He has taken our 401K, which was floundering under our previous financial planner, and set it up in a manner that it is growing and making us money. He has set up a retirement plan and has step by step goals and a time frame that is reasonable and reassuring. He has helped us get our medical and financial power of attorney set up. He has also helped explain and set up a charitable giving plan that is most beneficial for our taxes. He is organized, friendly, prepared and always punctual to our visits (oh yes, he comes to our home to meet with us.) He answers all of our questions and is patient with us when we do not understand something that he is explaining. If we have a question, he is an email or phone call away and is quick to respond.
