I went to Mr. Ayers a year ago for Medicare enrollment/supplemental advice. I had a penalty from SS which put a dent in my ability to commit to a supplemental. Mr. Ayers assured me he would go along as my rep if needed. He was also very interested in who I was invested with and would I consider Oxford. When I told him I was comfortable where I was and the day came to accompany me to SS office he refused. I consider a man's word to be his armor. Consider me old fashioned.
