Love the building, specially the view from Zillow Offices, is a pretty amazing view of the waterfront and the city and big cranes that cover some part of that area. The only bad thing about this area is that parking is a nightmare and most of the time you have to go around and around to find somewhere to park, especially if you go at night due some parking lots closing at 8-9pm

Absolutely useless as far as customer service goes. Updating a home listing that's hopelessly out-of-date by almost a year is an exercise in frustration, as one clueless rep after another claims it can't be done, throws up roadblocks in your way, and generally tries their very best NOT to help you and to be completely useless. Like most faceless tech-aggregator companies, Zillow is an embarassing failure at customer service, likes to pass the buck, blame a suspicious "3rd party data vendor" without bothering to identify WHO that is, and refusing to take any responsibility for their own shortcomings. Shame on this company for its lazy defeatist attitude!

HELLO REALTORS!!!!! NEVER EVER FALL INTO THE TRAP WITH ZILLOW MARKETPLACE. THEY WILL "SCREW" YOU (sorry my french). I paid badly for my trust in them. They told me they would give me 15 leads a month I got 23 in 5 month. I paid $518 per month. Refused to pay, called them, emailed them...nobody was to reach until my account was closed. Now they fighting me for the 2 month left. Never ever work with Zillow or Trulia as a Realtor. They total ripsoffs!!!! I would even give them one start, but it not let me post.
