The professionals at this tax service are truly just that, professionals. My husband and I have used them for 4 years and they did everything that they could do to relieve this headache. We have moved from Hawaii now and I am sorry that I have to find someone else to take care of us.

The service is roughly $150 well that's what I paid. I usually do my own taxes, however; I was pressed for time this year. The process was quick that's not why I wouldn't go back. I filed my taxes in the beginning of February. They did not send in my papers until about April 15th. I just received my refund check 4/25/17 . I basically paid $150 for nothing since I could've done my own paper work and sent it in quicker...

I have been self-employed since 1999 having offline and online business. Ella Cole (owner) of Executive Tax and Financial Services handled my tax preparation with outmost professionalism and learned that she does payroll and bookeeping services as well. I don't give 5-Star unless that business truly deserves it. Ella and her staffs are truly not your 'everyday' or 'Seasonal' Tax preparation services. I fell in-love with her awesome service and attention to detail. I challenged you to visit her office and feel for yourself.

I don't have less than one star. I went for my tax purposes. At first everything was fine and we did consultant. At last we decided no to file the tax and for our suprise we have to either leave our paperwork in the office or pay the $50 fees for their time. They wanted to make sure we will return.Hell No !! No way we are going for that kind of Bad service . So beware they will try to charge for just talking . HNR does that for free. I do not recommend this place to anybody.

FIVE stars hands down! I called them yesterday when I encountered an issue with my business tax filing status. Not only did they answer all my questions patiently over the phone, they got me a same day appointment. To top that, they came to work on their day off just to help me meet my deadline and contact the IRS. This is an amazing family owned and operated business with above and beyond service.

Awesome experience! Found a new tax home! With all my tax liabilities Ella made sure I was in compliance and recommended other things to get the most out of my returns. I'm moving and will eventually return and I trust her to continue to do my taxes while I'm away. Mahalo!!!
