Experience has been horrible with Wells Fargo. They want to hold my mothers money from her husband dying years ago. She has spent countless hours trying to obtain $17,000 and they keep adding more hoops for her to jump thru. She is almost 80 and in Texas so I can only be so helpful. Everyone we have talked to there, & weve talked to many, just say this is the way they do business and no one is helpful. Now they want us to get cert death cert from Belize tho they already show him deceased & her as beneficiary. Looks like they will be keeping her money and have heard this happens to many people when dealing with Wells fargo.

Has a few great employees but over-all terrible customer service, we have had our mortgage with them for 4 years and were having some financial difficulty paying one month (have ALWAYS been on time in years past) and they wouldn’t work with us at all. I would not recommend them to anyone who has any other option. We are in the process of paying $8,000 to switch to another bank right now.
