The manager, Jericho, cares more about his hair than his customers. It is apparent customer service is neither understood or desired by him or his employees. I will be moving both of my bank accounts to BancFirst, where I have been using a checking account for the past 20 years with excellent customer service and no random charges that Arvest likes to do then explain nothing can be done it’s “their system doing it” so nothing can be done. There is always something that can be done, this is a business. It’s quite easy to understand, take care of your customers or you won’t have any!!

The older FEMALE teller is very RUDE AND DUSRESPECTFUL!!. I dont jave a bank acct with arvest but i reguarly cash personal checks from the same person i clean for.. Ive been coming for about a year now.. She ALWAYS has extra questions! And today she made me go get a secondary id ans also charged me an extra $5 to cash their own check!!!!

Worst experience I have had at any bank. Totally unprofessional and incompetent personnel. Could not help me move money to my account at this bank, and did not have a single banker available to help me at this branch. They were dressed sloppily with jeans and sweat shirts, with an attitude to match their dress. I will be transferring much of my assets elsewhere.

Got screwed around with my deposit this morning and will be changing banks. Update: still the worst arvest in the entire metro. How can you have about 10 people sitting around and only have one person that can set a pin for debit cards. I will not cpme back to this branch again

I have trouble at my neighborhood Arvest, this one by work is amazing so helpful and kind!
