Mislead what kind of insurance we were getting, told us it was to protect mortage if we were layoff or sick and couldn't work, or pay off loan of one of us passed, rushed and used distraction go deceive us ito thinking we were getting what we asked for but actually made it 2 term life policy that want anything we asked for. Then took money out of our acct the same day after telling is it would take 30 days to start and only if we were notified that we were approved. And even after we did all the BS steps to cancel which they said our money would be refunded, they haven't refunded anything and when we call either hanger up on is of put us on hold for hours.
