This bank has the slowest customer service I have ever seen. Not just that but I had money in my savings and overdrafted in my checking which was supposed to transfer from my savings and I didn't realize it so I had about $600 in overdraft fees and they wouldn't pay me back for it. Thanks a lot TD Bank

I've never laughed so hard in a bank before. The women behind the counter (Paige I believe) was a delight to work with and provided everything I needed in a timely, and hysterical manner. Thank you for making my trip to the bank a fun one.

Terrible and unknowledgeable staff. Would not let me cash a TD issued check for $200 because I did not have 3 forms of ID and my debit card was not signed. Wasted 15 minutes standing in line. However, the teller was very adamant I should switch banks to them. HAHAHA no thank you after that experience.
