Great plans but they nickle and dime you on the way out the door and when you call customer service be prepared to stay on hold.

Very high fees and hidden fees. I lost money even though the market is up, and even though I invested in passive, hold-the-market funds. Horrible customer service as well. It takes a long time to get through their glitchy phone system. They charged me $100 for switching to another company. There are plenty of brokerages and money managers that are better. Even stuffing your money in your mattress would be preferable.

When 'ING' SOLD their ANNUITY DIVISION to 'VOYA' the world essentially came to a sudden and complete halt. 'CUSTOMER CARE' - 'CUSTOMER SERVICE' and any other form of concern for making 'CUSTOMERS' the 'LEAST BIT HAPPY' disappeared. Calling 'VOYA' on the telephone is like calling your ex-spouse and asking for a 'no interest' - 'unlimited term' personal loan so you and your new 'mote' could finally take that honeymoon you never had! All forms of screaming, threats of physical altercation and stealing the kids would abound. VOYA is the original "You're' in dangerous hands with VOYA. BEWARE!
