I was especially impressed with the process they take for all clients, which includes educating clients about the process, evaluating the client's needs and goals, developing a plan to achieve those goals, and ultimately implementing and carrying out the plan. We got introduced to their business through a work relationship between their company and my wife's work credit union. This company offered free assistance with financial planning. Troy Wada is the owner and planner as well. He has a staff to also assist with planning. There is a consortium of other businesses that associate with INPAC. So far, we got a trust made through one of their associated attorneys. It was quick, complete and liberating. Now we don't have to worry about death and how the family will be taken care of. This includes an advanced directive and a complete CD of all of the documents involved. Troy also compiled all of our assets and liabilities to determine what our retirement future looks like. It's not all numbers however because quality of life is as important as how much money you need to retire. It is a very comprehensive view of your future before and after you retire. They have a nice office to discuss your financial planning. We joked around about how minimalistic his office appeared like a boiler room operation. But they did some Feng Shui research and the office was transformed into a home like place - - it feels very comfortable there now. Bottom line is they get the job done. Troy is easy to talk to and is real, not some robot who is just business. He is confident about market trends and the direction of investments. I believe we have a lifetime financial planner.

The INPAC Ohana is one that truly treats me as one of their family members.
