Mike Koziak is top notch when it comes to customer service. He worked with my schedule and when I met with him, he was very clear, easy to understand and understanding of my needs pertaining to the policy. There was no pressure and I got a better deal than my current insurance by 50%. I am very happy with the policy he wrote for me and with his follow through. If you're an individual seeking a company to help you with your financial needs do NOT work with the Grand Rapids GO. If you're a person seeking a career look elsewhere.

It's not easy to build a practice in this industry, but they provide the best possible tools to do so. I'm sure you can find reviews that will say different, but know that you get out of it what you put into it.
