Wells Fargo Bank is the absolute worse customer service institution ever. 10 calls later and I am still unable to access my account information because of some verbal password that was set 3 years ago and since forgotten. There are no alternate procedures for recovering the information unless you go into a branch, which for me is 1-2 hours away. No system for password recovery despite the fact that I can give them all the other information they could possibly want such as SS, account number, address etc. So much for being global banking institution. Another great invention from the Great Northwest and the state of Oregon. Is it any wonder Wells Fargo has been investigated for questionable bank practices.
