I wasn't very financially savvy when I first signed up with these guys (I've learned in the past two years), otherwise I would have done something very different after realizing the shaft I was being given. After investing with these guys for 7 years (specifically, Glen Nomura), I averaged a 3% gain on my investments each year - in the middle of the biggest bull market in history. I truly believe that AXA (or Glen, or both) either, 1) Sat on my money and did nothing with it (even though I allocated for it to be in an "aggressive" investment category) while they made money off the fees I paid, 2) Were fraudulent in what they claimed to be investing in and then kept the profits for themselves rather than paying them over to me (which I didn't have the time or know-how to follow-up with back then), or 3) Are utterly incompetent at investing. Either way, STAY AWAY from AXA in Hawaii.... Update- AXA contacted me about removing my review and are trying to “bury” it by having people affiliated with their employees post positive reviews on their behalf. Believe the reviewers who have taken the time to tell their story.
