This year was the first year I was going to pay someone to prepare my taxes so I was very unfamiliar with the process. I called to ask some questions like a rough estimate on cost (I understand this varies i just wanted a ball park), if an appointment needed to be set, and what forms would be necessary for the process. The Lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and impatient, disregarding my questions and obviously too distracted or indifferent to answer my questions. I wanted a personalized mom amd pop experience otherwise I would have gone to HR block. Customer service is a large indicator of care, and this phone call is an indicator that they just care about their profit margins and not their customers

I've been doing my own tax filing for the past 20+ years. This was the first time I've used an accountant. Brad Smith was incredible to work with. I dropped off our tax information to him on March 3 and we had our final review on March 8th of my completed taxes! I had braced myself to expect an extension because I was coming in so late. Incredibly fast turnaround for this time of year. Not only that, he was very organized and on-time for his appointments with me. He also assisted me with some complexities that TurboTax could not help me figure out this year. I was also surprised how reasonable the costs to use his services were which included e-filing of both federal and state returns. I highly recommend Brad!

I do NOT recommend this pace at all. Very high priced AND customer service sucks (the accountant never has time to see you, or return your calls) Secretaries won't be any help at all ether. If you want a place where you have interaction with the actual person who does your taxes then don't come here. Also if he mess up on anything and you want to get a hold of the accountant, GOOD LUCK! (it took 3 weeks and a bunch of unreturned phone calls to get a simple answer from the actual guy!) NEVER doing taxes here ever again or recommending it to ANYONE.

I would never do my taxes here. My husband is doing his taxes with Brad and I have never been so frustrated. He doesn't communicate with us and we are in the middle of an IRS Audit. He never told us he had to file an extension on our 2014 taxes. We call him and he returns only 30% of our calls. We were told by Nancy that our audit was taken care of and 4 months later we find out that it is not taken care of. I have tried calling him and he will talk over me and won't let me finish. If we need proof of something we don't find out about it unless we call him. He won't take time to call you. He is rude and extremely unprofessional. I would not ever do my taxes with Brad. Since Kaleb has had a good experience with Scott I would go to him. NOT Brad.
