I have been using Amex for all my business needs for the past 2 years. I spend about $45,000 a month with them. So I changed my bank and the way I was paying the bill was through my bank account. Anyway I contacted them to make a payment for $32,000 but they had the wrong ruting number. This caused my account to go into default and they dropped my credit limit. I called them to fix this issue and they transferred me to a department in India. The rep was very rude and never took care of the issue. I asked to be transferred to a supervisor and they said there was no way to that. I asked if I could be transferred to a US based office and they kept sending me to India. American Express is Not the best credit card. They actually suck !
