Joe Jay was awesome and introduced me to his Beginning Investor Program. When I started the program I didn't expect to really understand what he was going to be doing with my money, but he made sure to explain everything and continues to makes sure you know exactly what is going on. He has really opened my eyes to how important it is to start saving now for retirement. Having known Joe Jay for the better part of a decade I was extremely wary mixing a professional relationship with a personal friendship. However, the level of professionalism that I have experienced in dealing with Joe and Midwestern Financial Group is above and beyond what I expected, and allayed my apprehension. I have found that Joe's approach to investing really matches a style that I am comfortable with. I feel that I have a solid understanding of markets, but I feel that utilizing Joe's superior knowledge benefits my retirement accounts as he acts as a litmus test providing more comprehensive analytics of stocks than I could ever achieve. I feel that this is a great approach, as most financial analysts that I have dealt with attempt to minimize work by funneling groups of clients into large accounts (this approach maximizes broker fees and requires minimal effort). I feel that Joe's approach to customer service and putting the needs of the client first are the most important characteristics in this field.
