could. It got down to the point, I had no idea how I was going to register my card and pay a car note. I just prayed and I prayed for the Lord to open up some grace. I knew I had to get my registration first and foremost, so I took a leap of faith and took my whole check to pay my insurance and register my car. I emailed Tammi and another account rep, Summer, and they were still kind. They helped me so much. They allowed me time to try and come up with the full amount due and when I was unable to I contacted the girls again where they decided they would accept what I had and allow me to have a deferment. WOW! I literally cried because I just watched God use them to answer a prayer. I am so beyond grateful for those 2 ladies and all that they did. Thank you Tammi & Summer, you were so kind, so understanding and treated me no different than if I was the greatest customer. LOL! I cannot express my gratitude enough. After horrid experiences at two other car lots (one over six hours long!) we finally found our way to Integrity Auto Finance. What a great experience! The customer service was TOP NOTCH! They didn't make promises that they couldn't keep! They got me in the truck I wanted, a payment I can afford and I didn't even need a co signer, talk about a win win win ! Let me start off by saying this place will work with you. I lost my job back on 7/20/2018 and due to the fact I had no income I had to have them come and take the car. I figured they would sell it and later I'd get stuck with what was left on the car payments. Do you know what they did? Mona Garcia is a god send. They came and got the car, fixed it so it was better than when they came and got it, held it for me until I started work (which I did find) and allowed me to pay to get my car back all without putting the repo on my credit. They helped me more than they know. If your looking for a car, shop here. If you get to choose who toy make your payments through then make sure you get Mona. She is the very best and the reason I will always buy my cars at Integrity!

I bought my 2008 Ford Escape almost 2 weeks ago. The first day goes by when I hear a popping noise coming from the front driver side. I take it to the mechanic shop thinking that it was a simple UV Joint fix and they tell me that my transmission needs replaced and they will have the car for a week or less(Friday-Thursday.) I just got off the phone with them and they're telling me that i won't get my SUV back until around next Wednesday now. That's almost 2 WEEKS! My first car payment is due tomorrow and I haven't even had the dang car long enough to pay a payment. Any other dealership would have done had the job done! On top of that they would have given me a better loaner car to get around in! It just blows me away how their "132 point inspection" didn't catch any of these transmission problems and whatever else is wrong with my vehicle! Integrity takes my SUV and gives me a 2006 Taurus with almost 200,000 miles on it, the check engine light has been on since I first got in the car, it cuts out when you're driving like it's going to die any minute, and it shakes when you hit the brakes! Plus one of the tail lights is messed up and I better not get a ticket! I don't feel comfortable or safe in it and especially don't like carrying passengers and my 4 month old passenger in it! This is crap. Very disappointed with this dealership. "INTEGRITY, IT'S NOT ONLY A NAME IT'S WHO WE ARE???" Yeah, don't think so.

Stay away! This place is a debt trap for the financially ignorant. I'm amazed places like this are still allowed to exist after the credit collapse of 2008. Shows how the system is set up to protect the financial elites and screw consumers. I had been looking for a 2004 to 2006 Toyota Sienna. Most in town, I had looked at, were priced between $8,000 - $12,000. I called "Integrity" Auto Finance about their 2004 Sienna and asked the dealer for the van's price. On the third attempt he told me it cost $19,200! Two times what other dealers are charging for similar Toyota Sienna. I can safely speculate the interest rates they apply to their long term loans are in the high teens if not upper twenties. The 10 year treasury, as of this writing, is below 2%! Integrity? They should be ashamed.

Buyer beware, at the first opportunity these people will screw you over. They will do things, and claim your signature is on file, that grants them permission to do whatever they want. They will screw you over switching between bi weekly and monthly payments, and they will screw you over when trying to get a 10 day payout, when you try to move on from them, they will clsimcthat interest is still accruing during a quoted 10 day pay out, then shaft you over the difference. Oh yes, they will screw you at every opportunity. Integrity, that name is supposed to stand for something, with these folks, not so much, from their owner, to their finance manager, to their shady lawyer, stay away, youve been warned.

Hard to make a deal when you cant get past the initial phone call. Filled out the app and they gave us a call, told them what we were looking for and were told that heavy duty trucks go for $800-1000 down. So we start getting our stuff ready to drive over and take a trade in we have. While getting stuff together we get another text from a different person saying that heavy duty trucks are $1500-5000 down. Lol that's a big jump. So we make contact and ask ok is it 800-1000 or 1500-5000, then it changed to oh its 1000 plus your trade in. Three different things in less than an hour, I'm a firm believer that if you cant get a straight answer via phone you sure as hell ain't gonna get one in person. Maybe they are just having an off day but we decided to pass instead of possibly wasting hours of our time.
