I've replaced a lot of lighting fixtures in my day in a lot of nice places but nothing compares to Burts Bees nice inside and out. The people who work here are very professional and nice. Made my job go well the 3 nights I was there. This one will go down in my book as my favorite place to visit and work!!!

We have used various Burt's Bees products over the years including lip balm, lotions and shampoo. Love the products. Soooo... when our Golden Retriever had a reaction to another doggy shampoo we were using, the folks at our local big box pet store recommended that we try burt's Bees god shampoo. We did, since we already used their human products and we liked them, it was an easy decision for us to give the animal product line a try. Excellent result. Irritation from the other shampoo went away. His coat was nice and silky smooth feeling and glistened in the sun. No problems at all, and the other issues went away. goo stuff! Will be back for more.

Never been there..BUT have been trying to reach someone at the factory and could not get through to anyone would like very much to find out what might be in the Burt's Bees lip balm vitamin E and peppermint that is making my lips burn like crazy and swell would have been enjoyable to speak with someone it's a shame they don't answer any calls and I tried everything to reach a person and made call after call so be careful if they don't answer the phone that shows how much they'll take care of you and how much they care of their product.

Burt's Bees is a complete lie and sham. I bought the pomegranate shampoo and conditioner because it says it's pthalate-free TWICE on the bottle, but if you look closely-- it has parfum (fragrance) natural fragrance. I called burt's bees to see what it's in this fragrance and they are at least honest in admitting they are a complete sham-- because they said that was "proprietary" private information. Bottom line, these products most likely absolutely have pthalates. They can absolutely call themselves anything since being bought by clorox and there are no proper regulations for if any products are in fact pthalate, paraben, or sulfate free. I am a bit frustrated, as I am trying to transition my family from chemically-laden products to more natural ones. It looks like i'll have to make my own, these days. Hey clorox, maybe your next move should be to try to buy Dr. Bronners or borax? No wonder the facility isn't open to the public.

Stumbled upon this place. Asked a lady walking outside of the building if there was a place for tours but it was just the corporare building, but Burt's house was there and she let us in and gave us a mini tour on what must have been her lunch break. Very sweet lady!! If you ever read this review thank you so much!!! You can tell the employees loved the owner and his dog.
