If you are set up on no weekly payments and call to change over to monthly payments....MAKE SURE YOU WRITE DATE, TIME OF CALL AND PERSON YOU SPOKE TO to make that change!!!! I just looked back and was charged late fees and payment was paid ON TIME and they are claim8ng I NEVER CALLED! This use to be a great bank but it has gone to hell in a hand basket!!!!!!! My payments are always on time. FYI......they did credit ONE of those late payments but not both! Really!?! YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!!!!! Beyond mad!!!!!!!!

Robins have had a good reputation in the pass but in the past six months, I have had credit card fraud twice. I thought the purpose of the chip was to prevent these types of issues. My husband also had credit card fraud and a close friend of mines who also bank with robins. I'm very disappointed.

Everytime I visit one of the institutions im never greeted with pleasing news always something going wrong. Literally deposited my check as directed by the front desk and now i cant access my funds ! This is beyond crazy I have been with robins for years and still dont understand why i havent switched yet . FINDING A NEW BANK ASAP

I went through a bit of a financial/personal struggle. Long story short, changed jobs and had to sell my home. I called about a voluntary surrender, and the response I got from Wendy was we “will just take the car back”. If you plan on ever going through a rough patch in your life, which nobody does, do not use this bank. I’m still waiting on a call from the next level of supervision I was promised several days ago. Car was repoed. Only option I was given was to give every penny to my name, $13000, to get the car back. I do apologize for my behavior about the whole situation, but the bank didn’t take care of a customer who called to make a payment one day outside of the extra 10 day grace period. Credit is ruined. And my 4 year old had to watch a car repossed that I wanted to pay for. Sorry for going through the first rough patch in my life. I will be going through Social media and word of mouth to share my opionion

I am a business owner and started an account a little over a month ago with Robins. I received a call today that they were going close my account after an audit of my account. Robins stated that I live in a city/county outside of where they service, (Jackson, Georgia). They have a branch in Forsyth where my house is 10 miles away. Due to not living, doing business, or having a family member in a county where they have they were closing my account. Extremely disappointed in a credit union that I was referred too and have done business with from previous employed jobs.

As soon as we were called to the counter, Nicole's attitude was less than welcoming. We came to Robins Financial on the instructions of another employee to find that the instructions we were given may have been incorrect. Instead of kindly informing us of the proper procedures and helping us come up with a solution, Nicole bluntly and rudely told us we couldn't do what we were originally told and offered no help at all. She took our document, placed it to the side, and did not give it back. We understand that some times miscommunications happen. This does not mean that it is acceptable to be so condescending to those only asking for a little help. We expect better in the future.

I'm about to switch banks real soon. My card expires on the 31st of this month. I called them on the 31st of july cause i moved and i told them my new address instead of them sending my new card to my new address they send it to my old address. They will never admit they messed up and they had more than enough to update my information so i can get my new card sent to my new address

This bank operates in the 1950s and their online banking needs some serious upgrading. They should focus on the online banking before building more branches. There is literally no benefit in having my money there.

I have been with robins for a long time and have never been unhappy until today.... I went over $1.89 and I recieved 5 over draft fees in the amount $125. I spoke to the bank manager who said I might be better off just using cash, and told me he WASN'T going to help me. Then I told him I was going to contact the board. Thats when he gave me my money back..... If anyone else gets treated like this I WOULDN'T be surprised. DON'T bank with them only use their loan services but not their banking ......horrible customer service smh

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a loan. For my auto loan, the dealership sent in my insurance information. I get a letter from them a month later saying they do not have proof of insurance and if I do not send it in, they will begin charging me themselves for insurance. So I sent my insurance card again. I get another letter saying that isn’t “sufficient proof”. They asked for a copy of my entire policy? They over complicate everything, and on top of that, if you call expect to be on hold for at least 30-45 minutes. They also do not have autopay options. You have to go in and do it yourself every month. I will definitely be refinancing ASAP.

I called today to apply for a car loan. The women I talked to seemed very uninterested and talked to me like a child. I guess the amount I was asking for wasn't enough for good customer service.

This institution offers everything any other bank uses. Fraud prevention on the other hand is a joke. They will shut your card off without contacting you first. I called ahead of time to make a purchase online that had been delivered in the past in order to prevent my card from being shut off. Only to go on a lunch break and my card declines. Not only is my break not long but didn't have time to get food and sat in hold waiting for someone to do their and answer a phone. 30 minutes into the call and still on hold with no access to my money. Thank you Robin's federal.

I have been on hold for over 20 minutes. They have absolutely no one there who can pick up the phone? Mind you I have two phones calling two different numbers their website provides, on two different options! My first phone is on member services - option 4 and my second is on account services- option 3. Still no answer? Now I'm ticking into 30 minutes of waiting? Absolute awful service regarding their phone department. Don't even try calling.

A lot of people claim this bank is great, but that's not my experience. They kept stealing my money. Practically every single week. Yeah, they have the potential to be an awesome bank, but that doesn't matter if they're thieves. I just closed my account and taking my money elsewhere after they just charged me an overdraft fee when my account wasn't even negative and they slap refused to give me my money back. And that wasn't the first time they've done something like this. So if you're thinking about opening an account, beware. You'll either get a supposed great bank or a group of crooks. I guess it's a roll of the dice.

Just awful why even have a phone number????? And also why make me get a new card and then not have me set up a new pin number when my old one doesn't work anymore? Better yet let's freeze his card for trying to use the old pin number because we never gave him a new one. GARBAGE

My rating is for the actual representative, Paula Glenn, who helped me set up a VA fiduciary account. Paula didn't just open the account for me; she took the extra time to set up mobile access to all of my accounts, and automate a monthly transfer between two accounts. I appreciate her going above and beyond to help me simplify the management of all of my accounts. Paula's attention to detail and excellent customer service makes her a true asset to the Credit Union!
