He was very professional and so helpful. I asked tons of questions and he made hesitations go away. I never felt like he was judging me, I was so nervous about that. I do not live in Idaho, but had a pressing matter that had not been resolved correctly in the system from some years ago (17 to be exact!!) David was every bit of professional, honest, punctual, and forthcoming. He made no promises that he did not keep and even in the beginning stated that we may not achieve the intended outcome... although he did. BUT, he was honest in letting me know that perhaps it may not turn out that way, as this was something he had never done before. David kept me updated with the entire process, returned all calls in a prompt and courteous manner, held to all timeframes that he stated... his integrity is unmatched.
