I started my company 3 years ago and CJM helped me build it... there has been ups and downs but they solved every problem i came across with them... i dont know what other people are saying but for me there is no percentages that they charge, they do take there money back at 60 days... i guess it all depends on who they are working with... its simple, i email my paperwork and if broker is ok with copy i get my money the next day!!! I HA NOT EXPERIENCED A BUYBACK YET IN 3 YEARS... so

This company is very unprofessional !!! The women that work at the company are nasty and very uncooperative. I call and leave a msg, phone calls never get returned. I wanted some information about a payment that they owed my company. I spoke to one employee about the payment she was nice enough to give me the check # and when it was mailed. A month later still no check I called, explained the situation and the women on the phone told me they do not keep check numbers and similar information. Hold on What ????? You're telling me a financial company does not keep records of check numbers and when they send them out !!!! This company is a wreck, so glad my contract ended with them....

I usually don't gave feedback but I have to let others know... this company took our $500 + because we couldn't factored more of our invoices, this concerned was discussed before signing up and Cody said that it not going to be a problem but later it was. They couldn't give us our release letter until a month and a half of struggling to get it. I was asked why I don't want to factored anymore? How much I have in invoices that I need the release letter for? All kinds of unnecessary questions. It was empty promises/excuses every day why we haven't gotten release. For getting pay on time, 85% of the time they were on time with our payment, just know that you probably will not get your reserves back. I make Cody to understand that we were not going to factoring a lot of invoices because, we already had some cash to spend if something happened. our factoring was like plan B kind of thing. Easy to sign up until time to get release lol, then the battle begins. If you want to give them a tryouts, Good luck signing up and getting out when you need to. Thanks

CJM is one of worse financial business in Iowa... they scam a lot of trucking companies for a large amount of money. .. taking more than agreed at signing agreement on start.. Stealing loads money, and pretending like brokers never pay them.. we have to put our company out of business because of them.. Thanks to cjm.. we agreed one year contract with them ,they automatically renew your contract without asking... because of them a lot of small company's are out of business. . The worst company ever. firs they don't pick up their phone the president manager all other employees, Second When they are already got paid from the broker purposely they charge back with the fee with no reason. when you call to the broker and find out they already got paid and give them the check number and what date they got paid it took them so long to pay back and they don't refund you the fee the charge you even they know that their own fault. third they charge you an necessary paper work and other fee for no reason you spend your time to fight with them for no reason. Please stay away from this company. My trucking company is closed because of them.

when me and my husband started our business back in 2015 we dealt with CJM and Amy is our account manager, it is the best decision we ever have and still going to be in business with them for as long as were on trucking . they offer the best factoring rate , i don't see how other people saying hidden charges / fees , sometimes i help them reach out to the brokers for outstanding balances on invoices so to avoid it recourse back to me which help out a lot. as soon as i turn any invoice it will be paid not unless it needed original, most of the time amy will work with me and pay it on copies and i will mail the originals to her. i haven't encounter nasty/rude people at cjm call /email they will response as soon as you need them. i did recommend CJM to our cousin that does trucking and i will recommend them again to everybody . thank you!

They offer a descent rate. They will pay when they say. You can trust them to do what the contract says. They do have hidden cost however. Their default contract. Charges you an extra percentage point for every time a broker pays later than 30 days. NEARLY EVERY BROKER PAYS LATER THAN 30 DAYS!!! Most send off the money in 30 days so by the time CJM gets the money its 31 or 32 days and they than feel free to take an extra percentage point out of your reserves!! Every 10 days its another percentage point!! This all comes from your reserves. END OF THE YEAR NEARLY ALL OF YOUR RESERVES ARE GONE!!! Worse of all They only offer a 45 day time period to get out of the contract than it automatically renews & you are trapped for an unexpected extra year!!! TRANSLATION (YOUR SECOND YEAR CONTRACT IS 45 DAYS LONGER THAN THE FIRST CONTRACT THAT YOU ACTUALLY SIGNED UP FOR ) Good news is if you're aware of these hidden charges they'll negotiate them away pretty easily but ONLY if you're are not already locked in a crappy contract with them. If you are already locked in a crappy contract with them than go against your instincts & DOUBLE DOWN!! Add another year & they'll erase the hidden cost that should have never been in the contract in the first place!!!! Pay very close attention to your contract renewal date!! ITS A 45 DAY WINDOW!! ITS USUALLY 90 DAYS FROM THE CONTRACT EXPIRATION DATE !! LEAVE OR RE-NEGOTIATE A NEW CONTRACT AT THIS TIME!! These people control your hard earned money!! NO BROKER WILL DEAL WITH YOU WITHOUT A RELEASE FROM YOUR FACTOR ONCE YOU START FACTORING!! This review is probably the most important 1 minute thing you'll do all year!!! DO YOURSELF A BIG FAVOR!! READ IT TWICE!!!! YW!
