Work it out with your family. This company cost our family at least 100k loss. They drain estates where families can't agree. Auctioned off things worth 1000s for near nothing and threw away a giant dumpster full of stuff we have no idea what was in there.

After my grandpa died my aunt hired them as conservator for my grandma. My grandparents had saved lots of money by the time my grandma died she was broke and instead of planning for her funeral expenses they didnt which made us get money from churches in the area. They could have handed the money over to the assisted living/nursing home to take care of her bills but instead charged her an insane amount of money. If i could rate them a zero i would. We should have not had to ask churches for money.

I have been involved in several cases wherein TrESCo was appointed and found them to be cost conscious, responsive, and professional. If I had any suspicion that my estate was headed towards disagreement and litigation, I'd definitely consider them to manage my estate.
